1艾叶醇提物对热敏通道TRPV1的影响显示文摘目的:探讨艾叶醇提物对热敏通道TRPV1的影响。方法:运用全细胞膜片钳技术,在转染人源TRPV1的HEK293细胞上,测量艾叶醇提物对细胞跨膜电流的影响。结果:全细胞膜片钳数据显示,艾叶醇提物可以激活TRPV1通道并产生较为明显的跨膜电流;与TRPV1激动剂辣椒素比较,艾叶诱发的电流密度、电流-电压的关系与其十分相似;在进行2个浓度测试中,艾叶生药3mg/ml与10mg/ml比较,10mg/ml的艾叶醇提物具有更强的激动剂效应,甚至超过了10μM辣椒素激动TRPV1所产生的电流。结论:艾叶醇提物中含有TRPV1激动剂,艾叶温经散寒、止痛功效的分子机制可能与其活化热敏通道TRPV1有关。郭蓉 刘珍洪 汪文来 高蔚 陶旭光 佟海英 安致君 殷茵 韩雪珍 Michael XiZhu 杨桢 赵红霞 2019中国中医基础医学杂志2019,25,3:10

4BEM+Born series modeling schemes for wave propagation and their convergence analysis显示文摘This paper formulates two different boundary-element+Born series schemes for wave propagation simulation in multilayered media by incorporating a Born series and boundary integral equations.The first scheme directly decomposes the resulting boundary integral equation matrix into the self-interaction operators associated with each boundary itself and the extrapolation operators expressing cross-interactions between different boundaries in a subregion.For the second scheme,the matrix dimension is firstly reduced to a half by the elimination of the traction field in the equations.The resulting new matrix can also be split into the self-interaction matrices associated each subregion itself and the extrapolation matrices interpreting cross-interactions between different subregions in a whole model.Both the numerical schemes avoid the inversion of the relatively much larger boundary integral equation matrix of a full-waveform BE method and hence save computing time and memory greatly.The two schemes are validated by calculating synthetic seismograms for a homogeneous layered model,compared with the full-waveform BE numerical solution.Numerical experiments indicate that both the BEM+Born series modeling schemes are valid and effective.The tests also confirm that the second modeling scheme has a faster convergence in comparison with the first one.Gengxin Yu Liyun Fu Xizhu Guan 2010Earthquake Science2010,23,2:2
5Effect of Rare Earth Element Ce on Microstructure and Properties of Aluminum Rod for Electrical Purpose显示文摘The effect of rare earth element Ce on microstructure, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties was studied.Using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer, the microstructure and phase composition of aluminum rod for electrical purpose were measured and analyzed.The results indicate that rare earth element Ce can considerably refine grain size of aluminum rod for electrical purpose,improve the regular distribution pattern of the impurity, such as silicon and iron which present in the aluminum matrix,form stable metal compound with pernicious impurity.This metal compound precipitates on the crystal boundary.As a result, the solid solubility of impurity in aluminum reduce, and the electrical conductivity of aluminum rod for electrical purpose is improved.It is found that the mechanical properties of aluminum rod for electrical purpose are improved by rare earth element in certain range of RE addition.Li Pengfei Wang Yunli Gao Xizhu Wang Zaiyun 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:2

13Acoustic viscoelastic modeling by frequency-domain boundary element method显示文摘Earth medium is not completely elastic, with its viscosity resulting in attenuation and dispersion of seismic waves. Most viscoelastic numerical simulations are based on the finite-difference and finite-element methods. Targeted at viscoelastic numerical modeling for multilayered media, the constant-Q acoustic wave equation is transformed into the corresponding wave integral representation with its Green's function accounting for viscoelastic coefficients. An efficient alternative for full-waveform solution to the integral equation is proposed in this article by extending conventional frequency-domain boundary element methods to viscoelastic media. The viscoelastic boundary element method enjoys a distinct characteristic of the explicit use of boundary continuity conditions of displacement and traction, leading to a semi-analytical solution with sufficient accuracy for simulating the viscoelastic effect across irregular interfaces. 17Preparation and immunoprotective effects of a virus-like particle candidate vaccine of the dominant epidemic D3 genotype coxsackievirus A6 in China显示文摘Coxsackievirus A6 of the D3a genotype(CVA6 D3a)is a primary pathogen causingmainland of China's hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD).Viral‐like particle(VLP)vaccines represent a potential candidate vaccine to prevent HFMD.This study collected Anti‐CVA6 D3a VLPs serum from BALB/c female mice immunized using CVA6 D3a VLPs.The neutralizing antibody levels were compared against the representative 14‐JX2018(D3a)and N4‐YN2015(D3b)strains between the antisera of different immune pathways.The immunoprotective effect of anti‐CVA6 D3a VLPs against these strains was monitored using pathological sections and immuno-histochemical results of lung and skeletal muscle tissues in seven‐day‐old Institute of Cancer Research(ICR)mice.Immunological protection against different branches of viruses was evaluated in 7‐day‐old(serum passive immune protection)and 14‐day‐old(VLPs active immune protection)neonatal ICR mice models.Serum‐neutralizing antibody levels were positively correlated with the number of immunizations and higher against 14‐JX2018 than against N4‐YN2015.Furthermore,these levels were significantly higher with abdominal injection than intramuscular injection.The immunized serum of 7‐day‐old ICR mice inoculated three times was 100%protected against CVA6 D3a 14‐JX2018(lethal titer:106.25 TCID 50)and CVA6 D3b N4‐YN2015(lethal titer:105.25TCID 50)fatal attacks,respectively.For ICR mice that have completed two active immunizations for 14 days,both CVA6 D3a 14‐JX2015(challenge titer:108.25 TCID 50)and CVA6 D3b N4‐YN2015(challenge titer:107.25 TCID 50)were used for the challenge,and the mice were able to survive.Overall,the CVA6 D3a VLPs prepared in this study are a potential vaccine candidate for CVA6,as it has the optimal protective effect against both CVA6 D3a and D3b evolutionary branches viruses.Xiaoliang Li Xizhu Xu Jichen Li Huanhuan Lu Congcong Wang Rui Wang Jinbo Xiao Ying Liu Yang Song Jingdong Song Qiang Sun Yong Zhang 2024Biosafety and Health2024,6,1:0

20Clinical features of 162 fatal cases of COVID-19:a multi-center retrospective study显示文摘Background:The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has affected approximately 2 million individuals worldwide;however,data regarding fatal cases have been limited.Objective:To report the clinical features of 162 fatal cases of COVID-19 from 5 hospitals in Wuhan between December 30,2019 and March 12,2020.Methods:The demographic data,signs and symptoms,clinical course,comorbidities,laboratory findings,computed tomographic(CT)scans,treatments,and complications of the patients with fatal cases were retrieved from electronic medical records.Results:The median patient age was 69.5(interquartile range:63.0–77.25)years,and 80%of the patients were over 61 years.A total of 112(69.1%)patients were men.Hypertension(45.1%)was the most common comorbidity,while 59(36.4%)patients had no comorbidity.At admission,131(81.9%)patients had severe or critical COVID-19,whereas 39(18.1%)patients with hypertension or chronic lung disease had moderate COVID-19.In total,126(77.8%)patients received antiviral treatment,while 132(81.5%)patients received glucocorticoid treatment.A total of 116(71.6%)patients were admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU),and 137(85.1%)patients received mechanical ventilation.Most patients received mechanical ventilation before ICU admission.Approximately 93.2%of the patients developed respiratory failure or acute respiratory distress syndrome.There were no significant differences in the inhospital survival time among the hospitals(P=0.14).Conclusion:Young patients with moderate COVID-19 without comorbidity at admission could also develop fatal outcomes.The in-hospital survival time of the fatal cases was similar among the hospitals of different levels in Wuhan.Xianlong Zhou Guoyong Ding Qing Fang Jun Guo Luyu Yang Ping Wang Shou-Zhi Fu Ang Li Jian Xia Jiangtao Yu Jianyou Xia Min Ma Zhuanzhuan Hu Lei Huang Ruining Liu Cheng Jiang Shaoping Li Mingxia Yu Xizhu Xu Yan Zhao Quan Hu Weijia Xing Zhigang Zhao 2022Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,3:0
