| 2 | Reservoir characteristics and well-logging evaluation of the Lower Cambrian shales in southeast Chongqing, China显示文摘To accurately identify the reservoir characteristics and main controlling factors of the Cambrian Niutitang black shale in the southeast Chongqing,a series of systematic measurements were conducted on core samples from Well Yuke-1 and Well Youke-1.The measurements include clay mineral analysis,XRD analysis,petrophysical properties,specific surface area,pore diameter and TOC,as well as R_(o) and maceral compositions.The Niutitang shale reservoir contains detrital minerals and clay minerals averagely of 51.34%and 32.74%,respectively.The average effective porosity and permeability are 1.2%and 8.0×10^(-3)mD,respectively,typically of ultra-low porosity and permeability.Mesopores are dominant,accounting for approximately 73%of the total pore volume.The average BET specific surface area is 7.75m^(2)/g and the average pore diameter is 5.3nm.The average TOC is 2.29%and the average R_(o) is 3.12%,indicating that the organic matter is in over-maturity stage.Statistical analyses of the measurements show that the micropore volume is positively correlated with TOC but negatively correlated with the total content of clay minerals;the mesopore volume is positively correlated with TOC,the total content of clay minerals and the content of carbonate minerals;the macropore volume is positively correlated with TOC and the content of carbonate minerals,weakly positively correlated with the content of detrital minerals but negatively correlated with the total content of clay minerals.The porosity and TOC of the Niutitang shale are computed using the conventional well-logging method for the Yuke-1 and Youke-1 wells,and the porosities are quite consistent with the core analysis resultsr,but in the shallow reservoir that contains no oil and gas,the TOC exhibits no correlation with the core analysis results. | Xiaomeng Cao Bingsong Yu Xintong Li Mengdi Sun Ling Zhang | 2016 | Petroleum Research2016,1,2: | 3 |
| 3 | Study on extraction of thiophene from model gasoline with brønsted acidic ionic liquids显示文摘Brønsted acidic ionic liquids(ILs),N-methylimidazole hydrogen sulfate([HMIm]HSO_(4))and N-methylpyrrolidone hydrogen sulfate([HNMP]HSO_(4)),are synthesized and employed as extractants to extract thiophene from model gasoline(thiophene dissolved in noctane).The effect of extraction temperature,extraction time and volume ratio of ILs to model gasoline on desulfurization rates is investigated.Then,the optimal desulfurization conditions are obtained:the ratio of ILs to model gasoline is 1∶1,extraction temperature is 50℃ for[HMIm]HSO_(4)and 60℃ for[HNMP]HSO_(4),extraction time is 60 min.Meanwhile,the desulfurization rate of[HNMP]HSO_(4)for model gasoline is 62.8%,which is higher than that of[HMIm]HSO_(4)(55.5%)under optimal conditions.The reason is discussed on the basis of the interaction energy between thiophene and ILs at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)level.Furthermore,the total desulfurization rate of[HNMP]HSO_(4)and[HMIm]HSO_(4)reaches 96.4%and 94.4%,respectively,by multistage extraction.Finally,the used ILs can be reused by vacuum drying,and their desulfurization rates are not significantly decreased after recycling 7 times in single-stage desulfurization. | Xiaomeng WANG Mingjuan HAN Hui WAN Cao YANG Guofeng GUAN | 2011 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2011,5,1: | 3 |

| 5 | Structural variation and parallel evolution of apomixis in citrus during domestication and diversification显示文摘Apomixis,or asexual seed formation,is prevalent in Citrinae via a mechanism termed nucellar or adventitious embryony.Here,multiple embryos of a maternal genotype form directly from nucellar cells in the ovule and can outcompete the developing zygotic embryo as they utilize the sexually derived endosperm for growth.Whilst nucellar embryony enables the propagation of clonal plants of maternal genetic constitution,it is also a barrier to effective breeding through hybridization.To address the genetics and evolution of apomixis in Citrinae,a chromosome-level genome of the Hongkong kumquat(Fortunella hindsii)was assembled following a genome-wide variation map including structural variants(SVs)based on 234 Citrinae accessions.This map revealed that hybrid citrus cultivars shelter genome-wide deleterious mutations and SVs into heterozygous states free from recessive selection,which may explain the capability of nucellar embryony in most cultivars during Citrinae diversification.Analyses revealed that parallel evolution may explain the repeated origin of apomixis in different genera of Citrinae.Within Fortunella,we found that apomixis of some varieties originated via introgression.In apomictic Fortunella,the locus associated with apomixis contains the FhRWP gene,encoding an RWP-RK domain-containing protein previously shown to be required for nucellar embryogenesis in Citrus.We found the heterozygous SV in the FhRWP and CitRWP promoters from apomictic Citrus and Fortunella,due to either two or three miniature inverted transposon element(MITE)insertions.A transcription factor,FhARID,encoding an AT-rich interaction domain-containing protein binds to the MITEs in the promoter of apomictic varieties,which facilitates induction of nucellar embryogenesis.This study provides evolutionary genomic and molecular insights into apomixis in Citrinae and has potential ramifications for citrus breeding. | Nan Wang Xietian Song Junli Ye Siqi Zhang Zhen Cao Chenqiao Zhu Jianbing Hu Yin Zhou Yue Huang Shuo Cao Zhongjie Liu Xiaomeng Wu Lijun Chai Wenwu Guo Qiang Xu Brandon S.Gaut Anna M.G.Koltunow Yongfeng Zhou Xiuxin Deng | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,10: | 1 |

| 7 | WSB1 regulates c-Myc expression through β-catenin signaling and forms a feedforward circuit显示文摘The dysregulation of transcription factors is widely associated with tumorigenesis.As the most well-defined transcription factor in multiple types of cancer,c-Myc can transform cells by transactivating various downstream genes.Given that there is no effective way to directly inhibit c-Myc,c-Myc targeting strategies hold great potential for cancer therapy.In this study,we found that WSB1,which has a highly positive correlation with c-Myc in 10 cancer cell lines and clinical samples,is a direct target gene of c-Myc,and can positively regulate c-Myc expression,which forms a feedforward circuit promoting cancer development.RNA sequencing results from Bel-7402 cells confirmed that WSB1 promoted cMyc expression through theβ-catenin pathway.Mechanistically,WSB1 affectedβ-catenin destruction complex-PPP2CA assembly and E3 ubiquitin ligase adaptorβ-TRCP recruitment,which inhibited the ubiquitination ofβ-catenin and transactivated c-Myc.Of interest,the effect of WSB1 on c-Myc was independent of its E3 ligase activity.Moreover,overexpressing WSB1 in the Bel-7402 xenograft model could further strengthen the tumor-driven effect of c-Myc overexpression.Thus,our findings revealed a novel mechanism involved in tumorigenesis in which the WSB1/c-Myc feedforward circuit played an essential role,highlighting a potential c-Myc intervention strategy in cancer treatment. | Xiaomeng Gao Jieqiong You Yanling Gong Meng Yuan Haiying Zhu Liang Fang Hong Zhu Meidan Ying Qiaojun He Bo Yang Ji Cao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,3: | 0 |
