| 1 | Design and synthesis of Al-MOF/PPSU mixed matrix membrane with pollution resistance显示文摘To enhance the performance of the polyphenylene sulfone(PPSU) membrane,a novel mixed matrix membrane with hydrophilicity and antifouling properties was prepared.Using PPSU as the ba sic membrane material,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) as the porogen,N-Methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) as the solvent,and MOF-CAU-1(Al_(4)(OH)_(2)(OCH_(3))_4(H_2 N-BDC)_(3)·xH_(2) O) as the filler,PPSU/CAU-1 mixed matrix membrane(MMM) was prepared by an immersion precipitation and phase transformation technique.By changing the amount of MOF-CAU-1,the properties and performance of the MMM membrane were investigated in terms of hydrophilicity,pore morphology,surface roughness,and dye removal.The results show that the highest pure water flux of the mixed reached 47.9 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1), when the CAU-1 addition amount was 1.0 wt%, which was 23% higher than that of the pure PPSU membrane.Both the rejection rate and the antifouling performance of the MMM membrane also noticeably improved. | Shujuan Xiao Xiaowen Huo Shuxin Fan Kui Zhao Shouwu Yu Xiaoyao Tan | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1: | 5 |
| 2 | Preparation and properties of PPSU/GO mixed matrix membrane显示文摘Polyphenylene sulfone/graphene oxide(PPSU/GO) mixed matrix membranes with different GO contents are prepared by phase inversion technique using, PEG-1000 as porogen, and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC) as solvent.The hydrophilicity and pure water flux of the membrane are investigated. The morphology, hydrophilicity, thermodynamic stability and compatibility of the membranes are characterized by various techniques such as SEM,TGA, FTIR and so on. The permeation properties of the membrane are measured in terms of pure water flux and bovine serum albumin(BSA) retention. The results indicate that when the GO content is 1.5 wt%, an evenly distributed finger structure has been formed in the mixed matrix membranes. | 4 | Preparation of microtubular solid oxide fuel cells based on highly asymmetric structured electrolyte hollow fibers显示文摘A simple and cost-effective method has been developed for the fabrication of microtubular solid oxide fuel cells (MT-SOFCs). Highly asymmetric electrolyte hollow fibers composed of a thin dense skin layer and a thick porous substrate are first prepared by a modified phase inversion/sintering technique. The porous substrate is then formed into the anode by deposition of a Ni catalyst via an electroless plating method inside the pores while the thin dense skin layer serves directly as the electrolyte film of the fuel cells. A porous cathode layer is produced on the outer surface of the Ni-deposited hollow fibers by slurry coating and subsequent sintering to form a complete micro tubular fuel cell. The process has been employed to fabricate yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) supported Ni-YSZ-YSZ-La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-(LSCF) microtubular fuel cells. | 5 | Preparation of electrolyte membranes for micro tubular solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) micro tubular electrolyte membranes for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) were prepared via the combined wet phase inversion and sintering technique. The as-derived YSZ mi- cro tubes consist of a thin dense skin layer and a thick porous layer that can serve as the electrode of fuel cells. The dense and the porous electrolyte layers have the thickness of 3-5 μm and 70-90 μm, respectively, while the inner surface porosity of the porous layer is higher than 28.1%. The two layers are perfectly integrated together to preclude the crack or flake of electrolyte film from the electrode.
