| 3 | Nondestructive detection of infertile hatching eggs based on spectral and imaging information显示文摘In order to quickly distinguish infertile eggs from fertile eggs,the hyperspectral imaging technology consisting of imaging and spectral information was used for detecting the fertile information of eggs.Before hatching eggs were incubated,a hyperspectral imaging system(wavelength between 400 to 1000 nm)was used to acquire the images one-by-one manually.The characteristic information of ratios of length to short axis,elongation,roundness and the ratios of the yolk area to the whole area was extracted based on the images.The normalization method was used as the spectral data preprocessing,and then 155 spectral characteristic variables were extracted from 520 nm waveband through the correlation coefficient method.Principal component analysis(PCA)method was adopted to reduce the dimensions of image-spectrum fusion information;the top six principal components were extracted.Support vector machine(SVM)method was used to establish classification of fertile and infertile eggs models,which are based on image,spectrum and image-spectrum fusion information respectively.The accuracy rates of the SVM models were 84.00%,90.00%and 93.00%respectively.The experimental results show that the model based on image-spectrum fusion information technology is superior to the single information model.Hyperspectral transmission imaging technology is effective and feasible to detect the fertile hatching eggs before incubation. | Zhu Zhihui Liu Ting Xie Dejun Wang Qiaohua Ma Meihu | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,4: | 4 |
| 4 | Surface photovoltage phase spectroscopy study of the photo-induced charge carrier properties of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays显示文摘By using the surface photovoltage (SPV) technique based on a lock-in amplifier, surface states located 3.1 eV below the conduction band of TiO_(2) have been detected in TiO_(2) nanotube arrays prepared by anodization of titanium foil in fluoride-based ethylene glycol solution. The photo-induced charge transportation behavior of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays was also studied by quali- tatively analyzing their SPV phase spectra measured under different external bias. | 15 | Boosting Photocatalytic Oxygen Evolution:Purposely Constructing Direct Z-Scheme Photoanode by Modulating the Interface Electric Field显示文摘Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode has received widespread attention in photoelectrochemical(PEC)water spilling because of its optimized oxidative and reductive capability of composites catalyst.However,its low efficiency could limit its development.Herein,in order to improve the efficiency of PEC water spilling,the all-solid-state direct Z-scheme Ti-ZnFe2O4/Ti-Fe2O3(TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3)nanorod arrays composited with the ideal energy band structure are synthesized by modulating the Fermi level of TZFO for PEC water splitting.The photophysical methods in this work,including the Kelvin probe measurement and transient photovoltage spectroscopy(TPV)measurement,are applied to explore the migration behavior of electric charges at the enhanced interface electric field.Finally,the Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism of TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode is proved successfully.Benefiting from the desirable charge transfer at interface electric field,the TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 exhibits the outstanding photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance,and the photocurrent of 60TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode reaches 2.16 mA/cm^2 at 1.23 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is three times higher than that of pure Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode.This work provides a facile approach of modulating interface electric field to optimize the Z-scheme charge-transfer process. | LI Yinyin WU Qiannan ZHANG Kai HU Bin LIN Yanhong WANG Dejun XIE Tengfeng | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6: | 0 |
