1Copper-indium hydroxides derived electrocatalysts with tunable compositions for electrochemical CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Bimetallic Cu-In hybrid electrocatalysts are promising noble metal-free catalysts for selective electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(ECO_(2) RR).Most reports show Cu-In catalysts are selective towards CO evolutio n.However,few show similarly high selectivity towards formate.Herein we fabricated composition tunable Cu-In hydroxides(Cu_xIn_y-OH) by the hydrothermal method and studied their composition effect on electrochemical CO_(2) reduction in detail. We found that the selectivity of CO_(2) reduction products shifted from CO to formate when the content of In increased in the Cu_xIn_y-OH electrocatalysts.The Cu rich electrocatalyst mostly produced CO,which could achieve a Faradaic efficiency(FE) to 75.8% at-0.59 V vs.RHE(Cu_(76)In_(24)based electrocatalysts).In comparison,the In rich electrocatalysts selectively produced formate,which possessed the FE of formate up to 85% at-1.01 V vs.RHE.Our work systematically illustrates the composition effect on hybrid catalysts,and provides insights into the design of highly selective catalysts for ECO_(2) RR.Qixian Xiea Gaston O.Larrazabal Ming Ma Ib Chorkendorff Brian Seger Jingshan Luo 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12:2

18An integrated quantitative proteomics strategy reveals the dual mechanisms of celastrol against acute inflammation显示文摘Inflammation is a defense mechanism associated with a wide range of diseases.Celastrol is a small molecule isolated from traditional Chinese medicine with potent anti-inflammation activity.In this study,we established an integrated quantitative proteomics strategy to investigate the acute response to celastrol treatment in a rat macrophage cell line challenged with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Both stableisotopic based non-targeted quantitative profiling and PRM-based targeted quantitation methods were employed.Dimethyl-labeling based non-targeted profiling revealed 28 and 52 proteins that significantly up-and down-regulated by celastrol.Bioinformatics analysis pinpoint key signaling pathways affected.Seven proteins were selected for examining their time-dependent regulatory pattern in response to celastrol using targeted PRM quantitation.The abundance of mRNA at multiple time-points of selected proteins was also examined.Celastrol induced an acute response of selected key transcriptional factors in terms of mRNA or protein abundance within one hour.Interestingly,regulatory trend of mRNA and protein abundance suggested a novel dual mechanism of celastrol in the terms of acute antiinflammation.The integrated quantitative proteomic strategy established in this study constitutes an efficient workflow to characterize key components and their time-dependent regulatory pattern for monitoring drug response.Guangshan Xiea Lin Zhu Yuanyuan Song Wei Huang Di Hu Zongwei Cai 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:1
