2Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase显示文摘To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.Jian Jiao Min Chen Shengxin Sun Weijie Si Xiaobin Wang Weijie Ding Xincan Fu An Wang Chunlong Yang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,2:1

5An Experimental Study on the Interaction between Hydrate Formation and Wax Precipitation in Waxy Oil-in-Water Emulsions显示文摘The coupled formation of wax crystals and hydrates is a critical issue for the safety of deep-sea oil and gas exploration and subsea transport pipeline flow.Therefore,this paper conducts an experimental study on the characteristics of methane hydrate formation in a water-in-oil(W/O)system with different wax crystal contents and explores the influence of different initial experimental pressures on the induction period and maximum rate of hydrate formation.The wavelet function was introduced to process the reaction rate and calculate the maximum speed of hydrate formation.Notably,the higher the pressure,the smaller the maximum rate of hydrate formation.We observed that wax crystal precipitation increases the viscosity of the emulsion,which limits the diffusion of gas in the liquid phase during hydrate nucleation and thus delays the hydrate nucleation.The methane gas precipitation also affects the remaining fraction’s wax content and therefore affects the wax precipitation.Secondary hydrate formation was observed several times during the experiment,increasing the risk of pipeline blockage.Overall,this work provides insights into the effect of wax crystal precipitation on hydrate behaviour that could facilitate flow assurance applications in subsea multiphase pipelines and inform the safe transportation of oil and gas pipelines.Xincan Song Lin Wang Cheng Yu Jiaxin Chen Linjie Ma 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,8:0
6Novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives containing a hydrazide moiety:Design, synthesis and bioactive evaluation against phytopathogenic fungi in vitro and in vivo显示文摘A series of novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives bearing a hydrazide moiety were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antifungal activities against Rhizoctonia solani (Rs), Fusarium graminearum (Fg), Botrytis cinerea (Bc) and Colletotrichum capsici (Cc). The in vitro antifungal bioassays indicated that most of title compounds displayed good selectivity and specificity aganist Rs relative to Fg, Bc and Cc. Strikingly, the title compound N'-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(5-phenyl-6-thioxo-1,3,5-thiadiazinan-3-yl)acethydrazide (5b) obviously inhibited the Rs growth in vitro with the EC50 value of 0.24μg/mL, which is approximately 2-folds more effective than the commercialized fungicide carbendazim (0.55 μg/mL). The in vivo anti-Rs effects of title compound 5b were further evaluated on rice leaves with control efficacies of 98.58% at 200 μg/mL and 61.27% at 100 μg/mL. 7Efficacy of digital therapeutics in smoking cessation: A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Intervention based on“digital therapeutics”(DTs)to aid smoking cessation(SC)has developed in recent years.This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to explore the efficacy of DTs in SC.Databases(PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Xplore,ClinicalTrials,Science Direct,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Wanfang,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials)from inception to June 27,2022 were searched to collect randomized controlled trials focusing on use of DTs for SC.Revman 5.3 and Stata16 were used for meta-analysis.After literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment by two researchers.33 studies(19,749 participants)were included.Compared with the control group,DTs significantly increased the prevalence of abstinence of smokers[OR=1.77,95%CI[1.39,2.26],p=0],significantly increased the point prevalence abstinence(PPA)[OR=1.45,95%CI[1.18,1.78],p=0],and improved participation in SC programs[OR=1.12,95%CI[1.01,1.24],p=0.038].Subgroup analysis showed that,among different intervention groups,the prevalence of DTs-assisted SC in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=5.18,95%CI[1.49,18.05],p=0.001],the prevalence of WeChat-assisted SC in smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=4.37,95%CI[2.21,8.67],p=0].This meta-analysis showed that DTs-assisted SC improved the prevalence of abstinence,PPA,and increased the participation of smokers in SC programs.Luyao Liu Yu Zhao Jianchao Li Ning Zhang Zhenzhen Lan Xincan Liu 2023Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2023,,1:0
8Band-like transport in non-fullerene acceptor semiconductor Y6显示文摘The recently reported non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)Y6 has been extensively investigated for high-performance organic solar cells.However,its charge transport property and physics have not been fully studied.In this work,we acquired a deeper understanding of the charge transport in Y6 by fabricating and characterizing thin-film transistors(TFTs),and found that the electron mobility of Y6 is over 0.3-0.4 cm^(2)/(V⋅s)in top-gate bottom-contact devices,which is at least one order of magnitude higher than that of another well-known NFA ITIC.More importantly,we observed band-like transport in Y6 spin-coated films through temperature-dependent measurements on TFTs.This is particularly amazing since such transport behavior is rarely seen in polycrystalline organic semiconductor films.Further morphology characterization and discussions indicate that the band-like transport originates from the unique molecule packing motif of Y6 and the special phase of the film.As such,this work not only demonstrates the superior charge transport property of Y6,but also suggests the great potential of developing high-mobility n-type organic semiconductors,on the basis of Y6.Kaixuan Chen Huan Wei Ping-An Chen Yu Liu Jing Guo Jiangnan Xia Haihong Xie Xincan Qiu Yuanyuan Hu 2022Frontiers of Optoelectronics2022,15,2:0
