| 1 | Lipid analysis of three special nervonic acid resources in China显示文摘Nervonic acid plays an important role in nutrition and function of the human body.Malania oleifera,Acer truncatum and Xanthoceras sorbifolium are China’s unique woody plant rich in nervonic acid in seed oil.This study aims to investigate the lipid composition of these 3 special resources.Their fatty acids were detected by gas chromatography coupled with flame detector(GC-FID).Triglycerides(TAGs)and phospholipids(PLs)were detected by shotgun-mass spectrometry(shotgun-MS).Results showed that M.oleifera oil presented the highest level of nervonic acid(46.20±0.22%)among the 3 oils.Seeds oil of A.truncatum and X.sorbifolium had 3.53±0.20%and 1.83±0.21%nervonic acid respectively.53 species of TAGs and 15 species of PLs were identified in M.oleifera oil,with PLs content of 499.94±22.34μg/g.In A.truncatum oil,PL and TAG species were twice more than those in M.oleifera oil,and its’content of PLs was 76.27±3.21μg/g.In X.sorbifolium oil,75 TAGs and 34 PLs were detected,with the lowest PLs at 23.84±0.17μg/g.The results demonstrated that these 3 vegetable oils have great potential to become nervonic acid supplements for human health. | Xinghao Tu Jingya Wan Ya Xie Fang Wei Siewyoung Quek Xin Lv Liqing Du Hong Chen | 2020 | Oil Crop Science2020,5,4: | 7 |
| 2 | Mechanical Properties of DS NiAl/Cr(Mo) Alloys with Low Addition of Hf for High-temperature Applications显示文摘A multiphase NiAI-28Cr-5.85Mo-0.15Hf alloy, which was directionally solidified (DS) in an AI2O3-SiO2 mold by stan-dard Bridgman method and then underwent prolonged solution and aging treatment was prepared. The microstruc-ture, tensile properties as well as tensile creep of the heat-treated alloy at different temperatures were studied. Thealloy was composed of NiAl, Cr(Mo) and Hf-rich phase and small amount of fine Heusler phase (Ni2AIHf). Althoughthe present alloy exhibited high tensile strength at low temperature, it was weaker than that of system with highcontent Hf but still stronger than that of many NiAI-based alloys at high temperatures. The fracture toughness islower than that of DS NiAI-28Cr-6Mo alloy. Nevertheless, advantageous effects on the mechanical properties, i.e.the decrease in brittle-to-ductile transition temperature (BDTT) were obtained for the low content of Hf. The ob-tained creep curves exhibit conventional shape: a short primary creep and long accelerated creep stages. | 3 | Using two-pass friction stir processing to produce nanocrystalline microstructure in AZ61 magnesium alloy显示文摘Despite their interesting properties,nanostructured materials have found limited use as a result of the cost of preparation and the difficulty in scaling up.Herein,a two-pass friction stir processing(FSP)technique is employed to refine grain sizes to a nanoscale.Nanocrystalline AZ61 Mg alloy with an av-erage grain size of less than 100nm was successfully obtained using FSP.Corresponding to this,the highest microhardness of the nano-grained region reached triple times that of AZ61 substrate.In prin-ciple,by applying multiple overlapping passes,it should be possible to produce any desired size thin sheet of nanostructure using this technique.We expect that the FSP technique may pave a way to large-scale structural applications of nanostructured metals and alloys. | XingHao Du BaoLin Wu | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,6: | 2 |

| 8 | BDT and Creep Behaviors of NiAl-25 at.pct Cr Alloy at Various Temperatures显示文摘Brittle-to-ductile transition (BDT) behavior and creep behavior of extruded NiAl-25Cr alloy at elevated temperatures were investigated. The results reveal that the alloy exhibits obvious BDT behavior with the increase in temperature and BDT temperature (BDTT) is sensitive to initial strain rate. When the initial strain rate increases by two orders of magnitude, BDTT has an increase of approximate 80 K. The creep data in the temperature range of 1073~1123 K reveal two distinct regions of creep behavior in this material. At lower temperature, the creep characteristics are consistent with structural controlled creep process where creep deformation is controlled by dislocation climb. At higher temperature, the creep characteristics are consistent with mobility-controlled deformation where viscous glide of dislocations controls creep. The apparent activation energy determined by creep in both regions exceeds the value for lattice self-diffusion in NiAl by a considerable amount. | 9 | Online Identification of Lithium-ion Battery Model Parameters with Initial Value Uncertainty and Measurement Noise显示文摘Online parameter identification is essential for the accuracy of the battery equivalent circuit model(ECM).The traditional recursive least squares(RLS)method is easily biased with the noise disturbances from sensors,which degrades the modeling accuracy in practice.Meanwhile,the recursive total least squares(RTLS)method can deal with the noise interferences,but the parameter slowly converges to the reference with initial value uncertainty.To alleviate the above issues,this paper proposes a co-estimation framework utilizing the advantages of RLS and RTLS for a higher parameter identification performance of the battery ECM.RLS converges quickly by updating the parameters along the gradient of the cost function.RTLS is applied to attenuate the noise effect once the parameters have converged.Both simulation and experimental results prove that the proposed method has good accuracy,a fast convergence rate,and also robustness against noise corruption. | Xinghao Du Jinhao Meng Kailong Liu Yingmin Zhang Shunli Wang Jichang Peng Tianqi Liu | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2023,36,1: | 0 |
