1Detection and analysis of DNA recapture through a solid-state nanopore显示文摘Motion control of a single molecule through a solid-state nanopore offers a new perspective on detecting and analyzing single biomolecules.Repeat recapture of a single DNA molecule reveals the dynamics in DNA translocation through a nanopore and may significantly increase the signal-to-noise ratio for DNA base distinguishing.However,the transient current at the moment of voltage reversal prevents the observation of instantly recaptured molecules and invalidates the continuous DNA ping-pong control.We performed and analyzed the DNA translocation and recapture experiment in a silicon nitride solid-state nanopore.Numerical calculation of molecular motion clearly shows the recapture dynamics with different delay times.The prohibited time when the data acquisition system is saturated by the transient current is derived by equivalent circuit analysis and finite element simulation.The COMSOL simulation reveals that the membrane capacitance plays an important role in determining the electric field distribution during the charging process.As a result of the transient charging process,a non-constant driving force pulls the DNA back to nanopores faster than theoretically predicted.The observed long time constant in the transient current trace is explained by the dielectric absorption of the membrane capacitor.Ying Hu Zhi Zhou Xinyan Shan Xinghua Lu 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35:2
2Genetic lineage tracing identifies cardiac mesenchymal-to-adipose transition in an arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy model显示文摘Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy(ACM)is one of the most common inherited cardiomyopathies,characterized by progressive fibrofatty replacement in the myocardium.However,the cellular origin of cardiac adipocytes in ACM remains largely unknown.Unraveling the cellular source of cardiac adipocytes in ACM would elucidate the underlying pathological process and provide a potential target for therapy.Herein,we generated an ACM mouse model by inactivating desmosomal gene desmoplakin in cardiomyocytes;and examined the adipogenic fates of several cell types in the disease model.The results showed that SOX9^(+),PDGFRa^(+),and PDGFRb^(+)mesenchymal cells,but not cardiomyocytes or smooth muscle cells,contribute to the intramyocardial adipocytes in the ACM model.Mechanistically,Bmp4 was highly expressed in the ACM mouse heart and functionally promoted cardiac mesenchymal-to-adipose transition in vitro.Xinyan Huang Lei Yan Jufeng Meng Nanbo Liu Shuoji Zhu Zhen Jiang Shan Kou Teng Feng Chao-Po Lin Bin Zhou Juan Tang Ping Zhu Hui Zhang 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,1:1

5Introduction of N,N’-disulfonylhydrazines as new sulfonylating reagents for highly efficient synthesis of(E)-β-iodovinyl arenesulfones under mild conditions显示文摘N,N’-Disulfonylhydrazines have been proven to be the most reactive precursors of the sulfonyl radicals among all types of sulfonyl substituted hydrazines as early as half a century ago.However,the sulfonyl radicals generated from these compounds have not been used in organic synthesis except the simple selfdimerization synthesis of disulfones controlled by the'solvent-cage-effects'.In this article,N,N’-disulfonylhydrazines were introduced as new sulfonylating reagents and their combinations with NIS were disclosed as new iodosulfonylating reagents of allcynes.Finally,a highly efficient method for the synthesis of(E)-β-iodovinyl arenesulfones was developed by mixing an alkyne,a N,N’-disulfonylhydrazine and NIS in aqueous THF at room temperature for 5 min.Dongping Luo Lin Min Weiping Zheng Lidong Shan Xinyan Wang Yuefei Hu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7:0
