| 1 | Improving bubble-particle attachment during the flotation of low rank coal by surface modification显示文摘Based on the problems caused by many oxygen-containing functional groups and poor floatability on the surface of low rank coal,the characteristics of low rank coal were analyzed systematically by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)techniques.The bubble-particle induction time was used to determine the characterization of the bubble-particle attachment,and the bubble-particle attachment of low rank coal modified by soaking the coal samples in an acid or alkaline solution was analyzed.The floatability of the modified coal surface was verified by flotation tests.The results show that the particle size of 0.125–0.074 mm of the coal sample exhibited better bubble-particle attachment characteristics.The small bubble,the larger approach velocity of bubble and the larger bubble deformation were more helpful to enhance the bubbleparticle attachment.For an acid solution,the smaller the p H was and the longer the soaking time was,the better the floatability of the coal sample and the higher the combustible material recovery were.The combustible material recovery of low rank coal was increased to 78.79%by soaking the sample in an acid solution of pH=0 for 180 min.On the contrary there was a best concentration for the alkaline solution. | Haishan Hu Ming Li Lulu Li Xiuxiang Tao | 2020 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,2: | 27 |
| 2 | A hydrocarbon enrichment model and prediction of favorable accumulation areas in complicated superimposed basins in China显示文摘The geologic conditions of superimposed basins in China are very complicated. This is mainly shown by multi-phase structural evolution,multiple sets of source-reservoir-cap rock combinations,multiple stages of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion from source rocks,multi-cycle hydrocarbon enrichment and accumulation,and multi-phase reservoir adjustment and reconstruction. The enrichment,accumulation and distribution of hydrocarbon is mainly controlled by the source rock kitchen,paleoanticline,regional cap rock and intensity of tectonic movement. In this paper,the T-BCMS model has been developed to predict favorable areas of hydrocarbon accumulation in complicated superimposed basins according to time and spatial relationships among five key factors. The five factors include unconformity surface representing tectonic balancing(B) ,regional cap rock representing hydrocarbon protection(C) ,paleo-anticline representing hydrocarbon migration and accumulation(M) ,source rock kitchen representing hydrocarbon generation and expulsion(S) and geological time(T) . There are three necessary conditions to form favorable areas of hydrocarbon accumulation. First,four key factors BCMS should be strictly in the order of BCMS from top to bottom. Second,superimposition of four key factors BCMS in the same area is the most favorable for hydrocarbon accumulation. Third,vertically ordered combination and superimposition in the same area of BCMS should occur at the same geological time. The model has been used to predict the most favorable exploration areas in Ordovician in the Tarim Basin in the main hydrocarbon accumulation periods. | 3 | Progress of the technique of coal microwave desulfurization显示文摘With the advantages of its fast speed,effective and moderate controllable conditions,desulfurization of coal by microwave has become research focus in the field of clean coal technology.Coal is a homogeneous mixture which consists of various components with different dielectric properties,so their abilities to absorb microwaves are different,and the sulfur-containing components are better absorbers of microwave,which makes them can be selectively heated and reacted under microwave irradiation.There still remain controversies on the principle of microwave desulfurization at present,thermal effects or non-thermal effects.The point of thermal effects of microwave is mainly base on its characters of rapidly and selectly heating.While,in view of non-thermal effect,direct interactions between the microwave electromagnetic field and sulfur containing components are proposed.It is a fundamental problem to determine the dielectric properties of coal and the sulfur-containing components to reveal the interaction of microwave and sulfur-containing compounds.However,the test of dielectric property of coal is affected by many factors,which makes it difficult to measure dielectric properties accurately.In order to achieve better desulfurization effect,the researchers employ methods of adding chemical additives such as acid,alkali,oxidant,reductant,or changing the reaction atmosphere,or combining with other methods such as magnetic separation,ultrasonic and microorganism.Researchers in this field have also put forward several processes,and have obtained a number of patents.Obscurity of microwave desulfurization mechanism,uncertainties in qualitative and quantitative analysis of sulfur-containing functional groups in coal,and the lack of special microwave equipment have limited further development of microwave desulfurization technology. | Xiuxiang Tao Ning Xu Maohua Xie Longfei Tang | 2014 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,1: | 15 |
| 4 | Degradation of lignite model compounds by the action of white rot fungi显示文摘Three compounds modeled on the lignite structure were chosen for experimental degradation by different fungi strains. Culture conditions and extracellular enzyme activities were optimized. The growth curves of the strains were determined to study mycelium dry weight and protein content changes. Gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy were used to detect changes of functional groups before and after the action of the fungi on the model compounds. Possible decomposition products and degrada-tion mechanisms were proposed. The research findings show that C. Versicolor and Golden Mushroom can grow in presence of the model compounds. The optimum culture conditions were a pH of 6.0, a carbon-nitrogen ratio of five and a Tween-80 concentration of 0.1%. Newly produced substances were found by gas chromatography. | 5 | Further Recognition of Petroleum Exploration Potential of Marine Carbonates in Western Tarim Basin显示文摘A series of significant discoveries in marine carbonate rocks show great petroleum exploration potential in the Tarim Basin. However, the oil and gas fields discovered in the carbonate rocks are mainly distributed around the Manjiaer Sag in the eastern Tarim Basin. Some explorations occurred and no oil or gas field was discovered around the Awati Sag in the western Tarim Basin. Information from wells and outcrops reveals that there are excellent oil and gas source rock conditions around the Awati Sag. Transformed reef-shoal reservoirs could be formed in the Ordovician carbonate rocks with paleo-geographic background and hydrothermal conditions. | 6 | Changes in sulfur form during coal desulfurization with microwave:Effect on coal properties显示文摘The changes in sulfur form in coal were analyzed by sulfur K-XANES(K-edge X-ray absorption near edge structures) spectra before and after the coal microwave desulfurization in a Na OH solution. After the desulfurization, the pyritic sulfur content of coal decreased significantly from 53.6% to 39.2%, while the sulfate sulfur content increased from 17.3% to 34.6%. Only a small amount of thiophene sulfur(20.1–16.1%) was removed. Some sulfur-containing components were oxidized to sulfate sulfur. Under the optimum conditions, the ash content decreased, while the volatile content increased. The calorific value of coal slightly decreased with a slight variation in the amplitudes. The overall structure of coal did not change significantly based on Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectral analyses. | 8 | Effects of magnetic field on fluidization properties of magnetic pearls显示文摘An experimental study of the influence of external magnetic field on the fluidization behavior of magnetic pearls was carried out. Magnetic pearls are a magnetic form of iron oxide that mainly consists of Fe2O3 which are recovered from a high-volume power plant fly ash from pulverized coal combustion. Due to its abundance, low price and particular physical and chemical properties, magnetic pearls can be used as a heavy medium for minerals or solid waste dry separation based on density difference. This paper introduces the properties of magnetic pearls and compares the performance of magnetic pearls fluidised bed operation with or without an external magnetic field. | 9 | Hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of beachbar sandstones in the southern slope of the Dongying Sag, Jiyang Depression, Bohai Bay Basin, China显示文摘A number of beach-bar sandstone reservoir beds are developed in the upper fourth member of the Eocene Shahejie Formation(Ess4) on the southern slope of the Dongying Sag. Based on the analysis of seismic and logging data, with characterization and petrographic studies of core and cutting samples, this paper analyzes the hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics in two typical blocks of the Boxing and Wangjiagang oilfields, especially reservoir bed heterogeneity and migration conditions that influence oil and gas distribution, calculates the index of reservoir bed quality(IRQ) with a mathematical method, and discusses the relationship between driving force and resistance of hydrocarbon accumulation. Taking into account the characteristics of thin interbeds in beach-bar sandstones, an experimental model simulated the characteristics of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation in thin interbedded sandstones with reservoir bed heterogeneity. The results showed that hydrocarbon distribution and properties were extremely non-uniform. Reservoir bed and migration conditions controlled hydrocarbon accumulation in beach-bar sandstones. IRQ is above 0.4 in the main hydrocarbon region. Sand body distribution, structural configuration and fault systems controlled the direction of regional migration and location of hydrocarbon accumulation. Simulation experiments indicated that the change of driving force for hydrocarbon migration affected selective accumulation mechanisms. Hydrocarbon moved vertically along fault zones to the reservoir and resulted in the distribution of hydrocarbon in the reservoir. Two kinds of hydrocarbon accumulation models exist in the study area. One is a hydrocarbon accumulation model controlled by reservoir bed heterogeneity and the second is a hydrocarbon accumulation model controlled by a complex migration system with faults connecting sandbodies. | 10 | Hydrocarbon accumulation in deep fluid modified carbonate rock in the Tarim Basin显示文摘The activities of deep fluid are regionalized in the Tarim Basin. By analyzing the REE in core samples and crude oil, carbon isotope of carbon dioxide and inclusion temperature measurement in the west of the Tazhong Uplift in the western Tarim Basin, all the evidence confirms the existence of deep fluid. The deep fluid below the basin floor moved up into the basin through discordogenic fault and volcanicity to cause corrosion and metasomatosis of carbonate rock by exchange of matter and energy. The pore structure and permeability of the carbonate reservoirs were improved, making the carbonate reservoirs an excellent type of deeply buried modification. The fluorite ore belts discovered along the large fault and the volcanic area in the west of the Tazhong Uplift are the outcome of deep fluid action. Such carbonate reservoirs are the main type of reservoirs in the Tazhong 45 oilfield. The carbonate reservoirs in well YM 7 are improved obviously by thermal fluid dolomitization. The origin and territory of deep fluid are associated with the discordogenic fault and volcanicity in the basin. The discordogenic fault and volcanic area may be the pointer of looking for the deep fluid modified reservoirs. | 12 | Fractional Fourier transform of Lorentz-Gauss vortex beams显示文摘An analytical expression for a Lorentz-Gauss vortex beam passing through a fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) system is derived. The influences of the order of the FRFT and the topological charge on the normalized intensity distribution, the phase distribution, and the orbital angular momentum density of a Lorentz-Gauss vortex beam in the FRFT plane are examined. The order of the FRFT controls the beam spot size, the orientation of the beam spot, the spiral direction of the phase distribution, the spatial orientation of the two peaks in the orbital angular momentum density distribution, and the magnitude of the orbital angular momentum density. The increase of the topological charge not only results in the dark-hollow region becoming large, but also brings about detail changes in the beam profile.
