| 1 | THE 3-D BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD OF ROLLER BEARING BY PLATE ELEMENT ANALOGUE显示文摘The mill roller beating is made up of an internal ring,middle rolls and an external ring,theanalysis of whieh is a multi-bodies contact problem.In this paper,based on the three-dimensional elasticcontact BEM without friction,and using the structural characteristics of roller bearings,middle rolls are de-scribed by elastic plate units of different shapes,which is placed on the internal ring.The discontinuoustraction problem of the contact element can be dealt with by the traction sub-element method.Therefore thecontact problem can be changed froin one of multi-bodies to one of two-bodies.As an elastic deformation ofthe plate element,it can be calculated by an elastic contact formula and is regarded an an equivalent gap tobe put into the total matrix equality.The face-to-face contact condition of displacement and traction on theelement will nerve as the convergence judging condition.So convergence solution can be obtained before anygeometry inconsistent on the contact element may take place.Therefore,the three-dimensional distribution ofload of the mill roller bearing can be achieved,It has been proved that the calculating model of this methodis visualized and simple,has last convergence solution and higher accuracy,making it an effective numericalmethod of designing and analyzing load characteristics of the mill roller bearing. | Shen Guangxian Shu xuedao Li Ming | 2001 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2001,14,3: | 9 |
| 2 | Grain Boundary Distribution Evolution of 00Cr12Ti FSS during Annealing显示文摘The texture and grain boundary of 00Cr12 Ti FSS have a close correlation with properties and should be controlled to optimize the performance of steel sheets. In this paper, the macrotexture evolution during recrystallization annealing was investigated by XRD, the microtexture and grain boundary distribution evolution during recrystallization annealing were investigated by EBSD. The results showed that the γ fiber texture were mainly generated by replacing α fiber texture in recrystallization process. But with the holding time extending,γ fiber texture transferred to other texture after the holding time got to a certain degree. | 4 | Residual stress analysis of multi-pass cold spinning process显示文摘Uncontrolled residual stresses have significant effects on the service time and defects of the spun parts.Nowadays,X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)method has been widely used in the residual stress measurement of industry products with different forming processes.The calculated residual stress is usually obtained from the data fitting slope of strain and angle with Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)method.But this fitting method is not always suitable for the big fluctuant data.In this paper,the Weighted Least Square(WLS)method is used for the data fitting and compared with the OLS method.The nickel-based superalloy GH3030 and iron-based superalloy GH1140 are applied in the multi-pass cold spinning experiments.The residual stress distributions of normal,potential crack and wrinkle workpieces are discussed with the grain structure.The results show that WLS method has better goodness of fit compared with OLS method.The residual stress distributions have special relationship with potential crack,wrinkle workpiece and grain structure. | Zixuan LI Xuedao SHU | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3: | 1 |
