| 1 | Atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst towards efficient electrochemical synthesis of ammonia显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to explore energy-efficient strategies of ammonia synthesis to replace Haber–Bosch process which accounts for 1.4% of the annual energy consumption. In this study,atomically dispersed Au_1 catalyst is synthesized and applied in electrochemical synthesis of ammonia under ambient conditions. A high NH_4^+ Faradaic efficiency of 11.1% achieved by our Au_1 catalyst surpasses most of reported catalysts under comparable conditions. Benefiting from efficient atom utilization, an NH_4^+ yield rate of 1,305 lg h^(-1) mg_(Au)^(-1) has been reached, which is roughly 22.5 times as high as that by supported Au nanoparticles. We also demonstrate that by employing our Au_1 catalyst, NH4+can be electrochemically produced directly from N_2 and H_2 with an energy utilization rate of 4.02 mmol kJ^(-1). | 4 | Correlation of Platelet and Coagulation Function with Blood Stasis Syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis显示文摘Objective To investigate the correlation of platelet and coagulation function with blood stasis syndrome(BSS)in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The protocol for this meta-analysis was registered on PROSPERO(CRD42019129452).PubMed,Excerpta Medica Database(Embase),the Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched from inception to 1st June,2020.Trials were considered eligible if they enrolled BSS and non-BSS(NBSS)patients with CHD and provided information on platelet and coagulation function.The platelet function,coagulation function,and fibrinolytic activity were compared between the BSS and NBSS groups.Forest plots were generated to show the SMDs or ESs with corresponding 95%CIs for each study.Subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed to explore potential sources of heterogeneity.Results The systematic search identified 1,583 articles.Thirty trials involving 10,323 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width,platelet aggregation rate,platelet P selectin,fibrinogen,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-prostaglandin F1alpha(6-keto-PGF1α),and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αwere higher in the BSS group than in the NBSS group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Activated partial thromboplastin time was lower in the BSS group than in the NBSS group in the acute phase of CHD(P<0.01).The R and K values in thromboelastography and tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and t-PA/PAI-1 were lower in the BSS group than in the NBSS group(all P<0.01).No difference was found in the results of platelet count,plateletcrit,maximum amplitude,von Willebrand factor,prothrombin time,thrombin time,international normalized ratio,etc.between groups.Conclusions Increased platelet function,hypercoagulability,and decreased fibrinolytic activity were found among CHD patients with BSS. | XIN Qi-qi CHEN Xun YUAN Rong YUAN Ya-hui HUI Jia-qi MIAO Yu CONG Wei-hong CHEN Ke-ji | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2021,27,11: | 7 |
| 5 | Association of Dietary Carotenoids Intake with Skeletal Fluorosis in the Coal-burning Fluorosis Area of Guizhou Province显示文摘Objective To explore whether the intake of dietary carotenoids could protect against skeletal fluorosis in Guizhou province in which coal-burning fluorosis is endemic. Methods A case-control study of 196 patients with skeletal fluorosis and 196 age and gender-matched controls was conducted in Zhijin, Guizhou Province. Face-to-face interviews were conducted to assess habitual dietary intake using a 75-item food frequency questionnaire and various covariates with structured questionnaires. Urinary fluoride was measured using an ion-selective electrode method. The genotype of superoxide dismutase 2(SOD2) rs11968525 was detected by Taq Man method. Results We observed significant dose-dependent inverse associations of skeletal fluorosis with intake of β-carotene, lutein/zeaxanthin, lycopene, and total carotenoids(P-trend = 0.002 to 0.018), whereas α-carotene and β-cryptoxanthin intakes were not found to be related to skeletal fluorosis, after adjustment for potential confounders. The adjusted ORs and 95% CI of skeletal fluorosis for the highest versus lowest quartile were 0.30(0.10, 0.86) for β-carotene, 0.23(0.08, 0.66) for lycopene, 0.26(0.10, 0.75) for lutein/zeaxanthin and 0.34(0.14, 0.74) for total carotenoids(all P-trend < 0.05). Stratified analyses showed that the protective effects of lutein/zeaxanthin and total carotenoids on skeletal fluorosis were more evident for individuals with the AG+AA genotypes of SOD2(rs11968525). Conclusion Increased intakes of β-carotene, lutein/zeaxanthin, lycopene, and total carotenoids are independently associated with a lower risk of coal-burning skeletal fluorosis. | 6 | Catalytic oxidation of low concentration formaldehyde over Pt/TiO_(2) catalyst显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO) is an important indoor pollutant.Catalytic oxidize low concentration HCHO is an effective way to eliminate indoor pollution.In this study,a series of Pt/TiO_(2) catalysts are prepared by impregnation and reduced by NaBH_4.The effects of loading amount of Pt and cry stal type of TiO_(2) on the physical and chemical properties and the catalytic performance in HCHO oxidation reaction are investigated.The results show that the quantity of active site and the oxygen vacancy of catalysts increa sed with increasing Pt content,which is beneficial to promote the further performance of catalysts.Nevertheless,with the further rises of Pt content,the specific surface area further decreases,and the proportion of Pt^(2+) species on the catalyst surface which is significant to catalytic properties also decreases,causing catalytic performance decreases.Compared with the catalyst supporting on rutile,the Pt/α-TiO_(2) catalyst supporting on anatase has larger specific surface area,more Pt^(2+) phase and easier to form oxygen vacancy in the support,which cause better catalytic performance.The catalyst with Pt content of0.1 wt% and supported by anatase TiO_(2) has the best catalytic performance.The HCHO conversion efficiency reaches 98% and 100% at 50℃ and 100 ℃, and the stabilization time is longer than 140 h. | Yuan Su Keming Ji Jiayao Xun Kan Zhang Ping Liu Liang Zhao | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1: | 6 |
| 7 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 9 | Fine Tuning of the Dimensionality of Zinc Silicate Nanostructures and Their Application as Highly Efficient Absorbents for Toxic Metal Ions显示文摘The controllable synthesis of materials with the desired crystal structure and dimensionality is of great significance in material science.In this work we report the successful synthesis of amorphous and crystalline zinc silicates with different dimensionalities and well-defined shapes,including hollow spheres,nanowires and membranes.The structure-related absorption properties have been studied.A detailed study of their ability to remove Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Cr(Ⅲ),and Fe(Ⅲ)ions has been performed.The amorphous zero-dimensional(0-D)hollow spheres show the best removal ability for all the metal ions investigated.In particular,their absorption capacity for Pb(Ⅱ)ions is 129 mg/g,which is double the value reported for magnesium silicate hollow spheres.However,the removal abilities of crystalline one-dimensional(1-D)nanowires and two-dimensional(2-D)membranes are found to be dependent on the charge of the target metal ion.In general,nanowires show better removal capacity for trivalent ions,especially Fe(Ⅲ),while 2-D membranes exhibit better removal capacity for divalent ions. | Yan Yang Yuan Zhuang Yunhua He Bo Bai Xun Wang | 2010 | Nano Research2010,3,8: | 4 |

Methods A lung cancer model of male F344 rats was induced with systemic NNK and levels of 8 lung cancer-associated miRNAs in whole blood and serum of rats were measured by quantitative RT-PCR of each at weeks 1,5,10,and 20 following NNK treatment. Results No lung cancer was detected in control group and NNK treatment group at week 20 following NNK treatment. The levels of some circulating miRNAs were significantly higher in NNK treatment group than in control group. The miR-210 was down-regulated and the miR-206 was up-regulated in NNK treatment group. The expression level of circulating miRNAs changed from week 1 to week 20 following NNK treatment. | 17 | Characterization and validation of somatic mutation spectrum to reveal heterogeneity in gastric cancer by single cell sequencing显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is a highly heterogeneous disease with multiple cellular types and poor prognosis.However, the cellular evolution and molecular basis of GC at the individual intra-tumor level has not been well demonstrated. We performed single-cell whole exome sequencing to detect somatic singlenucleotide variants(SNVs) and significantly mutated genes(SMGs) among 34 tumor cells and 9 normal cells from a patient with GC. The Complete Prediction for Protein Conformation(CPPC) approach directly predicting the folding conformation of the protein 3D structure with Protein Folding Shape Code, combined with functional experiments were used to confirm the characterization of mutated SMGs in GC cells. We identified 201 somatic SNVs, including 117 non-synonymous mutations in GC cells. Further analysis identified 24 significant mutated genes(SMGs) in single cells, for which a single amino acid change might affect protein conformation. Among them, two genes(CDC27 and FLG) that were mutated only in single cells but not in the corresponding tumor tissue, were recurrently present in another GC tissue cohort, and may play a potential role to promote carcinogenesis, as confirmed by functional characterization. | 19 | Using PyC modified 3D carbon fiber to reinforce UHTC under low temperature sintering without pressure显示文摘Finding the optimum balance between strength and toughness,as well as acquiring reliable thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance,has always been the most concerned topic in the discussion of ultra-high temperature ceramic composites.Herein,PyC modified 3D carbon fiber is used to reinforce ultra-high temperature ceramic(UHTC).The macroscopic block composite with large size is successfully fabricated through low temperature sintering at 1300℃without pressure.The prepared PyC modified 3D C_(f)/ZrC-SiC composites simultaneously possess excellent physical and chemical stability under the synergistic effect of PyC interface layer and low temperature 1/2 sintering without pressure.The fracture toughness is increased in magnitude to 13.05±1.72 MPa·m^(1/2)accompanied by reliable flexural strength of 251±27 MPa.After rapid thermal shock spanning from room temperature(RT)to 1200℃,there are no visible surface penetrating cracks,spalling,or structural fragmentation.The maximum critical temperature difference reaches 875℃,which is nearly three times higher than that of traditional monolithic ceramics.The haunting puzzle of intrinsic brittleness and low damage tolerance are resolved fundamentally.Under the protection of PyC interface layer,the carbon fibers around oxide layer and matrix remain structure intact after static oxidation at 1500℃for 30 min.The oxide layer has reliable physical and chemical stability and resists the erosion from fierce oxidizing atmosphere,ensuring the excellent oxidation resistance of the composites.In a sense,the present work provides promising universality in designability and achievement of 3D carbon fiber reinforced ceramic composites. | Baihe DU Yuan CHENG Liancai XUN Shuchang ZHANG Jing TONG Qingrong LV Shanbao ZHOU Ping HU Xinghong ZHANG | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4: | 3 |
| 20 | Crystalline Structure-Dependent Mechanical and Thermoelectric Performance in Ag_(2)Se_(1‐x)S_(x)System显示文摘Self-powered wearable electronics require thermoelectric materials simultaneously with a high dimensionless figure of merit(zT)and good flexibility to convert the heat discharged by the human body into electricity.Ag_(2)(S,Se)-based semiconducting materials can well satisfy these requirements,and thus,they are attracting great attention in thermoelectric society recently.Ag_(2)(S,Se)crystalizes in an orthorhombic structure or monoclinic structure,depending on the detailed S/Se atomic ratio,but the relationship between its crystalline structure and mechanical/thermoelectric performance is still unclear to date.In this study,a series of Ag_(2)Se_(1-x)S_(x)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,and 0.45)samples were prepared and their mechanical and thermoelectric performance dependence on the crystalline structure was systematically investigated.x=0:3 in the Ag_(2)Se_(1-x)S_(x)system was found to be the transition boundary between orthorhombic and monoclinic structures.Mechanical property measurement shows that the orthorhombic Ag_(2)Se_(1-x)S_(x)samples are brittle while the monoclinic Ag_(2)Se_(1-x)S_(x)samples are ductile and flexible.In addition,the orthorhombic Ag_(2)Se_(1-x)S_(x)samples show better electrical transport performance and higher zT than the monoclinic samples under a comparable carrier concentration,most likely due to their weaker electron-phonon interactions.This study sheds light on the further development of flexible inorganic TE materials. | Jiasheng Liang Pengfei Qiu Yuan Zhu Hui Huang Zhiqiang Gao Zhen Zhang Xun Shi Lidong Chen | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2 |
