1Cooperative catalysis of Co single atoms and nanoparticles enables selective CAr-OCH_(3) cleavage for sustainable production of lignin-based cyclohexanols显示文摘In this work,a dual-size MOF-derived Co catalyst(0.2Co_(1-NPs)@NC)composed of single atoms(Co_(1))and highly dispersed nanoparticles(Co NPs)was prepared by in-situ Zn evaporation for the highperformance conversion of lignin-derived o-methoxyphenols(lignin oil)to cyclohexanols(up to 97%yield)via cascade demethoxylation and dearomatization.Theoretical calculations elaborated that the dual-size Co catalyst exhibited a cooperative effect in the selective demethoxylation process,in which the Co NPs could initially dissociate hydrogen at lower energies while Co1remarkably facilitated the cleavage of the C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond.Moreover,the intramolecular hydrogen bonds formed in the omethoxy-containing phenols were found to result in a decrease in the bond energy of the C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond,which was more prone to be activated by the dual-size Co sites.Notably,the pre-hydrogenated intermediate(e.g.,2-methoxycyclohexanol from guaiacol)is difficult to undergo demethoxylation,indicating that the selective C_(Ar)-OCH_(3)bond cleavage is a prerequisite for the synthesis of cyclohexanols.The 0.2Co_(1-NPs)@NC catalyst was highly recyclable with a neglect decline in activity during five consecutive cycles.This cooperative catalytic strategy based on the metal size effect opens new avenues for biomass upgrading via enhanced C-O bond cleavage of high selectivity.Baoyu Wang Peng Zhou Ximing Yan Hu Li Hongguo Wu Zehui Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
2The function of doping nitrogen on removing fluoride with decomposing La-MOF-NH_2:Density functional theory calculation and experiments显示文摘Fluoride is an important pollutant in wastewater,and adsorption is an effective way to remove fluoride.Because nitrogen plays an important role in adsorbent materials,computational models were developed to understand the changes in work function resulting from nitrogen doping.La-N-C-800℃,was prepared by pyrolyzing La-MOF-NH_(2)to verify the influence on the performance of removing fluoride by electrosorption.Material and electrochemical performance tests were performed to characterize La-N-C-800℃.Adsorption kinetics,adsorption thermodynamics,initial concentrations,pH,and ions competition were investigated using La-N-C-800℃for fluoride removal.In addition,density functional theory was applied to evaluate the function of nitrogen.When nitrogen atoms were added,the density of states,partial density of states,populations,and different orbits of charge were calculated to discover deep changes.Nitrogen strengthened the carbon structure and La_(2)O_(3)structure to remove fluoride.In addition,nitrogen can also act as an adsorption site in the carbon structure.These results provide design ideas for improving the performance of adsorbent materials by doping elements.Hongguo Zhang KuilinWan Jia Yan Qian Li Yufang Guo Lei Huang Samuel Raj Babu Arulmani Jian Luo 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1:0
3MH1和PTEN基因在急性髓系白血病中的表达及临床意义(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to explore the correlations between both the genes,evolution and prognosis of the disease by detecting the expression of MN1(meningioma 1) gene and PTEN(phosphatase and tensin homolog) gene in patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Method:MN1 and PTEN mRNA were detected by reverse transcription-PCR in mononuclear cells of 38 patients with AML and 13 patients with normal bone marrow.Results:Positive rates of MN1 and PTEN genes were 76.3% and 60.5% respectively in bone marrow mononuclear cells.The expression level of MN1 mRNA for the de novo group increased comparing with that for normal control group(P < 0.05),the expression level of PTEN mRNA for de novo group decreased obviously comparing with that for normal control group(P < 0.01),MN1 mRNA level decreased in remission group,while PTEN mRNA level increased comparing with that in de novo group(P < 0.05).MN1 mRNA level increased and PTEN mRNA decreased in relapsed group comparing with that in control group,and their difference was statistical significance(P < 0.05).The two genes' levels had negative correlations in acute myeloid leukemia(r =-0.314,P < 0.05).Conclusion:There is close correlations between expression of MN1 and PTEN genes and the prognosis and occurrence of acute myeloid leukemia,and their expression can be taken as significant indexes to access the de novo,relapse and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia.Xueshen Yan Fanjun Meng Hongguo Zhao Jie Yang 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,4:0
4Sedimentary characteristics and model of gravity flow channel-lobe complex in a depression lake basin:A case study of Chang 7 Member of Triassic Yanchang Formation in southwestern Ordos Basin,NW China显示文摘To reveal the development characteristics and distribution of gravity flow sedimentary system under micro-paleogeomorphologic units of the Chang 7 Member of Triassic Yanchang Formation in the southwestern Ordos Basin,on the basis of the restoration of the paleogeomorphological form of the Chang 7 depositional period by the impression method,each micro-paleogeomorphologic unit was depicted in-depth,and the characteristics and development models of gravity flow deposits in the study area were studied in combination with outcrop,core,mud logging and log data.The results show that:(1)The paleogeomorphology in the Chang 7 depositional period was an asymmetrical depression,wide and gentle in the northeast and steep and narrow in the southwest.Three sub-paleogeomorphologic units were developed in the basin,including gentle paleo-slope,paleo-slope and paleo-depression,and they can be further subdivided into eight micro-paleogeomorphologic units:bulge,groove,slope break belt,plain of lake bottom,deep depression of lake bottom,paleo-channel,paleo-ridge of lake bottom,and paleo-uplift of lake bottom.(2)There are 9 types of lithofacies and 4 types of lithofacies assemblages of Chang 7 Member.According to lithofacies composition and lithofacies vertical combination,the gravity flow deposit is further divided into 5 types of microfacies:restricted channel,unrestricted channel,natural levee,inter-channel,lobe.(3)Paleogeomorphology plays an important role in controlling sediment source direction,type and spatial distribution of sedimentary microfacies,genetic types and distribution of sand bodies in Chang 7 Member.LYU Qiqi FU Jinhua LUO Shunshe LI Shixiang ZHOU Xinping PU Yuxin YAN Hongguo 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,6:0
