| 1 | Comparative evaluation of the physicochemical properties of nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen and natural bone ceramic/collagen scaffolds and their osteogenesis-promoting effect on MC3T3-E1 cells显示文摘The use of various types of calcium phosphate has been reported in the preparation of repairing materials for bone defects.However,the physicochemical and biological properties among them might be vastly different.In this study,we prepared two types of calcium phosphates,nano-hydroxyapatite(nHA)and natural bone ceramic(NBC),into 3D scaffolds by mixing with type I collagen(CoL),resulting in the nHA/CoL and NBC/CoL scaffolds.We then evaluated and compared the physicochemical and biological properties of these two calcium phosphates and their composite scaffold with CoL.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD)and compressive tests were used to,respectively,characterize the morphology,composition,distribution and the effect of nHA and NBC to collagen.Next,we examined the biological properties of the scaffolds using cytotoxicity testing,flow cytometry,immunofluorescence staining,biocompatibility testing,CCK-8 assays and RT-PCR.The results reflected that the Ca2t released from nHA and NBC could bind chemically with collagen and affect its physicochemical properties,including the infrared absorption spectrum and compression modulus,among others.Furthermore,the two kinds of scaffolds could promote the expression of osteo-relative genes,but showed different gene induction properties.In short,NBC/CoL could promote the expression of early osteogenic genes,while nHA/CoL could upregulate late osteogenic genes.Conclusively,these two composite scaffolds could provide MC3T3-E1 cells with a biomimetic surface for adhesion,proliferation and the formation of mineralized extracellular matrices.Moreover,nHA/CoL and NBC/CoL had different effects on the period and extent ofMC3T3-E1 cell mineralization. | Xiongxin Lei Jianping Gao Fangyu Xing Yang Zhang Ye Ma Guifeng Zhang | 2019 | Regenerative Biomaterials2019,6,6: | 4 |

| 3 | Seabuckthorn juice alleviates allergic symptoms in shrimp-induced food allergy mice显示文摘Tropomyosin(TM)in shrimp is one of the predominant causes of food allergy around the world.In the present study,the effect of seabuckthorn juice against TM-induced shrimp allergy was investigated in BALB/c mice.Allergic symptoms,spleen index,intestinal section and diarrhea were measured in shrimp allergy mice.As the results,seabuckthorn juice suppressed the lesions in jejunum tissue,diarrhea and allergic symptoms in shrimp allergy mice.Seabuckthorn juice also reduced serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)as well as immunoglobulin E(IgE)and stimulated the secretion of interleukin-10(IL-10)in mice with shrimp allergy.Taken together,our findings suggest that increased IL-10 by seabuckthorn juice inhibits Th2 cytokine production to suppress shrimp allergic symptoms.Furthermore,seabuckthorn juice also regulates shrimp allergy by reducing jejunum lesions,inhibiting levels of TNF-αand IgE. | Hong Ren Xiaofan Zhu Shiyu Zhai Xiaoping Feng Zhuomin Yan Jiao Sun Ye Liu Zhenpeng Gao Fangyu Long | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Adenosine cyclic phosphate with ultrasonic-assisted pectinase extraction alleviated allergic reactions in RBL-2H3 through inhibiting the influx of intracellular Ca^(2+)显示文摘Jujube contains abundant cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and the ultrasonic-assisted pectinase extraction(UAPE)conditions for obtaining the maximum cAMP yield from jujube were optimized.Orthogonal array design was applied to evaluate the effects of 4 variables by UAPE on cAMP yield.The results showed that the optimal cAMP yield(783.0μg/g)was derived at ratio of liquid to solid 5 mL/g,ratio of pectinase to raw material 1.5%,time 60 min and temperature 40℃.Moreover,the effect of cAMP on the anti-allergic function of action induced by immunoglobulin E(IgE)and its meschanism was investigated through establishing the sensitized cell model in rat basophilic leukemia(RBL-2 H3)cells using dinitrophenylated(DNP)-bovine serum albumin(BSA)-IgE.The results showed that cAMP interfered with sensitized cells,effectively inhibited the occurrence of basophil degranulation in dose dependence,and significantly reduced the activity ofβ-hexosamindase(β-hex),at the optimal concentration of 50μg/mL.The level of anti-inflammatory factor interleukin-10(IL-10)was promoted and the content of pro-inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was suppressed by cAMP.In addition,influx of intracellular Ca^(2+) was repressed effectively.Our results demonstrate that jujube cAMP regulated the cytokine balance in the allergy pathway through blocking the influx of extracellular Ca^(2+),with the prevention of allergy symptoms. | Qiao Bai Xiaoping Feng Yu Wang Chunyu Wu Ye Liu Jiao Sun Tianli Yue Fangyu Long | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Small GTPase Rab40C is upregulated by 20-hydroxyecdysone and insulin pathways to regulate ovarian development and fecundity显示文摘The insulin and 20-hydroxyecdysone(20E)pathways coordinately regulate in-sect vitellogenesis and ovarian development.However,the detailed molecular mechanisms such as the genes mediating the cooperation of the interaction of these 2 pathways in reg-ulating insect reproductive development are not well understood.In the present study,a small GTPase,Rab4oC,was identified from the notorious agricultural pest Bactrocera dorsalis.In addition to the well-known RAB domain,it also has a unique SOCS-box do-main,which is different from other Rab-GTPases.Moreover,we found that Rab40C was enriched in the ovaries of sexually mature females.RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated knockdown of BdRab40C resulted in a decrease in vitellogenin synthesis,underdevel-oped ovaries,and low fertility.Furthermore,depletion of insulin receptor InR or the het-erodimer receptor of 20E(EcRor USP)by RNAi significantlydecreased the transcription of BdRab40C and resulted in lower fecundity.Further studies revealed that the transcrip-tion of BdRab40C could be upregulated by the injection of insulin or 20E.These results indicate that Rab40C participates in the insulin and 20E pathways to coordinately regulate reproduction in B.dorsalis.Our results not only provide new insights into the insulin-and 20E-stimulated regulatory pathways controlling female reproduction in insects but also contribute to the development of potential eco-friendly strategies for pest control. | Weiwei Zheng Fangyu Wu Yinhao Ye Tianran Li Zhenyu Zhang Hongyu Zhang | 2022 | Insect Science2022,29,6: | 0 |
| 6 | Marketing Model Analysis of Fashion Communication Based on the Visual Analysis of Neutrosophic Systems显示文摘In order to Improvement the Neutrosophic sets as effective tools to deal with uncertain and inconsistent information.The research takes method-ology of combined single-valued neutrosophic rough set and multi-scale deci-sion systems.This paper proposes the optimal scale selection and reduction algorithms based on multi-scale single-valued neutrosophic dominance rough set model.User requirements were analyzed using KJ method to construct a hierarchical model.According to the statistics of representative studies from China and the West,we found that,on the one hand,classical theory has been expanded and supplemented in fashion culture communication and market-ing.The topics are more micro-diverse,and the research methods are inspired by other disciplines;on the other hand,Chinese practice and Chinese cultural perspective need to fill the gap.The fashion content in the new fashion,however,needs to broaden its boundaries,and in addition to integrating with cultural theory and sociology,it needs to be integrated with fashion products,including product design,visual communication,image design and so on.Aesthetic communication needs to be taken into account as an important connotation,with visual communication and the communication of images as important research elements.On the whole,this research abroad inspires the development of domestic fashion culture communication and marketing research. | Fangyu Ye Xiaoshu Xu Yunfeng Zhang Yan Ye Jingyu Dai | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,8: | 0 |
