1QMCR:A Q-Learning-Based Multi-Hop Cooperative Routing Protocol for Underwater Acoustic Sensor Networks显示文摘Routing plays a critical role in data transmission for underwater acoustic sensor networks(UWSNs)in the internet of underwater things(IoUT).Traditional routing methods suffer from high end-toend delay, limited bandwidth, and high energy consumption. With the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, many researchers apply these new methods to improve the quality of routing. In this paper,we propose a Qlearning-based multi-hop cooperative routing protocol(QMCR)for UWSNs.Our protocol can automatically choose nodes with the maximum Q-value as forwarders based on distance information. Moreover,we combine cooperative communications with Q-learning algorithm to reduce network energy consumption and improve communication efficiency.Experimental results show that the running time of the QMCR is less than one-tenth of that of the artificial fish-swarm algorithm(AFSA),while the routing energy consumption is kept at the same level.Due to the extremely fast speed of the algorithm, the QMCR is a promising method of routing design for UWSNs,especially for the case that it suffers from the extreme dynamic underwater acoustic channels in the real ocean environment.Yougan Chen Kaitong Zheng Xing Fang Lei Wan Xiaomei Xu 2021China Communications2021,18,8:1
2Energy-Efficient Mobile Data Collection Adopting Node Cooperation in an Underwater Acoustic Sensor Network显示文摘This paper considers an underwater acoustic sensor network with one mobile surface node to collect data from multiple underwater nodes, where the mobile destination requests retransmission from each underwater node individually employing traditional automatic-repeat-request(ARQ) protocol. We propose a practical node cooperation(NC) protocol to enhance the collection efficiency, utilizing the fact that underwater nodes can overhear the transmission of others. To reduce the source level of underwater nodes, the underwater data collection area is divided into several sub-zones,and in each sub-zone,the mobile surface node adopting the NC protocol could switch adaptively between selective relay cooperation(SRC) and dynamic network coded cooperation(DNC) .The difference of SRC and DNC lies in whether or not the selected relay node combines the local data and the data overheard from undecoded node(s) to form network coded packets in the retransmission phase. The NC protocol could also be applied across the sub-zones due to the wiretap property. In addition,we investigate the effects of different mobile collection paths, collection area division and cooperative zone design for energy saving. The numerical results showthat the proposed NC protocol can effectively save energy compared with the traditional ARQ scheme.Yougan Chen Xiaoting Jin Xiaomei Xu 2017China Communications2017,14,6:0
3Oncolytic adenovirus targeting LASP-1 inhibited renal cell cancerprogression显示文摘Recent studies suggested that LIM and SH3 protein 1(LASP-1)is a promising therapeutic target for renal cell cancer(RCC).This study aimed to explore the role of LASP-1 in RCC.For this purpose,LASP-1 expression in RCC tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis.Cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and gene expression were detected by CCK-8 assay,Transwell assay, and Western blot analysis. The results showed that LASP-1 was highly expressed in RCC,and its expression level,t was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor, nodes, and metastases(TNM)stage. The knockdown of LASP-1 expression significantly inhibited the proliferation of RCC cells, increased the apoptosis rate, and inhibited RCC cell invasion and migration by inhibiting epithelial–mesenchymal transition. We conclude that LASP-1 promotes RCC progression and metastasis and is a promising therapeutic target for RCC.FANGHAO SUN WENCHAO ZHAO LIANSHENG ZHANG HONGGUI MA JIAN ZHOU YOUGAN CHEN JIANQUAN HOU 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
4A Cooperative Security Monitoring Mechanism Aided by Optimal Multiple Slave Cluster Heads for UASNs显示文摘As each cluster head(CH)sensor node is used to aggregate, fuse, and forward data from different sensor nodes in an underwater acoustic sensor network(UASN),guaranteeing the data security in a CH is very critical. In this paper,a cooperative security monitoring mechanism aided by multiple slave cluster heads(SCHs)is proposed to keep track of the data security of a CH.By designing a low complexity“equilateral triangle algorithm(ETA)”,the optimal SCHs(named as ETA-based multiple SCHs)are selected from the candidate SCHs so as to improve the dispersion and coverage of SCHs and achieve largescale data security monitoring. In addition,by analyzing the entire monitoring process, the close form expression of the probability of the failure attack identification for the SCHs with respect to the probability of attack launched by ordinary nodes is deduced. The simulation results show that the proposed optimal ETA-based multiple SCH cooperation scheme has lower probability of the failure attack identification than that of the existing schemes. In addition, the numerical simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, thus verifying the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.Yougan Chen Wei Wang Xiang Sun Yi Tao Zhenwen Liu Xiaomei Xu 2023China Communications2023,20,5:0
