1Calculation of the yield and tensile strength in the alloying non quenched-tempered steel by the electron structure parameters显示文摘Based on the phase transformations and strengthening mechanisms during rolling, the strength increments Δσ_b under different strengthening mechanisms are calculated with the covalent electron number n_A of the strongest bond in phase cells of alloys and the interface electron density difference Δρ matching the interface stress in alloys. The calculation method of the finishing rolling yield strength is proposed, and it is integrated with the proposed calculation formulas of strength of non quenched-tempered steel. Therefore, the general formulas to simultaneously calculate both the finishing rolling strength and the yield strength of the continuous casting-rolling and non quenched-tempered steel are given. 4Identification of anti-Gram-negative bacteria agents targeting the interaction between ribosomal proteins L12 and L10显示文摘Gram-negative bacteria have become the main pathogens and cause serious clinical problems with increased morbidity and mortality. However, the slow discovery of new antimicrobial agents is unable to meet the need for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by drug-resistant strains. The interaction of L12 and L10 is essential for ribosomal function and protein synthesis. In this study, a yeast two-hybrid system was established to successfully detect the interaction between L12 and L10 proteins from gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli, which allows us to screen compounds that specifically disrupt this interaction. With this system, we identified two compounds IMB-84 and IMB-87 that block L12-L10 interaction and show bactericidal activity against E. coli. We used glutathione-S-transferase(GST) pull-down and surface plasmon resonance(SPR) assays to demonstrate that these compounds disrupt L12-L10 interaction in vitro and the target of compounds was further confirmed by the overexpression of target proteins. Moreover, protein synthesis and elongation factor G-dependent GTPase activities are inhibited by two compounds. 5Marker-Assisted Breeding of Thermo-Sensitive Genic Male Sterile Line 1892S for Disease Resistance and Submergence Tolerance显示文摘Rice line 1892S is an elite thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line for two-line hybrid rice production.However,1892S is susceptible to rice blast,bacterial blight and submergence.Here we reported the introduction of blast resistance(R)gene Pi9,bacterial blight R gene Xa21 and submergence tolerance gene Sub1A into 1892S genetic background through backcrossing and marker-assisted selection.The improved TGMS line 31892S and its hybrids conferred disease resistance to rice blast and bacterial blight,and showed submergence tolerance for over 14 d without significant loss of viability.The sterility-fertility conversion of 31892S was similar to that of 1892S.31892S and its derived hybrid rice had similar agronomic traits and grain quality with 1892S and the control hybrid rice,respectively.The newly developed 31892S provided an improved TGMS line for two-line hybrid rice production with disease resistance to rice blast and bacterial blight,and submergence tolerance with no yield penalty or change in grain quality.Luo Yanchang Ma Tingchen Joanne Teo Luo Zhixiang Li Zefu Yang Jianbo Yin Zhongchao 2021Rice science2021,28,1:2
6定量分析乳腺癌术后化疗前外周血多药耐药基因的检测及其临床意义的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To explore expressions of multidrug resistance gene (MDR) product P170 and peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA in breast cancer tissue and their clinical significances. Methods: Fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR and immunohis-tochemistry were used to detect peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA before chemotherapy in breast cancer tissue samples from 32 cases with P170 positive (trial group) and 11 cases with P170 negative (control group). Results: There were 14 cases (43.75%) peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA positive and 18 cases (56.25%) negative in 32 cases P170 positive breast cancer pa-tients, while there were 6 cases (54.55%) peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA positive and 5 cases (45.45%) negative in 11 cases P170 negative breast cancer patients; there wasn't a significance difference with peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA express rate in P170 positive (43.75%) group and P170 negative (54.55%) group (χ2 = 0.383, P > 0.05). There were 12 cases (37.50%) Her-2 positive and 20 cases (62.50%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 2 cases (18.18%) Her-2 positive and 9 cases (81.82%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with Her-2 positive rate in P170 posi-tive group (37.50%) and P170 negative (18.18%) group (χ2 = 1.391, P > 0.05). There were 13 cases (40.63%) ER positive and 19 cases (59.37%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 7 cases (63.64%) ER positive and 4 cases (36.36%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with ER positive rate in P170 positive group (40.63%) and P170 negative (63.64) group (χ2 = 1.742, P > 0.05). There were 20 cases (62.50%) PR positive and 12 cases (37.50%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 4 cases (36.36%) PR positive and 7 cases (63.64%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with PR positive rate in P170 positive group (62.50%) and P170 negative (36.36%) group (χ2 = 2.267, P > 0.05). There were 9 cases (28.12%) with lymphaden metastasis and 23 cases (71.88%) without lymphaden metastasis in P170 positive group; there were 5 cases (45.45%) with lymphaden metastasis and 6 cases (54.55%) without lymphaden metastasis in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with lymphaden metastasis rate in P170 positive group (28.12%) and P170 negative (45.45%) group (χ2 = 1.120, P > 0.05). Conclusion: 1) There were possibly MDR expressing infrequently in carcinoma tissue and peripheral blood before chemotherapy. 2) FQ-RT-PCR for detecting of periph-eral blood MDR1 mRNA is special, sensitive and reliable. 10Facile and robust strategy to antireflective photo-curing coating through self-wrinkling显示文摘We reported a facile and bio-inspired strategy for obtaining antireflective(AR) coating through polymerization-induced self-wrinkling. Upon irradiation of light, the complex wrinkle micro-patterns with different morphologies were generated spontaneously on the surface of coating during photo-crosslinking, which enables the photo-curing coating can decrease reflection. The resulting photo-curing coating exhibits a high transmittance over 90% and low reflection below 5%~8%, with an efficiency antireflection of 4%~7% compared to the flat blank coating. The successful application of these AR coatings with wrinkles pattern to encapsulate the thin film solar cells results in appreciable photovoltaic performance improvement of more than 4%~8%, which benefits from the decrease of the light reflection and increase of optical paths in the photoactive layer by the introduction of wrinkling pattern.Furthermore, the efficiency improvements of the solar cells are more obvious, with a remarkable increase of 8.5%, at oblique light incident angle than that with vertical light incidentHonghao Hou Yanchang Gan Xuesong Jiang Jie Yin 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,11:1
