| 1 | Satellite lithium-ion battery remaining useful life estimation with an iterative updated RVM fused with the KF algorithm显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries have become the third-generation space batteries and are widely utilized in a series of spacecraft.Remaining Useful Life(RUL) estimation is essential to a spacecraft as the battery is a critical part and determines the lifetime and reliability.The Relevance Vector Machine(RVM) is a data-driven algorithm used to estimate a battery's RUL due to its sparse feature and uncertainty management capability.Especially, some of the regressive cases indicate that the RVM can obtain a better short-term prediction performance rather than long-term prediction.As a nonlinear kernel learning algorithm, the coefficient matrix and relevance vectors are fixed once the RVM training is conducted.Moreover, the RVM can be simply influenced by the noise with the training data.Thus, this work proposes an iterative updated approach to improve the long-term prediction performance for a battery's RUL prediction.Firstly, when a new estimator is output by the RVM, the Kalman filter is applied to optimize this estimator with a physical degradation model.Then, this optimized estimator is added into the training set as an on-line sample, the RVM model is re-trained, and the coefficient matrix and relevance vectors can be dynamically adjusted to make next iterative prediction.Experimental results with a commercial battery test data set and a satellite battery data set both indicate that the proposed method can achieve a better performance for RUL estimation. | Yuchen SONG Datong LIU Yandong HOU Jinxiang YU Yu PENG | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1: | 29 |
| 2 | Sauropod Teeth from the Lower Cretaceous Luohandong Formation of Ordos Basin,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The Early Cretaceous Zhidan Group in the northern Ordos Basin,Inner Mongolia,yielded a large number of tetrapods,including turtles,choristoderes,crocodyliforms,psittacosaurs,stegosaurs,theropods and birds.Well-preserved sauropod teeth have been found in the Luohandong Formation,a middle-upper unit of the Zhidan Group.The large V-shaped wear facet,low slenderness index value,labial grooves,lingual ridge and concavity on the tooth crown suggest that these teeth are from titanosauriforms.Moreover,the presence of the prominent bosses on the lingual side of the tooth crown indicates these teeth should be identified as Euhelopus teeth further.The existence of Euhelopus in Ordos Basin(Inner Mongolia),Shandong Province and western Liaoning Province shows some connections about vertebrate faunas during Early Cretaceous in these areas.Other tetrapod groups such as turtles(Sinemys,Ordosemys),choristoderes(Ikechosaurus),psittacosaurs {Psittacosaurus) and birds(Cathayornis) provide more evidences for this viewpoint. | HOU Yandong ZHANG Lifu JIANG Shan JI Shu-an | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Adult-repopulating lymphoid potential of yolk sac blood vessels is not confined to arterial endothelial cells显示文摘During embryogenesis,hematopoietic stem progenitor cells(HSPCs)are believed to be derived from hemogenic endothelial cells(HECs).Moreover,arterial feature is proposed to be a prerequisite for HECs to generate HSPCs with lymphoid potential.Although the molecular basis of hematopoietic stem cell-competent HECs has been delicately elucidated within the embryo proper,the functional and molecular characteristics of HECs in the extraembryonic yolk sac(YS)remain largely unresolved.In this study,we initially identified six molecularly different endothelial populations in the midgestational YS through integrated analysis of several single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)datasets and validated the arterial vasculature distribution of Gja5+ECs using a Gja5-EGFP reporter mouse model.Further,we explored the hemogenic potential of different EC populations based on their Gja5-EGFP and CD44 expression levels.The hemogenic potential was ubiquitously detected in spatiotemporally different vascular beds on embryonic days(E)8.5–E9.5 and gradually concentrated in CD44-positive ECs from E10.0.Unexpectedly,B-lymphoid potential was detected in the YS ECs as early as E8.5 regardless of their arterial features.Furthermore,the capacity for generating hematopoietic progenitors with in vivo lymphoid potential was found in nonarterial as well as arterial YS ECs on E10.0–E10.5.Importantly,the distinct identities of E10.0–E10.5 HECs between YS and intraembryonic caudal region were revealed by further scRNA-seq analysis.Cumulatively,these findings extend our knowledge regarding the hemogenic potential of ECs from anatomically and molecularly different vascular beds,providing a theoretical basis for better understanding the sources of HSPCs during mammalian development. | Chaojie Wang Yandong Gong Anbang Wei Tao Huang Siyuan Hou Junjie Du Zongcheng Li Junliang Wang Bing Liu Yu Lan | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,12: | 3 |
