1Inhibitory effects of docetaxel on expression of VEGF, bFGF and MMPs of LS174T cell显示文摘AIM: To study the effects of non-cytotoxJc concentrations of docetaxel on some important angiogenic factors of LS174T Cells.METHODS: The non-cytotoxic concentration of docetaxel and the activity of gelatinase were determined with MTT and gelatin zymography respectively, the expression of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), bFGF (basic fibroblast growth factor), MMP (matrix metalloproteinase) 2 and MMP 9 was investigated with RT-PCR and Western blot.RESULTS: The maximum non-cytotoxic concentration of docetaxel on LS174T Cells was 1.0 ng/ml. Compared with the solvent control group, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 ng/ml of docetaxel could downregulate the expression of VEGF, bFGF, MMP 2and MMP 9 and suppress the activity of gelatinase.CONCLUSION: Our study suggests that the non-cytotoxic concentrations of docetaxel have strong antiangiogenic activity on LS174T Cells, which suggests docetaxel may be a promising antiangiogenic agent.Xue-LiangGuo Geng-JinLin HongZhao YangGao U-PingQian San-RongXu Li-NaFu Qingxu Jie-JunWang 2003World Journal of Gastroenterology2003,9,9:6
2A simple and robust speed control scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor显示文摘This paper presents a simple and robust speed control scheme of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM). It is to achieve accurate control peffommance m the presence of load torque and plant parameter variation. A robust disturbance cancellation feed forward controller is used to estimate the torque disturbance. The simple and practical control scheme is easily implemented on a PMSM driver using a TMS320LF2407 DSP. 3A NEW PULP YIELD PREDICTION METHOD APPLIED TO KRAFT, KRAFT-AQ, POLYSULFIDE AND PSAQ PULPING OF ROCK MAPLE显示文摘Pulp yield has a major impact on the competitiveness of a mill. In order to optimize pulp yield, for example by changing operating conditions, a mill must be able to monitor the yield accurately. In our previous work, a new method was presented for prediction of pulp yield. The method is based on a fundamental relationship derived from the kinetics of the alkaline hydrolysis, peeling and stopping reactions of cellulose and the cellulose mass balance during pulping. In this paper the application of the pulp yield prediction equation for pulping of Rock Maple is investigated. 4Microstructure and properties of sputtered thermal barrier coatings显示文摘A 3 kW radio frequency (RF) magnetron-sputtering unit was used to produce zirconia ceramic coatings on hollow turbine blades and vanes, which had been deposited a NiCrAlY bond coat layer by cathodic arc deposition. The NiCrAlY coating surface was shot-peened, and the residual stress in the bond coat layer and the effects of heat treatment on the residual stress are presented.After shot peening porosities and microgaps disappear in the NiCrAlY bond coat, the whole depth profile is residual compressive stress. Coarseness tests show that the roughness value (Rz) decreases from 16.4 to 3.3 μm. The microstructure and phase composition of the coatings were investigated using electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the NiCrAlY bond coat is composed of γ' and Cr phases, and the Al2O3 scales are formed near the interface between the ZrO2 ceramic layer and the NiCrAlY bond coat. No degradation occurred to RF sputtered ceramic coatings after oxidating at 1150℃ for 100 h,heating at 1150℃ for 5 min and then air-cooling for 500 thermal cycles.YangGao LunXie FengPan MengchengChen 2004Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2004,11,6:0
