| 2 | A new electrochemical preparation method for formation Sm-Al alloys on inert Mo electrode from Sm_2O_3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl_2 -KF molten salts显示文摘This work presents a new method for preparation of samarium alloy. Using Al rod as anode, electrochemical formation of Sm-Al alloy on Mo electrode from Sm2O3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl2-KF molten salts was investigated. Samarium mainly exists in the form of Al2 Sm in Li-Mg matrix, and the concentration of Sm in this alloy runs up to be as high as 34.7%. The reaction of samarium preparation appears like a replacement reaction. The new preparation method makes possible a high samarium content in electrochemical deposition of Sm-Al alloy. Using Al rod as anode consumedly decreased the electrolytic cell voltage, and facilitated Sm deposition from Sm2O3 . | 3 | Signal characteristics of coal and rock dynamics with micro-seismic monitoring technique显示文摘In this study,differences of signal characteristics between mine shocks and coal and gas outbursts in coal mines were examined with the micro-seismic monitoring technique and time–frequency analysis.The duration of the mine shock is short while the coal and gas outburst lasts longer.The outburst consists of three stages:the pre-shock,secondary shock and main shock stage,respectively.The velocity amplitude of the mine shock is between 10^(-)5and 10^(-3)m/s,which is higher than that of the outburst with the same energy level.In addition,in both cases,the correlation between the velocity amplitude and energy is positive while the correlation between the signal frequency band distribution and energy is negative.The signal frequency band of the high energy mine shock is distributed between 0 and 50 Hz,and the low energy mine shock is between 50 and 100 Hz.The fractal characteristics of mine shocks were studied based on a fractal theory.The box dimensions of high energy mine shocks are lower than the low energy ones,however,the box dimensions of outbursts are higher than that of mine shocks with the same energy level.The higher box dimensions indicate more dangerous dynamic events. | Ding Yanlu Dou Linming Cai Wu Chen Jianjun Kong Yong Su Zhenguo Li Zhenlei | 2016 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4: | 2 |
| 4 | Electrical properties of yttrium calcium oxyborate crystal annealed at high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure显示文摘The yttrium calcium oxyborate crystal(YCa_(4)O(BO_(3))_(3),YCOB)has been actively studied for hightemperature piezoelectric sensing applications.In this work,the stability of electric properties of YCOB crystal annealed in critical conditions(high-temperatures of 900-1100℃ with a low oxygen partial pressure of 4×10^(-6) atm for 24 h)was investigated and the recovery mechanism for the electrical resisitivity,dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss were studied,taking advantage of the X-ray photoelectron spectra and the first principle calculations.The electrical resistivity of the annealed YCOB crystal was slightly decreased when compared to the pristine counterpart,being(2-5)×10^(7) Ω·cm at 850C.The dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss were found to increase after annealing,showing recoverable behaviours after thermal treatment above 650℃ in air.The calculated vacancy formation energy indicates that the oxygen vacancy is the dominant defects in YCOB.The formation of oxygen vacancy weakens the chemical bonding strength between B(Ca or Y)and O atoms,introduces extra donor levels in the band gap,which excites the electrons to conduction band more easily thus enhances the electrical conductivity and dielectric loss.The recovered electrical properties are believed to be associated with the reduced vacancy defects at elevated temperatures in air. | Shiwei Tian Lili Li Feifei Chen Chao Jiang Fapeng Yu Yanlu Li Xiulan Duan Zhengping Wang Shujun Zhang Xian Zhao | 2019 | Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3: | 2 |
| 5 | A preparation strategy for protein-oriented immobilized silica magnetic beads with Spy chemistry for ligand fishing显示文摘Due to the complexity of bioactive ingredients in biological samples,the screening of target proteins is a complex process.Herein,a feasible strategy for directing protein immobilization on silica magnetic beads for ligand fishing based on SpyTag/SpyCatcher(ST/SC)-mediated anchoring is presented.Carboxyl functional groups on the surface of silica-coated magnetic beads(SMBs)were coupled with SC using the 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride/N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide method,named SC-SMBs.The green fluorescent protein(GFP),as the capturing protein model,was ST-labeled and anchored at a specific orientation onto the surface of SC-SMBs directly from relevant cell lysates via ST/SC self-ligation.The characteristics of the SC-SMBs were studied via electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The spontaneity and site-specificity of this unique reaction were confirmed via electrophoresis and fluorescence analyses.Although the alkaline stability of ST-GFP-ligated SC-SMBs was not ideal,the formed isopeptide bond was unbreakable under acidic conditions(0.05 M glycine-HCl buffer,pH 1e6)for 2 h,under 20%ethanol solution within 7 days,and at most temperatures.We,therefore,present a simple and universal strategy for the preparation of diverse protein-functionalized SMBs for ligand fishing,prompting its usage on drug screening and target finding. | Yu Yi Jianming Hu Shenwei Ding Jianfeng Mei Xudong Wang Yanlu Zhang Jianshu Chen Guoqing Ying | 2022 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,3: | 0 |
| 6 | A TSE based design for MMSE and QRD of MIMO systems based on ASIP显示文摘A Taylor series expansion(TSE) based design for minimum mean-square error(MMSE) and QR decomposition(QRD) of multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) systems is proposed based on application specific instruction set processor(ASIP), which uses TSE algorithm instead of resource-consuming reciprocal and reciprocal square root(RSR) operations.The aim is to give a high performance implementation for MMSE and QRD in one programmable platform simultaneously.Furthermore, instruction set architecture(ISA) and the allocation of data paths in single instruction multiple data-very long instruction word(SIMD-VLIW) architecture are provided, offering more data parallelism and instruction parallelism for different dimension matrices and operation types.Meanwhile, multiple level numerical precision can be achieved with flexible table size and expansion order in TSE ISA.The ASIP has been implemented to a 28 nm CMOS process and frequency reaches 800 MHz.Experimental results show that the proposed design provides perfect numerical precision within the fixed bit-width of the ASIP, higher matrix processing rate better than the requirements of 5G system and more rate-area efficiency comparable with ASIC implementations. | 冯雪林 SHI Jinglin CHEN Yang FU Yanlu ZHANG Qineng XIAO Feng | 2023 | High Technology Letters2023,29,2: | 0 |
