| 2 | Dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane over Pt supported on Mg–Al mixed oxides catalyst:The effect of promoter Ir显示文摘To enhance the hydrogen release during hydrogen storage,several Pt-Ir supported on Mg-Al mixed oxide catalysts were prepared and then applied into the dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane(MCH)in this study.The effects of iridium content,reduction temperature on the activity and stability of the catalysts were studied in detail.In the presence of Ir,metal particle size was decrea sed and electron transfer between Ir and Pt was observed.High reduction temperature increased the metallic Ir content but enlarged the particle size of active site s.During the dehydrogenation reaction on Pt-Ir bimetallic catalyst,MCH was efficiently converted into toluene and PtIr-5/Mg-Al-275 exhibited the highe st activity.After prolonging the residence time and raising the reaction temperature to 350℃the conversion and hydrogen evolution rate were increased to 99.9%and 578.7 mmol·(g Pt)^-1·min^-1,respectively.Moreover,no carbon deposition was observed in the spent catalyst,presenting a high anti-coking ability and good potential for industrial application. | Lei Miao Jing Yan Weiyan Wang Yanping Huang Wensong Li Yunquan Yang | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,9: | 1 |
| 3 | Surrounding rock deformation and stress evolution in pre-driven longwall recovery rooms at the end of mining stage显示文摘Two case studies were conducted in the Shennan mining area of Shaanxi Province,China to evaluate the surrounding rock deformation and stress evolution in pre-driven longwall recovery rooms· These studies mainly monitored the surrounding rock deformation and coal pillar stress in the recovery rooms of the N1206 panel of 2-2 coal seam at Ningtiaota Coal Mine and the 15205 panel of 5-2 coal seam at Hongliulin Coal Mine.The monitoring results showed that the surrounding rock deformation of the main recovery room and the coal pillar stress in the N1206 and 15205 panels began to increase significantly when the face was 36 m and 42 m away from the terminal line,respectively.After the face entered the main recovery room,the maximum roof-to-floor convergence in the N1206 and 15205 panels was 348.03 mm and 771.24 mm,respectively,and the coal pillar stresses increased more than 5 MPa and 7 MPa,respectively.In addition,analysis of the periodic weighting data showed that the main roof break position of the N1206 and 15205 panels after the longwall face entered the main recovery room was-3.8 m and-8.2 m,respectively.This research shows that when the main roof breaks above the coal pillar,the surrounding rock deformation of the main recovery room and the coal pillar stress increase sharply.The last weighting is the key factor affecting the stability of the main recovery room and the coal pillar;main roof breaks at disadvantageous positions are the main cause of the support crushing accidents. | Bonan Wang Faning Dang Wei Chao Yanping Miao Jun Li Fei Chen | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 1 |

| 5 | An RNA-RNA crosstalk network involving HMGB1 and RICTOR facilitates hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis by promoting glutamine metabolism and impedes immunotherapy by PD-L1+ exosomes activity显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the global leading cause of cancer-related deaths due to the deficiency of targets for precision therapy.A new modality of epigenetic regulation has emerged involving RNA-RNA crosstalk networks where two or more competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs)bind to the same microRNAs.However,the contribution of such mechanisms in HCC has not been well studied.Herein,potential HMGB1-driven RNA-RNA crosstalk networks were evaluated at different HCC stages,identifying the mT0RC2 component RICTOR as a potential HMGB1 ceRNA in HBV^(+)early stage HCC.Indeed,elevated HMGB1 mRNA was found to promote the expressio n of RICTOR mRNA through competitively bin ding with the miR-200 family,especially miR-429.Functio nal assays emplo ying overexpressi on or in terference strategies dem on strated that the HMGB1 and RICTOR 3zuntra nslated regions(UTR)epigenetically promoted the malignant proliferation,self-renewal,and tumorigenesis in HCC cells.Intriguingly,in terference agai nst HMGB1 and RICTOR in HCC cells promoted a stron ger an ti-PD-L1 immuno therapy resp on se,which appeared to associate with the production of PD-L1^(+)exosomes.Mechanistically,the HMGB1-driven RNA-RNA crosstalk network facilitated HCC cell glutamine metabolism via dual mechanisms,activating a positive feedback loop involving mT0RC2-AKT-C-MYC to upregulate glutamine synthetase(GS)expression,and inducing mTORCI signaling to derepress SIRT4 on glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH).Meanwhile,this crosstalk network could impede the efficacy of immunotherapy through mTORCI-P70S6K dependent PD-L1 production and PD-L1^(+)exosomes activity.In conclusion,our study highlights the non-coding regulatory role of HMGB1 with implicatio ns for RNA-based therapeutic targeting together with a predictio n of an ti-PD-L1 immuno therapy in HCC. | Yanping Wei Xuewu Tang Yibin Ren Yun Yang Fengliang Song Jingbo Fu Shuowu Liu Miao Yu Jing Chen Suyang Wang Kecheng Zhang Yexiong Tan Zhipeng Han Lixjn Wei Baohua Zhang Zhangjun Cheng Liang Li Hongyang Wang | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Impact on Acidification Characteristics of Anaerobic Digestion of Kitchen Waste by F/M显示文摘The effect of F/M on acidification characteristics during anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste was investigated. Under different F/M,p H,alkalinity,ethyl alcohol,volatile fatty acids(VFAs),and biogas production status of acidification effluent in 96 h were observed. The study results showed that the content of propionic acid + acetic acid reached 56%-80% when F/M≤1. 0,which was mainly known as propionic acid type of fermentation and was accompanied by methane. The value of alkalinity was only 3 000-4 000 mg/L,which indicated that the stability was weak in the system. When 1. 0 < F/M≤2. 5,the concentration of butyric acid + acetic acid was in the range of 77%-85%,and acid production rate per unit load was more than 250 mg VFAs/g VS,which was known as butyric acid type of fermentation. The fermentation type was stable and could provide more available VFAs for subsequent methanation processes because the value of alkalinity reached 5 650 mg/L. When F/M≥2. 5,the content of ethanol + acetic acid was 80%-92%,which was known as ethanol type of fermentation. | 9 | IMB-0523 Inhibits Enterovirus 71 Replication by Activating Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 Signaling to Upregulate Interferon-Stimulated Genes Expression显示文摘Background Hand,foot,and mouth disease caused by enterovirus 71(EV71)infection is prevalent in the Asia-Pacific region in recent years.Currently,no drug is available for the prevention and treatment of EV71 infection.IMB-0523,a N-phenylbenzamide derivative,inhibits hepatitis B virus replication by upregulating the expression of APOBEC3G.In the present study,the effect of IMB-0523 on EV71 replication and related mechanism were investigated.Methods The cytotoxicity of IMB-0523 was determined by cell counting kit.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot assay were used to detect the effect of IMB-0523 on EV71 replication and related mechanism.Cytopathic effect assay was used to investigate the effect of IMB-0523 on different EV71 strains,coxsackievirus A16,and coxsackieviruses of group B.Results The results showed that IMB-0523 could dose-dependently inhibit EV71 replication.Preliminary mechanism studies showed that IMB-0523 could activate STAT3 signaling to upregulate the expression of interferon-stimulated genes to play an antiviral role.In addition,IMB-0523 inhibited the replication of different EV71 strains,coxsackievirus A16,and coxsackieviruses of group B.Conclusions IMB-0523 inhibits EV71 replication by activating the STAT3 signaling pathway to upregulate interferon-stimulated gene expression.IMB-0523 has broad-spectrum antiviral potential and may be used as a lead compound for the development of broad spectrum antiviral drugs. | Huiqiang Wang Miao Ge Yanping Li Yuhuan Li Zhuorong Li | 2023 | Infectious Diseases & Immunity2023,3,1: | 0 |
