1Advances in graphene oxide membranes for water treatment显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO),a derivative of graphene,is a novel carbon material that has attracted a lot of attention in the field of membrane materials as its ability to achieve layer-by-layer stacking and the formation of nanochannels between the lamellae makes it excellent for selective separation of substances.In this paper,the separation mechanism of the GO membrane is summarized.According to the different separation substances,the separation mechanism of graphene oxide membrane is reviewed from two aspects of metal ions and organic pollutants.Next,the preparation methods of graphene oxide membranes is introduced,such as spin-coating,vacuum filtration,dip-coating,spraying,and layer-by-layer self-assembly,followed by a review on the structural regulation of GO.Finally,this paper concludes with an overview of the potential development prospects and challenges of GO membranes.Fengchun Jia Xiao Xiao Ardo Nashalian Sophin Shen Liu Yang Zhenyang Han Huaijiao Qu Tianmei Wang Zhi Ye Zhijun Zhu Linjun Huang Yanxin Wang Jianguo Tang Jun Chen 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

3Resistive switching performance improvement of In GaZnO-based memory device by nitrogen plasma treatment显示文摘With the demand of flat panel display development,utilizing the non-volatile memory devices based on indium-gallium-zinc-oxide(IGZO)film may be integrated with IGZO thin film transistors(TFTs)to accomplish system-on-panel applications.In this work,1×1μm^2 via hole structure IGZO based memory device was fabricated and the resistive switching(RS)behavior was investigated.By inserting a nitrogen doping layer IGZO:N by plasma treatment in Pt/IGZO/Ti N device,highly improved RS performance including lower forming voltage,remarkable uniformity,large memory window of 102,retention property of 10^4 s at 125℃,excellent pulse endurance of 10^7 cycles were achieved.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis indicates that plasma doping method can evenly dope nitrogen and induce more non-lattice oxygen in the IGZO film.It is deduced that the N atoms of the inserting layer can influence the random formation of oxygen vacancy type conducting filaments,which results in more stable and uniform performance.Li Zhang Zhong Xu Jia Han Lei Liu Cong Ye Yi Zhou Wen Xiong Yanxin Liu Gang He 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14:0
4Development of the automatic navigation system for combine harvester based on GNSS显示文摘An automatic navigation system was developed to realize automatic driving for combine harvester,including the mechanical design,control method and software design.First of all,for the harvester modified with the automatic navigation system,a dynamic calibration method of the rear wheel center position was proposed.The control part included the navigation controller and the steering controller.A variable universe fuzzy controller was designed to the navigation controller,which used fuzzy control to change the fuzzy universe of input and output dynamically,that means,under the condition that the fuzzy rules remain unchanged,the fuzzy universe changes with the change of input,which is an adaptive fuzzy control method and can modify the control strategy in time.To realize the automatic navigation of the harvester,the decision result of the navigation controller based on the variable universe fuzzy control was input into the steering controller,and then the electric steering wheel was controlled to rotate.To test the performance of the designed automatic navigation system,the field experiment was carried out.When the combine harvester was navigating linearly at a speed of 0.8 m/s,the overall root mean square error(RMSE)of the lateral deviation was 5.87 cm.The test results showed that the system was designed could make the combine track the preset path smoothly and stably,and the tracking accuracy was at the centimeter level.Shichao Li Man Zhang Ruyue Cao Yuhan Ji Zhenqian Zhang Han Li Yanxin Yin 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:0
5Polymeric coating lubricates nanocontainers to escape macrophage uptake for bioreceptor recognition显示文摘Accurate drug delivery to the lesion has been deliberated for several decades,but one important phenomenon is usually neglected that the immune system can prevent smooth transportation of nanomedicine.Although injection would reduce first-pass effect,macrophages in the blood can still recognize and phagocytose nanomedicine.Here we show that a lubricated nanocontainer,which is prepared based on polyelectrolytes and mesoporous silica nanoparticles,can accurately target muscarinic bioreceptor while escaping from the identification of macrophages.Through in vitro and in vivo studies,this nanocontainer,combining both immune escape and bioreceptor targeting,has greatly improved the drug bioavailability.Additionally,this nanocontainer shows good biocompatibility,and the targeted heart tissues and other important metabolic organs,such as liver and kidney,keep physiological structures and functions without the detection of side effects.Furthermore,the mechanism of immune escape for the developed nanocontainer has been investigated by lubrication test and molecular simulation.We anticipate that our study will establish a new perspective on the achievement of immune escape-based targeted drug delivery,which can provide a fundamental approach for the design of related biomaterials.Yulong Sun Yanxin Han Yannong Dou Xinqi Gong Haimang Wang Xiaoyu Yu Qiang Wang Yixin Wang Yue Dai Fangfu Ye Wei Jin Hongyu Zhang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,8:0
