| 1 | Restless legs syndrome following the use of ziprasidone: a case report显示文摘Restless legs syndrome(RLS)is a common sleep-related movement disorder characterised by an uncomfortable urge to move the legs that occurs during periods of inactivity.Although there have been many case reports on antipsychotic-induced RLS,ziprasidone has never been reported as a cause of RLS.We present a case of a female patient with schizophrenia who presented with symptoms of RLS following the administration of high doses of ziprasidone added to quetiapine and valproate.The patient’s symptoms of RLS occurred following the administration and titration of ziprasidone to 160 mg,and were relieved upon reducing the dose to 120 mg/day.Other potential causative medications and differential diagnoses that could have caused similar symptoms were excluded.Clinicians should be aware of the potential for ziprasidone-induced RLS.Dopamine and serotonin interaction could be the mechanism underlying ziprasidone-induced RLS. | Cuizhen Zhu Ran Bi Yuliang Hu Hui Zhou Daomin Zhu Brian Isaacson Qingwei Li Yezhe Lin | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020，33，2： | 3 |

| 3 | Increased plasma leptin as a novel predictor for psychopathological depressive symptoms in chronic schizophrenia显示文摘Background Depressive symptoms are often seen in schizophrenia. The overlap in presentation makes it difficult to distinguish depressive symptoms from the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. The adipokine leptin was found to be altered in both depression and schizophrenia. | 9 | Characterization of ultrafine particles from hardfacing coated brake rotors显示文摘Automotive brake rotors are commonly made from gray cast iron(GCI).During usage,brake rotors are gradually worn off and periodically replaced.Currently,replaced brake rotors are mostly remelted to produce brand-new cast iron products,resulting in a relatively high energy consumption and carbon footprint into the environment.In addition,automotive brakes emit airborne particles.Some of the emitted particles are categorized as ultrafine,which are sized below 100 nm,leading to a series of health and environmental impacts.In this study,two surface treatment techniques are applied,ie.,high-velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)and laser cladding(LC),to overlay wear-resistant coatings on conventional GCI brake rotors in order to refurbish the replaced GCI brake rotor and to avoid the remelting procedure.The two coating materials are evaluated in terms of their coefficient of friction(CoF),wear,and ultrafine particle emissions,by comparing them with a typical GCI brake rotor.The results show that the CoF of the HVOF disc is higher than those of the GCI and LC discs.Meanwhile,HVOF disc has the lowest wear rate but results in the highest wear rate on the mating brake pad material.The LC disc yields a similar wear rate as the GCI disc.The ultrafine particles from the GCI and LC discs appeared primarily in round,chunky,and flake shapes.The HVOF disc emits unique needle-shaped particles.In the ultrafine particle range,the GCI and HVOF discs generate particles that are primarily below 100 nm in the running-in period and 200 nm in the steady state.Meanwhile,the LC disc emitted particles that are primarily~200 nm in the entire test run. | Yezhe LYU Ankur SINHA Ulf OLOFSSON Stefano GIALANELLA Jens WAHLSTRÖM | 2023 | Friction2023，11，1： | 0 |
| 10 | Scientific and Technological Innovation,Industrial Structure Upgrading,and High-Quality Economic Development显示文摘Scientific and technological(S&T)innovation and industrial structure upgrading have become two strategies to achieve high-quality economic development under the new pattern of development in China.Exploring the mechanism through which the former two affect the latter is of great significance to realize high-quality economic development and socialist modernization.Based on panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)from 2008 to 2017,this paper adopts the simultaneous equation model to empirically investigate the effect of S&T innovation and industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development.The study reveals that S&T innovation can significantly promote industrial structure upgrading and high-quality economic development,while industrial structure upgrading imposes a significantly negative effect on high-quality economic development.However,S&T innovation can offset such a negative effect and promote high-quality development indirectly.S&T innovation influences high-quality development in a dual path.To be specific,the former produces both a direct influence on the latter,but also an indirect influence through industrial structure upgrading. | JIA Hongwen ZHANG Wutao PAN Yezhe | 2022 | China Economic Transition2022，5，3： | 0 |
