| 1 | Novel HDAC5-interacting motifs of Tbx3 are essential for the suppression of E-cadherin expression and for the promotion of metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Tbx3,a transcriptional repressor,is essential in the organogenesis of vertebrates,stem cell self-renewal and differentiation,and the carcinogenesis of multiple tumor types.However,the mechanism by which Tbx3 participates in the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remains largely unknown.In this study,we show that Tbx3 was dramatically upregulated in clinical HCC samples and that elevated expression of Tbx3 promoted cancer progression.To determine the underlying mechanism,systematic glycine scan mutagenesis and deletion assays were performed.We identified two critical motifs,^(585)LFSYPYT^(591)and^(604)HRH^(606),that contribute to the repression of transcriptional activity.These motifs are also essential for Tbx3 to promote cell migration and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo via the suppression of E-cadherin expression.More importantly,Tbx3 directly interacts with HDAC5 via these motifs,and an HDAC inhibitor blocks Tbx3-mediated cell migration and the downregulation of E-cadherin in HCC.As Tbx3 is involved in the carcinogenesis of multiple types of human cancers,our findings suggest an important target for anticancer drug development. | Liang Dong Qi Dong Ying Chen Yichen Li Bao Zhang Fanghang Zhou Xiaoming Lyu George GChen Paul Lai Hsiang-fu Kung Ming-Liang He | 2018 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2018,3,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Sn_(4)P_(3)nanoparticles confined in multilayer graphene sheets as a high-performance anode material for potassium-ion batteries显示文摘Phosphorus-based anodes are highly promising for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)because of their large theoretical capacities.Nevertheless,the inferior potassium storage properties caused by the poor electronic conductivity,easy self-aggregation,and huge volumetric changes upon cycling process restrain their practical applications.Now we impregnate Sn_(4)P_(3)nanoparticles within multilayer graphene sheets(Sn_(4)P_(3)/MGS)as the anode material for PIBs,greatly improving its potassium storage performance.Specifically,the graphene sheets can efficiently suppress the aggregation of Sn_(4)P_(3)nanoparticles,enhance the electronic conductivity,and sustain the structural integrity.In addition,plenty of Sn_(4)P_(3)nanoparticles impregnated in MGS offer a large accessible area for the electrolyte,which decreases the diffusion distance for K^(+)and electrons upon K^(+)insertion/extraction,resulting in an improved rate capability.Consequently,the optimized Sn_(4)P_(3)/MGS containing 80 wt%Sn_(4)P_(3)(Sn_(4)P_(3)/MGS-80)exhibits a high reversible capacity of 378.2 and 260.2 m Ah g;at 0.1 and 1 A g^(-1),respectively,and still delivers a large capacity retention of 76.6%after the 1000th cycle at 0.5 A g^(-1). | Yichen Du Zuyue Yi Bingbing Chen Jingyi Xu Zhuangzhuang Zhang Jianchun Bao Xiaosi Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3: | 2 |

| 7 | Aptamer-Based Antibiotic Electrochemical Detection Platform Using Portable Plastic Gold Electrode and Multichannel Chip显示文摘The development of accurate,rapid and practical electrochemical sensing technology for antibiotic detection has an important application prospect in many fields such as food safety,environmental monitoring,medical and health care.In this research,kanamycin specific DNA aptamer and its partially complementary short chain were self-assembled onto the surface of an integrated portable plastic gold electrode(PGE)by Au-s bond,and a simple kanamycin electrochemical biosensor interface was constructed.At the same time,the epoxy resin channel layer was designed,and the auxiliary instrument was set up independently in the laboratory,which could help to measure and analyze eight groups of samples automatically in turn.The quantitative analysis results showed that in 20 min,the sensor had a good linear relationship between the peak current change of square wave voltammetry and the negative logarithm of kanamycin concentration when kanamycin concentration was in the range of 1-10o0μmol/L,and the detection limit could reach 0.40μmol/L.In addition,the discrimination could be achieved within 5 min in the real-time analysis mode.The sensor had a simple construction method,good selectivity and stability,and could be used for rapid or real-time detection of kanamycin residues in actual water samples,which provided a new direction for the practical detection of kanamycin in environmental watersamples. | Yin Bao Kaiwei Cai Yichen Liu Bingling Li | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,2: | 0 |
| 8 | Study on the Main Controlling Factors of the Early Ordovician Stromatolites Development in Liujiachang Area of Songzi City显示文摘The Early Ordovician stromatolites in the study area are mainly exposed at the bottom and middle and lower parts of the Second Member of Nanjinguan Formation,the top of the Fourth Member of Nanjinguan Formation,the middle of the Second Member of Fenxiang Formation and the bottom of the First Member of Honghuayuan Formation.In order to find out the controlling factors of Lower Ordovician stromatolites development in the study area,the analysis data of carbon,oxygen isotope samples,macro element samples as well as their variation characteristics are studied and then combined them with previous research results,which is eventually beneficial for reaching the conclusion:sea level change is one of the main factors controlling the formation of stromatolites.There are five sea level change cycles in the Early Ordovician period.The analysis of sea level change and accommodation space variation characteristics show that when the growth rate of the accommodation space is approximately equal to that of carbonate,the circulation of seawater is well,and the amount of light and oxygen is sufficient,so that the cyanobacteria organism can be multiplied in large quantities.The growth and development provide favorable conditions,and favorable conditions are provided for the growth and development of stromatolites;The peak changes in CaO content and CaO/MgO ratio indicate that the formation period of stromatolites is arid climate environment with high water temperature and large evaporation.Prokaryote reproduction is suitable for the environments with high seawater cleanliness.When the amount of land-based debris injected into the sea increases,the turbidity of water will lead to a large number of deaths of algae microorganisms that form stromatolites,and the stromatolitic microbial mats cannot be preserved.In addition,the growth and predation of macro-organisms play a restrictive role in the development of stromatolite-forming micro-organisms blue-green algae.According to the actual situa-tion of the development of the laminated rocks in the study area,what is the dominant function in the formation and decline of stromatolites between the evolution of metazoans and changing environments is discussed in the study. | Lanjun Wu Chuantao Xiao Zhongzhen Cheng Yichen Bao Li Huang Kanglin Chen | 2019 | Open Journal of Yangtze Oil and Gas2019,4,3: | 0 |
