2Expression regulation and function of NLRC5显示文摘The NOD like receptors(NLRs),a class of intracellular receptors that respond to pathogen attack or cellular stress,have gained increasing attention.NLRC5,the largest member of the NLR protein family,has recently been identified as a critical regulator of immune responses.While NLRC5 is constitutively and widely expressed,it can be dramatically induced by interferons during pathogen infections.Both in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that NLRC5 is a specifi c and master regulator of major mistocompatibility complex(MHC)class I genes as well as related genes involved in MHC class I antigen presentation.The expression of MHC class I genes is regulated by NLRC5 in coordination with the RFX components through an enhanceosome-dependent manner.And the involvement of NLRC5 in MHC class I mediated CD8^(+)T cell activation,proliferation and cytotoxicity is proved to be critical for host defense against intracellular bacterial infections.Nevertheless,the role of NLRC5 in innate immunity remains to be further explored.Here,we review the research advances on the structure,expression regulation and function of NLRC5.Yikun Yao Youcun Qian 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,3:5

4Multi-Objective Redundancy Optimization of Continuous-Point Robot Milling Path in Shipbuilding显示文摘The 6-DOF manipulator provides a new option for traditional shipbuilding for its advantages of vast working space,low power consumption,and excellent flexibility.However,the rotation of the end effector along the tool axis is functionally redundant when using a robotic arm for five-axis machining.In the process of ship construction,the performance of the parts’protective coating needs to bemachined tomeet the Performance Standard of Protective Coatings(PSPC).The arbitrary redundancy configuration in path planning will result in drastic fluctuations in the robot joint angle,greatly reducing machining quality and efficiency.There have been some studies on singleobjective optimization of redundant variables,However,the quality and efficiency of milling are not affected by a single factor,it is usually influenced by several factors,such as the manipulator stiffness,the joint motion smoothness,and the energy consumption.To solve this problem,this paper proposed a new path optimization method for the industrial robot when it is used for five-axis machining.The path smoothness performance index and the energy consumption index are established based on the joint acceleration and the joint velocity,respectively.The path planning issue is formulated as a constrained multi-objective optimization problem by taking into account the constraints of joint limits and singularity avoidance.Then,the path is split into multiple segments for optimization to avoid the slow convergence rate caused by the high dimension.An algorithm combining the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)and the differential evolution(DE)algorithm is employed to solve the above optimization problem.The simulations validate the effectiveness of the algorithm,showing the improvement of smoothness and the reduction of energy consumption.Jianjun Yao Chen Qian Yikun Zhang Geyang Yu 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,2:0

7Fast design of catalyst layer with optimal electrical-thermal-water performance for proton exchange membrane fuel cells显示文摘The catalyst layer(CL)is the core component in determining the electrical-thermal-water performance and cost of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).Systemic analysis and rapid prediction tools are required to improve the design efficiency of CL.In this study,a 3D multi-phase model integrated with the multi-level agglomerate model for CL is developed to describe the heat and mass transfer processes inside PEMFC.Moreover,a research framework combining the response surface method(RSM)and artificial neural network(ANN)model is proposed to conduct a quantitative analysis,and further a rapid and accurate prediction.With the help of this research framework,the effects of CL composition on the electrical-thermal-water performance of PEMFC are investigated.The results show that the mass of platinum,the mass of carbon,and the volume fraction of dry ionomer has a significant impact on the electrical-thermal-water performance.At the selected points,the sensitivity of the decision variables is ranked:volume fraction of dry ionomer>mass of platinum>mass of carbon>agglomerate radius.In particular,the sensitivity of the volume fraction of dry ionomer is over 50%at these points.Besides,the comparison results show that the ANN model could implement a more rapid and accurate prediction than the RSM model based on the same sample set.This in-depth study is beneficial to provide feasible guidance for high-performance CL design.Jing Yao Yuchen Yang Xiongpo Hou Yikun Yang Fusheng Yang Zhen Wu Zaoxiao Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:0
8Real-Time Visual Tracking with Compact Shape and Color Feature显示文摘The colour feature is often used in the object tracking.The tracking methods extract the colour features of the object and the background,and distinguish them by a classifier.However,these existing methods simply use the colour information of the target pixels and do not consider the shape feature of the target,so that the description capability of the feature is weak.Moreover,incorporating shape information often leads to large feature dimension,which is not conducive to real-time object tracking.Recently,the emergence of visual tracking methods based on deep learning has also greatly increased the demand for computing resources of the algorithm.In this paper,we propose a real-time visual tracking method with compact shape and colour feature,which forms low dimensional compact shape and colour feature by fusing the shape and colour characteristics of the candidate object region,and reduces the dimensionality of the combined feature through the Hash function.The structural classification function is trained and updated online with dynamic data flow for adapting to the new frames.Further,the classification and prediction of the object are carried out with structured classification function.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed tracker performs superiorly against several state-of-the-art algorithms on the challenging benchmark dataset OTB-100 and OTB-13.Zhenguo Gao Shixiong Xia Yikun Zhang Rui Yao Jiaqi Zhao Qiang Niu Haifeng Jiang 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,6:0
