1High-efficiency extraction synthesis for high-purity copper nanowires and their applications in flexible transparent electrodes显示文摘Copper nanowires(Cu NWs)are considered an excellent alternative to indium tin oxide(ITO)in flexible transparency electrodes(FTEs).However,the mixed particles and surface oxidation of Cu NWs degrade the transmittance and conductivity of the electrodes.Therefore,highly purified Cu NWs without oxidation are vital for high-performance FTEs.Herein,a facile and effective purification process is introduced to purify Cu NWs in a water and n-hexane system,which takes advantage of the differences in hydrophilicity between Cu NWs and Cu NPs caused by their different adsorption affinities to octadecylamine(ODA).At the same sheet resistance,the transmittance of the purified Cu NW-based FTEs improved approximately 2%compared to that of non-purified Cu NW-based FTEs.Immersion of the electrode in glacial acetic acid removed the surface organics and oxides.After only 40 s of treatment,the sheet resistance dramatically decreased from 10^5 Ohm/sq to 31 Ohm/sq with a transmittance of 85%.In addition,the Cu NW-based FTE conductors showed excellent flexibility(remaining stable after 1000 bending cycles).The Cu NW-based FTEs were further applied to fabricate a flexible transparent heater.At a voltage of 10 V,the temperature of the heater reached 73℃,demonstrating the potential applications of this material in various fields.He Zhang Shang Wang Yanhong Tian Jiayue Wen Chunjin Hang Zhen Zheng Yilong Huang Su Ding Chenxi Wang 2020Nano Materials Science2020,2,2:4
2Deep learning for in vitro prediction of pharmaceutical formulations显示文摘Current pharmaceutical formulation development still strongly relies on the traditional trialand-error methods of pharmaceutical scientists. This approach is laborious, time-consuming and costly.Recently, deep learning has been widely applied in many challenging domains because of its important capability of automatic feature extraction. The aim of the present research is to apply deep learning methods to predict pharmaceutical formulations. In this paper, two types of dosage forms were chosen as model systems. Evaluation criteria suitable for pharmaceutics were applied to assess the performance of the models. Moreover, an automatic dataset selection algorithm was developed for selecting the representative data as validation and test datasets. Six machine learning methods were compared with deep learning. Results showed that the accuracies of both two deep neural networks were above 80% and higher than other machine learning models; the latter showed good prediction of pharmaceutical formulations. In summary, deep learning employing an automatic data splitting algorithm and the evaluation criteria suitable for pharmaceutical formulation data was developed for the prediction of pharmaceutical formulations for the first time. 3Anchor-based manifold binary pattern for finger vein recognition显示文摘This paper proposes a novel learning method of binary local features for recognition of the finger vein. The learning methods existing in local features for image recognition intend to maximize the data variance, reduce quantitative errors, exploit the contextual information within each binary code, or utilize the label information, which all ignore the local manifold structure of the original data. The manifold structure actually plays a very important role in binary code learning, but constructing a similarity matrix for large-scale datasets involves a lot of computational and storage cost. The study attempts to learn a map, which can preserve the manifold structure between the original data and the learned binary codes for large-scale situations. To achieve this goal, we present a learning method using an anchor-based manifold binary pattern(AMBP) for finger vein recognition. Specifically, we first extract the pixel difference vectors(PDVs) in the local patches by calculating the differences between each pixel and its neighbors. Second,we construct an asymmetric graph, on which each data point can be a linear combination of its K-nearest neighbor anchors, and the anchors are randomly selected from the training samples. Third, a feature map is learned to project these PDVs into low-dimensional binary codes in an unsupervised manner, where(i) the quantization loss between the original real-valued vectors and learned binary codes is minimized and(ii) the manifold structure of the training data is maintained in the binary space. Additionally, the study fuses the discriminative binary descriptor and AMBP methods at the image representation level to further boost the performance of the recognition system. 5Non-negative locality-constrained vocabulary tree for finger vein image retrieval显示文摘Finger vein image retrieval is a biometric identification technology that has recently attracted a lot of attention. It has the potential to reduce the search space and has attracted a considerable amount of research effort recently. It is a challenging problem owing to the large number of images in biometric databases and the lack of efficient retrieval schemes. We apply a hierarchical vocabulary tree modelbased image retrieval approach because of its good scalability and high efficiency. However, there is a large accumulative quantization error in the vocabulary tree (VT) model that may degrade the retrieval precision. To solve this problem, we improve the vector quantization coding in the VT model by introducing a non-negative locality-constrained constraint: the non-negative locality-constrained vocabulary tree-based image retrieval model. The proposed method can effectively improve coding performanee and the discriminative power of local features. Extensive experiments on a large fused finger vein database demonstrate the superiority of our encoding method. 6The Model Selection of Personal Information Protection in Criminal Procedures显示文摘In criminal procedures,the right to personal information does not conform to the human rights characteristics of criminal procedures centered on due process right,in which the right to be forgotten and the right to access data possess no attributes of independent litigation right.The theory of the independent right to personal information lacks a legitimate basis and should not be used as the protection model for personal information in criminal proceedings.Given the particularity of interest measurement and the individuality and negativity of human rights in criminal procedures,the protection of personal information in the criminal procedure should be aimed at the risk of transformation from collective general information to private sensitive information.Specifically,it is the right of personal information not to be excessively collected.Accordingly,the personal information protection should be included in the scope of criminal procedures by the conceptual interpretation of the informational privacy,i.e.,the dependency protection model.In this regard,the criminal proceeding should appropriately introduce the basic principles of personal information protection and the limited general forensic to deal with the impact and challenge of emerging right claim on the criminal justice system.吴桐 SU Yilong(Translated) 2022The Journal of Human Rights2022,21,3:0

8The Connection Between Medical Self-determination and the System of Adult Guardianship——The Institutional Construction of Medical Proxy显示文摘China has established the basic rules of informed consent in the medical field through Articles 1219 and 1220 of the tort liability part of the Civil Code of China to address the legality of medical conduct.Since patients’capacity to consent is the prerequisite,when the patient is a fully competent person,it is sufficient to give consent based on valid notification by the doctor.However,for those who are unable to give valid consent,especially adult patients with impaired capacity,resolving the legality of the doctor’s medical conduct remains an issue when it infringes on the patient’s body and health.To solve this issue,someone must give consent in place of the patient when the adult is unable to give valid consent.However,the personal and exclusive nature of the right to medical consent,which is informed consent,makes it impossible to simply delegate it to a guardian or other person to exercise it on behalf of the patient.In this paper,we borrow the concept of“medical proxy”proposed by Japanese scholar Teruaki Tayama,and for the first time,we discuss the construction of medical proxy from the perspective of adult guardianship by connecting the two systems from the standpoint of interpretive theory.李敏 SU Yilong 2023The Journal of Human Rights2023,22,3:0
9Robust hydrogel adhesives for emergency rescue and gastric perforation repair显示文摘Development of biocompatible hydrogel adhesives with robust tissue adhesion to realize instant hemorrhage control and injury sealing,especially for emergency rescue and tissue repair,is still challenging.Herein,we report a potent hydrogel adhesive by free radical polymerization of N-acryloyl aspartic acid(AASP)in a facile and straightforward way.Through delicate adjustment of steric hindrance,the synergistic effect between interface interactions and cohesion energy can be achieved in PAASP hydrogel verified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis and simulation calculation compared to poly(N-acryloyl glutamic acid)(PAGLU)and poly(N-acryloyl amidomalonic acid)(PAAMI)hydrogels.The adhesion strength of the PAASP hydrogel could reach 120 kPa to firmly seal the broken organs to withstand the external force with persistent stability under physiological conditions,and rapid hemostasis in different hemorrhage models on mice is achieved using PAASP hydrogel as physical barrier.Furthermore,the paper-based Fe^(3+)transfer printing method is applied to construct PAASP-based Janus hydrogel patch with both adhesive and non-adhesive surfaces,by which simultaneous wound healing and postoperative anti-adhesion can be realized in gastric perforation model on mice.This advanced hydrogel may show vast potential as bio-adhesives for emergency rescue and tissue/organ repair.Jing Yu Yanyang Qin Yuxuan Yang Xiaodan Zhao Zixi Zhang Qiang Zhang Yaqiong Su Yanfeng Zhang Yilong Cheng 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,1:0

11Effects of Nano-CaCO_(3)Addition on Properties of Corundum-based Dispersive Purging Plugs显示文摘In order to improve the properties of corundum based dispersive purging plugs,dispersive purging plug specimens were prepared using tabular corundum(1-0.15 and≤0.15 mm)as the aggregates,tabular corundum(≤0.044 mm)andα-Al_(2)O_(3)micropowder(d_(50)=0.6μm)as the matrix,Secar 71 cement as the binder,introducing different amounts of nano-CaCO_(3),casting into shapes,and firing at different temperatures(1200 or 1600℃)for 4 h.The effects of the nano-CaCO_(3) extra-addition(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%,by mass)on the consistency of the castables as well as the properties and microstructure of the dispersive purging plug specimens were studied.The results show that:(1)with the fixed water addition,the consistency of the corundum castables decreases as the nano-CaCO_(3)addition increases;(2)with the increasing nano-CaCO_(3)addition,the bulk density of the specimens fired at different temperatures for 4 h decreases,the apparent porosity,the cold strength and the hot modulus of rupture all increase,the gas permeability does not change significantly;(3)the specimens fired at 1600℃ for 4 h have obviously better cold comprehensive performance than those fired at 1200℃for 4 h;(4)when the nano-CaCO_(3)addition is 1.5%,the comprehensive performance of the specimen is the optimal.SU Yuqing ZHU Yening YU Baisong XI Zijian WEI Juncong TU Junbo ZHANG Houxing WANG Yilong 2023China's Refractories2023,32,4:0

15肺癌患者KDR基因酪氨酸激酶结构域的突变和多态性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: Although the kinase insert domain-containing receptor (KDR) gene play an very important role in the metastasis of cancer and is also as one of the molecular targets used in cancer therapy, mutation in the tyrosine kinase (TK) domain of the KDR gene has not been reported. Here we detected the mutations and polymorphisms in the TK domain of KDR gene in human lung cancer patients and to give the basic evidence and clue for cancer prevention and target therapy. Methods: The entire sequence of exons 21, 22, 23 and 27 (which contain the coding sequence of tyrosine phosphorylation) in the TK domain of KDR gene in the patients with lung cancer and control healthy individuals were assayed by PCR and DNA sequencing. We also analyzed one non-coding single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the KDR gene. Results: No mutations were found in exon 22, 23 and 27. One heterozygous mutation of c.+2837 in exon 21 was found at a frequency of 2.08% (2/96) in the patients with lung cancer and none were detected in the healthy control individuals. The mutation was from a G to a A resulting in substitution of arginine with histidine residue. 16On the “Reasonable” Handling of Personal Information Disclosed According to the Law显示文摘The model for protection of personal information dis-closed according to the law has changed from indirect protection to direct protection.The indirect protection model for traditional repu-tation rights and privacy rights was not enough to meet the practical needs of governance.However;due to the ambiguity in the application of the“reasonable”processing requirements,the direct protection model centered on Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Law also is not enough to effectively respond to practical disputes.The essence of the problem is to resolve the tension between informa-tion circulation and risk control and reshape the legal order for the protection of personal information disclosed according to the law.The determination of“reasonable”should be centered on the scenario theory and holism interpretation and carried out by using the interpre-tation technique of the dynamic system under Article 998 of the Civil Code.With the support of scenario-based discussions and comparative propositions,the crawling and tag extraction of personal information.disclosed according to the law should be considered as reasonable processing;profiling and automated decision-making should not be covered in the scope of reasonable processing,in principle;for behav-iors such as correlation analysis,elements like information subject,identifiability and sensitivity should be comprehensively considered to draw open and inclusive conclusions in individual cases.赵艺 杨洁 SU Yilong 2023The Journal of Human Rights2023,22,1:0
