| 3 | 大斜度井和水平井地层评价中的经验、问题和发展方向显示文摘大斜度井和水平井(HA/HZ)测井组合的选择原则主要是指导地质导向钻井。有时(HA/HZ)井所穿过的地层或油藏某部分没有垂直评价井,只能用HA/HZ测井数据评价常规有效厚度/总厚度比、孔隙度和含水饱和度。对同一地层,HA/HZ测井响应与垂直井响应存在很大差异。研究表明,由于视倾角误差,孔隙度值偏差可达6P.u.,含水饱和度误差超过50%,大斜度井中真地层厚度偏差达到200%~300%。垂直井的常规地层评价方法不太适用于HA/HZ井地层和流体性质评价。HA/HZ井与垂直井测井响应差异的主要原因是很多测井仪器是专为探测垂直井地层而设计的,因此在HA/HZ井中,必须对解释方案进行修改,这时需考虑井眼附近地层的几何形状;测量方位;地层各向异性对电阻率、声波和核测井响应的影响;异常侵入剖面;重力引起的仪器偏心以及井眼底部聚积的岩屑。虽然井眼成像测井能有效地测量大斜度井相对地层倾角,但当井斜超过80°时地层倾角的测量仍存在很多问题。中子和密度测井响应又相当程度地受岩屑的影响。这种井的测井难度很大,将差质量测井响应与因几何形状、各向异性以及井眼影响引起的异常测井响应区分开来显得相当重要。HA/HZ井用于地质导向的定性标准测井难以满足未来地层评价的要求。许多地方不能钻垂直评价井,因此利用大位移井信息评价地层很关键。作业公司和测井服务公司必须相互协作,共同解决HA/HZ井仪器响应和数据解释问题,开发出能定量描述HA/HZ井的新仪器。 | Quinn R Passey H Yin C M Rendeiro D E Fitz 唐宇 王昌学 | 2006 | 测井技术2006，30，1： | 10 |
| 4 | Glycogenic hepatopathy:A narrative review显示文摘Glycogenic hepatopathy(GH) is a rare complication of the poorly controlled diabetes mellitus characterized by the transient liver dysfunction with elevated liver enzymes and associated hepatomegaly caused by the reversible accumulation of excess glycogen in the hepatocytes. It is predominantly seen in patients with longstanding type 1 diabetes mellitus and rarely reported in association with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Although it was first observed in the pediatric population, since then, it has been reported in adolescents and adults with or without ketoacidosis. The association of GH with hyperglycemia in diabetes has not been well established. One of the essential elements in the pathophysiology of development of GH is the wide fluctuation in both glucose and insulin levels. GH and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) are clinically indistinguishable, and latter is more prevalent in diabetic patients and can progress to advanced liver disease and cirrhosis. Gradient dual-echo MRI can distinguish GH from NAFLD; however, GH can reliably be diagnosed only by liver biopsy. Adequate glycemic control can result in complete remission of clinical, laboratory and histological abnormalities. There has been a recent report of varying degree of liver fibrosis identified in patients with GH. Future studies are required to understand the biochemical defects underlying GH, noninvasive, rapid diagnostic tests for GH, and to assess the consequence of the fibrosis identified as severe fibrosis may progress to cirrhosis. Awareness of this entity in the medical community including specialists is low. | 7 | Modified technique of advanced core decompression for treatment of femoral head osteonecrosis显示文摘BACKGROUND Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a destructive condition most commonly affecting young and middle-aged patients.The leading consequence of ONFH is often a significant articular disability.Effective joint-preserving surgical treatments are urgently needed for patients with early stage ONFH when outcomes of treatment are in general better than the advanced stage disease.AIM To introduce a new surgery procedure called percutaneous expanded core decompression and mixed bone graft technique,which is a new way of jointpreserving surgical treatments.METHODS The clinical data of 6 patients with ONFH diagnosed and treated with the procedure called percutaneous expanded core decompression and mixed bone graft technique at The First Hospital of Qiqihar from March 2013 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed;the follow-up ended in December 2019.RESULTS There were 6 male patients with an average age of 43 years in our study.Gratifying results have been obtained from the comparison of Harris hip score,visual analogue scale,and imaging examination before and after operation.CONCLUSION This new modified technique is simple,safe,and reliable.No serious perioperative complications were observed in our cases.Advantages of the single blade expandable reamer are obvious.The adjuvant substance is inexpensive and easy to obtain.Thus,this technique is an effective joint-preserving surgical treatment for patients with early stage of ONFH. | Lin Lin Yan Jiao Xian-Guo Luo Jin-Zhu Zhang He-Liang Yin Li Ma Bo-Ran Chen Derek M Kelly Wei-Kuan Gu Hong Chen | 2020 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2020，8，13： | 3 |
| 8 | Successful operation of a cooperative SLR station of China and Argentina in San Juan显示文摘We introduced the observations and researches using a Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) system with high precision, which was designed and made in China and installed in the Observatory of San Juan Uni- versity, Argentina, the capability of the system and the achievement of the cooperative procedure be- tween China and Argentina. The SLR station in San Juan, set up by China and Argentina, is quite sig- nificant for improving the distribution of SLR stations and enhancing the orbital coverage of the whole earth. Since the SLR system started to work in the Observatory of San Juan University in the beginning of 2006, the operation is rather good, and rich data with high precision have been obtained.
