| 1 | Paleogene-Neogene stratigraphic realm and sedimentary sequence of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and their response to uplift of the plateau显示文摘Based on the data of 1:250000 geological mapping completed by CGS and the previous literature of the Cenozoic strata, 98 remnant basins and 5 stratigraphic realms with 13 stratigraphic subrealms have been recognized on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its adjacent area. | 2 | Chlorobenzenes and organochlorinated pesticides in vegetable soils from an industrial site, China显示文摘Organochlorinated compounds are ubiquitous contaminants in the environment, especially in industrial sites. The objective of the work was to investigate whether a vegetable field near an industrial site is safe for vegetable production. The residues of chlorobenzenes (CBs), hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs) and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs) in a vegetable field which was near a chemical plant in China were characterized. Point estimate quotient was used for ecological risk assessment of the investigated site. The results showed that all CBs except monochlorobenzene (MCB) were detected in soils. The total concentrations of ∑ CBs ranged from 71.06 to 716.57 ng/g, with a mean concentration of 434.93 ng/g. The main components of CBs in soil samples were dichlorobenzenes (DCBs), trichlorobenzenes (TCBs) and tetrachlorobenzenes (TeCBs), while for single congeners, 1,2,4-TCB had the highest concentration, which ranged from 13.21 to 210.35 ng/g with a mean concentration of 111.89 ng/g. Residues of hexachlorobenzene (HCB) in soil samples ranged from 0.9 to 11.79 ng/g, significantly lower than ∑ DCB, ∑ TCB and ∑ TeCB. Concentrations of ∑ HCHs and ∑ DDTs in soils ranged from 11.32 to 55.24 ng/g and from 195.63 to 465.58 ng/g, respectively, of which the main components were α-HCH and p,p'-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (p,p'-DDE). Ecological risk assessment for the investigated site showed that the most potential risks were from TCBs and TeCBs, based on the hazard quotients. | 3 | Responses of marine-derived Trichoderma fungi to seawater and their potential antagonistic behaviour显示文摘To explore the metabolic responses of marine-derived Trichoderma fungi to environmental stresses, the survivability, metabolism, and antagonism of ten marine isolates have been examined. Their survival in both freshwater and seawater indicates them to be facultative marine fungi, but they are more adaptable to marine environment. Most of them feature strain-specific and positive metabolic responses to seawater, which also usually result in the higher proportions of heteroatom-bearing and unsaturated units in mycelial constituents. Seawater factors can promote many strains to produce bioactive metabolites, including plant pathogen- and marine phytoplankton-inhibitory and marine animal-toxic ones, but the eff ects of NaCl are often weak or negative. The inhibition of marine phytoplankton corresponds to the intracellular accumulation of heteroatom-bearing and unsaturated units under seawater condition, and the varied toxicities to marine animals further signify the divergences of lipophilic exudates under diff erent conditions. | 5 | Tall gastrodis tuber combined with antiepileptic drugs repairs abnormal perfusion foci in focal epilepsy显示文摘One hundred patients with focal epilepsy were recruited for the present study and their seizures controlled with antiepileptic drugs. The patients then orally received a capsule of tall gastrodis tuber powder, a traditional Chinese drug, and underwent single photon emission computed tomography, long-term electroencephalogram, and CT/MRI. Blood drug levels were monitored throughout the study. Before treatment with tall gastrodis tuber, 35 of the 100 cases had abnormal CT/MRI scans; 79 cases had abnormal single photon emission computed tomography images; 86 cases had abnormal electroencephalogram; and a total of 146 abnormal perfusion foci were observed across the 100 subjects. After treatment, the number of patients with normal single photon emission computed tomography images increased by 12; normal electroencephalogram was observed in an additional 27 cases and the number of patients with epileptiform discharge decreased by 29 (34% of 86); the total number of abnormal perfusion foci decreased by 52 (36%) and changes in abnormal foci were visible in 65 patients. These changes indicate that the administration of tall gastrodis tuber in combination with antiepileptic drugs repairs abnormal perfusion foci in patients with focal epilepsy. | 7 | Synergistic effect of fluorinated solvent and Mg^(2+)enabling 4.6 V LiCoO_(2)performances显示文摘Increasing the charging cut-off potential of lithium cobalt oxide(LiCoO_(2),LCO)can effectively improve the energy density of the lithium-ion batteries,which are the mainstream energy storage devices used in 3C electronic products.However,the continuous decomposition of the electrolyte and dissolution of Co from the electrode will occur at high-potential operation,which deteriorate the performances of LCO.Here,a cathode-electrolyte interface(CEI)layer containing Mg F_(2)is constructed to enhance the electrochemical stability of LCO at 4.6 V(vs.Li^(+)/Li).The Mg^(2+)added to the cathode gradually releases into the electrolyte during cycling,which forms a stable Mg F_(2)-rich protective layer.In addition,1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether(TTE)is added to the electrolyte acting as a F source to increase the content of Mg F_(2)in the CEI layer.The Mg F_(2)-rich CEI layer effectively suppresses the decomposition of electrolyte components and the dissolution of Co of LCO,which makes the Li||LiCoO_(2)(Li||LCO)cell cycled stably at 3~4.6 V(vs.Li^(+)/Li)in 200 cycles with a retention of 83.9%. | Yijia Huang Yidan Zhu Hongyu Cheng Meng Liu Yingying Song Xiaoliang Ding Kaiyun Xu Yinping Qin Yang Liu Bingkun Guo | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6: | 0 |
