6毛细管电泳法分析蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物(英文)显示文摘使用毛细管电泳法(CE)检测蜂胶中11种黄酮类化合物:金合欢素、芹菜配基、兰肉桂酸、黄良姜精、阿魏酸、橙皮甙、毛地黄黄酮、柑桔黄素、槲皮素、白藜芦醇、芦丁。确定了一些试验参数的优化条件,如:pH、缓冲溶液浓度、分离电压、进样时间以及UV检测器波长等。用H3BO3-Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(40mmol/L,pH8.85)在206nm波长条件下,各分析物可在19min内测出。相对标准偏差(RSD):8次进样的迁移时间为0.1%~0.3%;峰面积为3.0%~9.7%;各检测限(S/N=10)范围为0.1~0.4μg/ml;回收率为84%~110%。方法简单、灵敏,重现性好,用于蜂胶黄酮类化合物分析结果准确。卢挺 Jorn C.C.Yu Yisu Li Erika Revesz Edward P.C.Lai 2006食品科学2006,27,8:1

15Geochemistry and geochronology of Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous intrusions related to some Au(Sb) deposits in southern Anhui: a case study and review显示文摘Some Au deposits in southern Anhui Province have recently been found to be closely associated with Late Mesozoic intrusions. Typical examples include the Huashan Au(Sb) deposit and Au deposits at Zhaojialing, Wuxi,and Liaojia. In order to understand the mechanisms that led the formation of these Au deposits, we make detailed reviews on the geological characteristics of these Au deposits. Specifically, we present new LA-ICP-MS zircon U–Pb dating, along with elemental and Hf isotopic data from the Huashan Au(Sb) deposit. Our data suggests that the Huashan ore-related intrusions were emplaced during the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous periods(144–148 Ma). They are characterized by arc-magma features and high oxygen fugacity and are rich in inherited zircons. Zircon U–Pb ages and Lu–Hf isotopes from intrusions suggest that Proterozoic juvenile lithosphere is the main source of these intrusions. The regional geological history implies that lithosphere beneath southern Anhui was produced during a Proterozoic subduction and was fertilized with Au(Cu) in the process. Integrated with theresults of previous studies, we inferred that Late Mesozoic intrusions formed by the remelting of the lithosphere could provide the metal endowment for the Au-rich deposits in southern Anhui.Qing Hu Huangling Gu Xiaoyong Yang Yisu Ren Ergen Gao Zhangxing Nie 2018Acta Geochimica2018,37,3:1

19Genome-wide analysis of microRNAs induced and regulated by colchicine in mulberry显示文摘A variety of plants were colchicine treated to double their chromosome number.Chromosomes are genetic carriers that determine the individual traits of organisms.The doubling of chromosomes will lead to modifications in plant morphology,physiology and genetics.To determine the response of mulberry trees induced by colchicine,using mulberry variety Yu-711 leaves as research materials,two small RNA libraries(control and experimental groups)were constructed.It was found that 45 known miRNA genes and 78 predicted novel miRNA genes in the sequence results.A comparison of data between the control group and the experimental group revealed 37 differentially expressed miRNA genes,19 genes of which were up-regulated and 18 genes of which were down-regulated.Eight miRNAs were selected from 37 differentially expressed miRNA genes.These miRNAs were verified by quantitative real-time PCR,and the expression levels of these miRNAs were found to be consistent with those obtained by sequencing,which proved the accuracy of sequencing results.The PsRNATarget software was used to predict the target genes of 8 miRNAs.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encycopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis were used to collect the functions of target genes and confirm that target genes are mainly involved in biological processes,cell components and molecular functions.novel-77 miRNA was selected from 37 differentially expressed miRNAs.What will serve as a fundamental data in understanding mulberry miRNAs function in molecular biology research and further provides the molecular mechanism of mulberry gene regulation as induced by colchicine is that the prediction of novel_77 precursor sequence and the target gene(XM_010104258.2),as well as the secondary structure analysis.MENGMENG WU PENG GUO YISU SHI DANYAN ZHENG QIAONAN ZHANG XIN JIN YUHUA WANG QIANG LIN RONGJUN FANG WEIGUO ZHAO 2022BIOCELL2022,46,8:0
20T cell cross-reactivity in autoimmune-like hepatitis triggered by COVID-19显示文摘Over 1000 cases of pediatric hepatitis of unknown etiology have been reported worldwide since the first case was reported in the UK.To date,the etiology of pediatric hepatitis remains unknown and controversial.Adenovirus was first suspected to be the cause as it was present in the blood samples of the majority of cases.Partial cases have also been tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].However,it is still unclear how these viruses contribute to pediatric hepatitis.In the case of a pediatric patient with SARS-CoV-2 infection,the liver biopsy showed acute submassive hepatocyte necrosis,accompanied by a significant increase in T cell infiltration[2].Furthermore,CD8+T cell dominant hepatitis induced by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccination has also been recently reported[3].Although it is known that T cell receptors(TCRs)can discriminate between self-and non-self-antigens,it is now well-accepted that TCRs exhibit cross-reactivity toward similar and even distinct antigen peptides[4].Thus,we hypothesized that following SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination,T cells carrying TCRs that recognize self-antigens undergo clonal expansion,which could eventually result in the onset of autoimmune-like hepatitis(Figure 1A).Yisu Liu Yuqian Wang Zhiqiang Peng Guideng Li Jianwei Wang 2023hLife2023,1,1:0
