1采用铜导电油墨在改性柔性基材上实现喷墨印刷显示文摘本文采用铜导电油墨在聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜上进行喷墨印刷形成铜导电层,并研究基于铜络合物的铜导电油墨与柔性基材的相关性。本研究首先采用氧等离子体对PI薄膜表面进行改性,以测试接触角来表征改性前后薄膜表面性能的变化。通过优化等离子体反应参数使接触角降低。再利用喷墨印刷在改性前后PI薄膜上沉积铜导线,在200℃氢气环境下进行热处理,印制铜线发生烧结而收缩。采用光学显微镜(OM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、非接触式三维轮廓仪和四点探针分析铜导线形状、微观结构、晶体结构及电导率。结果表明,经氧等离子体改性的PI基材上可成功沉积具有纯铜相的连续铜导线且具有良好的烧结微观结构,同时确定了铜导电油墨与基材表面性能的相关性。GOO Yongsung LEE Youngin KIM Namwoo LEE Kunjae YOO Bongyoung HONG Sungjei KIM Joong-do CHOA Yongho 王晓芳 2010中国印刷与包装研究2010,,5:4
2多粘类芽孢杆菌APEC136和枯草芽孢杆菌APEC170对苹果采后病害生物防治的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:研究APEC136和APEC170对苹果采后炭疽病和白腐病的生物防治作用。方法:选择APEC136和APEC170两菌株为对象,通过16S rR NA序列分析进行菌种鉴定;研究不同的培养基、温度和p H值等条件对APEC136和APEC170生长影响;测定其对几丁质酶,淀粉酶,纤维素酶和蛋白酶的产量和活性的影响;分析其对胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、尖孢炭疽(Colletotrichum acutatum)和葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea)的菌丝生长抑制作用,观察苹果采后炭疽病和白腐病症状的变化。结论:16S rR NA序列分析结果发现两个拮抗菌株分别为多粘类芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌。在脑心浸液肉汤(BHI)培养基中,这两个菌株生长最快。体外生物测定表明,在筛选的30株菌株中,APEC136和APEC170对胶孢炭疽菌、尖孢炭疽和葡萄座腔菌的菌丝生长的抑制作用最显著。APEC136和APEC170均减轻了苹果采后由病原真菌引起的炭疽病和白腐病症状。另外,APEC136增加了淀粉酶和蛋白酶产量,APEC170增加了几丁质酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶产量,这些可能是其抑制菌丝生长的原因。综上所述,菌株APEC136和APEC170是有效的苹果采后炭疽病和白腐病的生物防治剂,可用于野外条件下的疾病控制。Young Soo KIM Kotnala BALARAJU Yongho JEON 2016Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2016,17,12:3

10Development of exosome membrane materialsfused microbubbles for enhanced stability and efficient drug delivery of ultrasound contrast agent显示文摘Lipid-coated microbubbles are widely used as an ultrasound contrast agent,as well as drug delivery carriers.However,the two main limitations in ultrasound diagnosis and drug delivery using microbubbles are the short half-life in the blood system,and the difficulty of surface modification of microbubbles for active targeting.The exosome,a type of extracellular vesicle,has a preferentially targeting ability for its original cell.In this study,exosome-fused microbubbles(Exo-MBs)were developed by embedding the exosome membrane proteins into microbubbles.As a result,the stability of Exo-MBs is improved over the conventional microbubbles.On the same principle that under the exposure of ultrasound,microbubbles are cavitated and self-assembled into nano-sized particles,and Exo-MBs are self-assembled into exosome membrane proteins-embedded nanoparticles(Exo-NPs).The Exo-NPs showed favorable targeting properties to their original cells.A photosensitizer,chlorin e6,was loaded into Exo-MBs to evaluate therapeutic efficacy as a drug carrier.Much higher therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy was confirmed,followed by cancer immunotherapy from immunogenic cell death.We have therefore developed a novel ultrasound image-guided drug delivery platform that overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional ultrasound contrast agent and is capable of simultaneous photodynamic therapy and cancer immunotherapy.Yongho Jang Jeehun Park Pilsu Kim Eun-Joo Park Hyungjin Sun Yujin Baek Jaehun Jung Tai-kyong Song Junsang Doh Hyuncheol Kim 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:1

20Synthesis and cost estimation of ethylene oxide process using PRO/Ⅱ显示文摘Ethylene oxide(EO)is a sold-out intermediate material for producing various chemicals.Major chemical companies are interested in whether new EO plant can create profit.This research is undertaken to investigate the economic feasibility of EO production.Direct oxidation of ethylene using silver on alpha-Al2O3 catalyst type is adapted to produce EO of 60 000t year.We conduct the conceptual design.Firstly,we synthesize the optimal structure and then determine optimal conditions and the size of the equipments.Feasibility study shows that profit and loss turning point turns out to be 3.2 years based on the present market price.In addition,we conducts the economic analysis to prepare the risk of raw material market price variation ranging from 70% to 130%.Suri Park Sangwook Han Yongho Hong Byungjick Kim 2013Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation2013,4,4:0
