1Optimal subreflector position determination of shaped dual-reflector antennas based on the parameters iteration approach显示文摘A new method based on the parameters iteration technique has been developed to determine the optimal subreflector position for shaped Cassegrain antennas, that are distorted by gravity, to improve their electromagnetic(EM) performance. Both the features of shaped surface and the relationship between optical path difference(OPD) and far field beam pattern are employed. By describing the shaped dualreflector surface as a standard discrete parabola set, we can utilize the optical features of the standard Cassegrain system in the classical OPD relationship. Then, the actual far field beam pattern is expressed as the synthesis of ideal beam and error beam by decomposing subreflector adjustment parameters using a mechanical-electromagnetic-field-coupling-model(MEFCM). Furthermore, a numerical method for determining optimal subreflector position is presented. The proposed method is based on the iteration technique of subreflector adjustment parameters, and the optimal far field pattern is used for the iteration. The numerical solution of optimal adjustment parameters can be obtained rapidly. 2B-spline surface fitting and simplified GO/PO analysis of subreflector correction for large Cassegrain antenna distortion compensation显示文摘The main surface of a large Cassegrain antenna consists of a large number of panels. There are inevitably random and systematic errors which will degrade the antenna pattern and limit its applicability when working at high frequencies. Correcting the subreflector surface is difficult to describe by a global expansion effectively with a small amount of data. This paper presents a simple and clear way for correcting the subreflector surface of a large Cassegrain antenna for achieving such compensation. The advantage of the method is that the geometrical optics(GO) analysis is extremely simplified by the concept of equivalent prime-focus paraboloid, and corrected deformations of the subreflector surface are determined by simple formulas which represent the relationship between distortions of the subreflector surface and phase of the main surface current. The final shape of the subreflector surface is represented by a B-spline surface. To obtain a satisfactory antenna pattern with the simplest subreflector surface, the optimal number of B-spline patches are searched by particle swarm optimization(PSO). The shaping process is verified by compensating a 22-m Cassegrain antenna whose main reflector has 96 panels. 7An Integrated Structure Analysis Method of Active Surface Antenna by Using the Simplified Actuator显示文摘The main surface of a large reflector antenna is composed of thousands of panels,which are inevitably deformed under natural load,leading to a great deterioration of electrical performance of the antenna.The active surface technique is an effective method to compensate antenna deformation error and has been widely used.The actuator is a complex component,it has not been established in the antenna structure analysis model,which limits the theoretical analysis ability of the active surface technology.To solve this problem,an integrated structure analysis method of active surface antenna by using the simplified actuator is proposed.First,according to the supporting characteristics and adjusting function of the actuator,the complex actuator is simplified a simple structure of support beams,support truss and adjustment beam.Second,the finite element model of the active surface antenna including the simplified actuator is established.Then,the relationship between the adjustment value(load)of adjustment beam and the deformation of the antenna structure is deduced,and the integrated analysis method for realizing the active adjustment of panels is established.Finally,the model and adjustment analysis method of the active surface antenna in this paper is applied to an 8 m antenna,and satisfactory structural analysis results are obtained,which shows the effectiveness and universality of the method,and provides a reference for the modeling and adjustment analysis of the active surface antenna.You Ban Peiyuan Chai Qian Xu Shufei Feng 2023Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,7:1
8Influence and Correction of Wavefront Primary Aberrations for Radio Telescopes using Aberration Theory显示文摘Dual-reflector antennas are widely used in astronomical observations and satellite communication.Structural deformations of the reflectors for radio telescopes are inevitable in outside working conditions due to exterior environment loads,which will cause distortion in the surface of the primary reflector and displacement of the subreflector,then lead to gain degradation and misalignment.In this paper,the influence and correction of misalignment in a dual-reflector antenna have been studied.From the perspective of wavefront aberration,a method is proposed to correct the wavefront primary aberration by adjusting the subreflector position.The characteristics of wavefront errors caused by structural deformation of the reflector have been analyzed,and relationships between the position motions of the subreflector and the Seidel wavefront aberrations are derived.The adjustment quantities of the subreflector are also derived.The results show the appropriate positional change of the subreflector in the lateral and axial directions can effectively correct the effects of the tilt and defocus in the primary aberrations caused by antenna structural deformations.Bin-bin Xiang Wei Wang You Ban Shang-min Lin Zhi-gang Wen Da-lin He Ming-hui Cai 2023Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,2:0
9Hydrogen-enriched water eliminates fine particles from the lungs and blood by enhancing phagocytic activity显示文摘Particulate matters(PM) are one of the major body burdens leading to diseases. We investigated the capacities of a hydrogen-enriched water(HW) eliminating carbon nanoparticles(CNP) and carbon microparticles(CMP) from the lungs and blood, respectively. In CNP-elimination test, rats were orally administered with purified water(PW) or HW(10 or 30 mL/kg/day) for 10 weeks. At the time point of 4 weeks, the rats were challenged with intratracheal instillation of CNP(4 mg). CNP accumulated in the airways and alveoli, and induced inflammatory lesions. Such pneumoconiosis was markedly improved by feeding HW, while PW was ineffective. CNP-induced pneumoconiosis caused systemic hematological alterations, decreasing major inflammatory cells, but markedly increasing eosinophils,indicative of an allergic reaction, which were attenuated by treatment with HW. Such PM-eliminating and antiallergic effects of HW reduced body burden as confirmed from the facilitated recovery of body and lung weights. In CMP-clearance test, mice were orally administered with PW or HW for 7 days, and intravenously injected with CMP(300 mg/kg). CMP was rapidly eliminated from the blood in HW-fed mice. Indeed, the phagocytic indices increased to 3.5 and 6.7 folds at 10 and 30 mL/kg of HW, in comparison with a negligible effect of PW.
