1Preparation and electrochemical property of CMC/MWCNT composite using ionic liquid as solvent显示文摘Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)/multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) composite was prepared by dissolving CMC with ionic liquid as solvent.The microstructure and electrochemical properties of CMC/MWCNTs were studied using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) system and electrochemical workstation.The experimental results indicated that the CMC dissolved with ionic liquid could be uniformly enwrapped on the surface of MWCNTs,and the coating thickness of CMC was about 5.4 nm.There are obvious oxidation peaks in the cyclic voltammograms curves of glassy carbon electrode coated with a CMC/MWCNT composite in H2O2 phosphate buffer solution.The MWCNT content and ultrasonic time strongly affected the dispersivity and electrochemical property of CMC/MWCNT composite.While the MWCNT content and ultrasonic processing time was 2 wt% and 2 h respectively,CMC/MWCNT composite exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity.ZHAO TingKai LIU LeHao LI GuangMing DU Li ZHAO Xing YAN Jin CHENG YouLiang DANG ALei LI TieHu 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,14:3
2CALTPP:A general program to calculate thermophysical properties显示文摘A program CALTPP(CALculation of ThermoPhysical Properties)is developed in order to provide various thermophysical properties such as diffusion coefficient,interfacial energy,thermal conductivity,viscosity and molar volume mainly as function of temperature and composition.These thermophysical properties are very important inputs for microstructure simulations and mechanical property predictions.The general structure of CALTPP is briefly described,and the CALPHAD-type models for the description of these thermophysical properties are presented.The CALTPP program contains the input module,calculation and/or optimization modules and output module.A few case studies including(a)the calculation of diffusion coefficient and optimization of atomic mobility,(b)the calculation of solid/liquid,coherent solid/solid and liquid/liquid interfacial energies,(c)the calculation of thermal conductivity,(d)the calculation of viscosity,and(e)the establishment of molar volume database in binary and ternary alloys are demonstrated to show the features of CALTPP.It is expected that CALTPP will be an effective contribution in both scientific research and education.Yuling Liu Cong Zhang Changfa Du Yong Du Zhoushun Zheng Shuhong Liu Lei Huang Shiyi Wen Youliang Jin Huaqing Zhang Fan Zhang George Kaptay 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,7:2
3Position Sensorless Control System of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor Based on Sliding Mode Observer with an Improved Phase-Locked Loop显示文摘In this paper,position sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM)based on sliding mode observer(SMO)with an improved phase-locked loop(PLL)is studied.Firstly,according to the mathematical model,a SMO is designed for sensorless control PMSLM drive.Thereafter,an improved PLL is proposed to tackle the imperfection of data overflow existed in the traditional PLL.The designed SMO incorporating with the improved PLL can be effectively suppress the pulsation of the estimated position and hence the chattering of the derived electrical angular velocity.At last,simulated and experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the position sensorless control system.Jin Zhang Youliang Tang Feng Yu 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,4:0
4Development of the electric automatic steering system for agricultural vehicles显示文摘Automatic guidance of agricultural vehicles requires automatic execution of operation commands received from the navigation controller by using electronically controlled mechanisms for wheel steering,speed changing and work implementing.Automatic steering contributes as a prerequisite technique in automatic and semi-automatic agricultural navigation.This research aimed to develop an electric automatic steering system that was compact in its structure and integrated into original steering mechanism in a simply and convenient way for aftermarket modification.A brushless motor and reducer assembly was utilized to provide an adequate steering torque instead of manual maneuver.A rapid assembling approach was proposed by passing the steering shaft through the hollow output shaft.A digital proportional-integral-differential(PID)algorithm was implemented to calculate the rotation speeds and directions by comparing the desired angle and the actual angle,which was implemented in a printed circuit board with a microcontroller unit(MCU)and interface chips.An unmanned wheeled tractor was applied as test platform to integrate the newly developed electric automatic steering system.Tests were conducted to evaluate its performance in terms of stability and responsiveness.An autonomous navigation system guided the tractor along target paths in the field by sending steering commands to the electric automatic steering system.The results show that the steering angle error was less than 0.81°when desired steering angle was less than 10°.The lateral error difference was no more than 4.76 cm when repeating following the same target path,which indicated that the electric automatic steering system responded accurately and robustly to steering commands.Guangshun An Chong Yu Juan Du Xiang Yin Youliang Ni Chengqian Jin 2024International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2024,17,1:0
