1Robust quantum secure direct communication with a quantum one-time pad over a collective-noise channel显示文摘We present two robust quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) schemes with a quantum one-time pad over a collective-noise channel. Each logical qubit is made up of two physical qubits and it is invariant over a collective-noise channel. The two photons in each logical qubit can be produced with a practically entangled source, i.e., a parametric down-conversion source with a beta barium borate crystal and a pump pulse of ultraviolet light. The information is encoded on each logical qubit with two logical unitary operations, which will not destroy the antinoise feather of the quantum systems. The receiver Bob can read out the sender's message directly with two single-photon measurements on each logical qubit, instead of Bell-state measurements, which will make these protocols more convenient in a practical application. 6Generating Storyline with Societal Risk from Tianya Club显示文摘Major societal problems affect the social stability. It is necessary to understand the public opinion toward those issues to avoid social conflicts. Nowadays the social media become the major platform to track what the public is concerned about and which may be of the societal risk. However,it is very tough to capture the public attention in short time due to huge flow of user-generated contents.In this paper, we approach this problem by expanding the method of generating storyline with the result displayed by a multi-view graph. 13Sediment budget and riverbed deformation in the uppermost part of the lower Yangtze River, China显示文摘The Yangtze River(YR), similar to most large rivers in the world, has experienced significant changes in its depositional environment due to anthropogenic disturbances and climatic influences in recent decades. However, knowledge of how the river channel and bed deformation respond to these changes in the uppermost part of the lower YR, a 200-km-long branched channel, is limited. In the current study,historical bathymetric data collected from 1992 to 2013 and high-resolution multibeam echo sounder(MBES) data obtained from 2015 to 2016 were analyzed to address the changes in the depositional environment. The results indicate that the whole riverbed in the Hukou to Datong reach(HDR) has been scouring over the past two decades and this trend is expected to continue in the future due to decreasing sediment supply from the upper watershed. The amount of net erosion from the HDR during 1992-2013approximately accounted for 7.2% of total sediment load in the Yangtze River(5.02 billion metric tons at Datong). The evolution of the riverbed is trending towards stabilization even though the patterns of erosion and/or deposition in the HDR have dramatically changed in the last two decades. The part of the channel from the upper 100 km to Datong was found to be a sensitive reach that first showed erosion from 1992 to 2003 and showed deposition during 2003-2008, and then mild erosion during 2008-2013in response to environmental changes. 14The Algorithm of Chemical Species Analysis for Ab Intio Molecular Dynamics Simulations and Its Application显示文摘In ab initio molecular dynamics(AIMD)simulations of chemical reactions,it is important but difficult to identify the chemical species in the trajectory automatically and quickly.In this paper,based on the chemical graph theory,an algorithm for molecular species identification,according to the molecular coordinates and empirical bond length database,is presented.As an example,the chemical species in condensed glycine at room temperature are investigated with our algorithm in detail.The chemical species,including canonical and zwitterionic glycine,their protonated and de-protonated states,and the free protons,are all identified,counted and recorded correctly.Potential applications and further development of the algorithm are also discussed.Zhiyi Han Yugai Huang Xiaoqiang Xie Ying Mei Bin Gu 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,6:0

17The Topology Sampling of H2SO4·NH3 with Meta-Dynamics Method显示文摘The configurations of molecular clusters have significant impacts on their growth into fine particles in atmosphere.In this paper,we explore the topology space of the structure of H2SO4·NH3 dimer with a novel sampling technique of meta-dynamics(MTD)method and ab initio molecular dynamics simulations.The simulations are carried out at the temperatures of both 50 K and 242 K,which represent the typical high and low latitudes of troposphere.The results show that,compared with only traditional MD simulations,the structure samplings are significantly accelerated with MTD method.Therefore,more isomers of the dimer are discovered within the same simulation time scale.In addition,the results show that MTD is more efficient for circumstances with high temperature.Yugai Huang Yu Shang Wenqing Li Jiajing He Hairong Zhou Bin Gu 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,8:0
18The Stability of Anionic States of Thymine-Glycine Dimers with Excess Electron显示文摘It has been demonstrated that low energy electrons(LEEs)can induce serious DNA damages including bases loss and even single and double strand breaks.Experiments also showed that LEE induced DNA damages will be reduced with the presence of amino acids.For understanding of the protection of amino acids to DNA,the stability of 6 kinds of thymine and glycine(T-g)dimers with planar configurations with an excess electron were studied with density functional theory(DFT)method.The results show that,when the excess electron is vertically attached,all the dimers become more active with higher energy.After re-optimization,4 kinds(66.7%)of T-g dimers become more stable than the corresponding neutral states.For the most stable anionic dimer noted as[34-A]-,the excess electron is localized on the thymine,while one proton transfers from glycine to thymine.The proton transformation decreases the activities and prevents further reactions of the excess electron.For other three dimers,there is no chemical topology change.The glycine attracts the excess electron with hydrogen-bonding to the thymine.Yugai Huang 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,12:0
