| 1 | Theory and techniques of data mining in CGF behavior modeling显示文摘For the large quantity of data,rules and models generated in the course of computer generated forces (CGFs) behavior modeling,the common analytical methods are statistical methods based on the tactical rules,tactical doctrine and empirical knowledge.However,from the viewpoint of data mining,we can find many of these analytical methods are also each-and-every different data mining methods.In this paper,we survey the data mining theory and techniques that have appeared in the course of CGF behavior modeling from the viewpoint of data mining.Further,we redefine and reclassify these theories and techniques according to the research requirements of data mining (the knowledge structure of data mining).We aim to help the CGF investigators to learn the key points and the research methods of the data intelligent processing in the CGF behavior modeling,and thus we can provide the references for the colleagues who are engaged in the research and practice of the CGF behavior modeling by this article.We also introduce our ongoing work on the CGF behavior modeling based on data mining. | YIN YunFei GONG GuangHong HAN Liang | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,4: | 4 |

| 3 | DNA sequencing technology based on nanopore sensors by theoretical calculations and simulations显示文摘DNA sequencing based on nanopore sensors is a promising tool for third-generation sequencing technology because of its special properties,such as revolutionized speed and low cost.With about two decades of nanopore technology development,the pioneering work has demonstrated the ability of nanopores to perform single-molecule detection and DNA sequencing.However,the microscopic mechanisms of DNA transport dynamics through nanopores remain largely unknown.Currently,DNA microscopic transport in a nanopore is difficult to characterize and several unexpected experimental observations are equivocal.This limitation can be resolved using theoretical calculations and simulations.These computational methods can monitor the entire dynamic process that DNA undergoes in solution at a single-atom resolution that can accurately unveil the mystery of DNA transport dynamics and predict certain unexpected phenomena.This paper mainly reports the recent applications of computational and simulation methods applied to the study of DNA transport through both biological and synthetic nanopores.We hope the theoretical calculations and simulations of DNA transport through nanopores can benefit the design of DNA sequencing devices. | Wei Si Yin Zhang Gensheng Wu Jingjie Sha Lei Liu Yunfei Chen | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35: | 3 |
| 4 | A Generalized Acceleration and Deceleration Approach for Continuous Small Line Blocks with Look-ahead显示文摘Generally complex 3D contours are divided into a lot of continuous small line blocks by CAD/CAM software. | 5 | Predicting the grades of Astragali radix using mass spectrometrybased metabolomics and machine learning显示文摘Astragali radix(AR,the dried root of Astragalus)is a popular herbal remedy in both China and the United States.The commercially available AR is commonly classified into premium graded(PG)and ungraded(UG)ones only according to the appearance.To uncover novel sensitive and specific markers for AR grading,we took the integrated mass spectrometry-based untargeted and targeted metabolomics approaches to characterize chemical features of PG and UG samples in a discovery set(n=16 batches).A series of five differential compounds were screened out by univariate statistical analysis,including arginine,calycosin,ononin,formononetin,and astragalosideⅣ,most of which were observed to be accumulated in PG samples except for astragalosideⅣ.Then,we performed machine learning on the quantification data of five compounds and constructed a logistic regression prediction model.Finally,the external validation in an independent validation set of AR(n=20 batches)verified that the five compounds,as well as the model,had strong capability to distinguish the two grades of AR,with the prediction accuracy>90%.Our findings present a panel of meaningful candidate markers that would significantly catalyze the innovation in AR grading. | Xinyue Yu Jingxue Nai Huimin Guo Xuping Yang Xiaoying Deng Xia Yuan Yunfei Hua Yuan Tian Fengguo Xu Zunjian Zhang Yin Huang | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,5: | 2 |

| 10 | Effect of radial heat conduction on effective thermal conductivity of carbon nanotube bundles显示文摘The effect of the radial heat conduction on the effective thermal conductivity of carbon nanotube(CNT) bundles is studied by the nonequilibrium molecular dynamics(NEMD) method. The hexagonal CNT bundle consists of seven(10, 10) single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs). The radial heat conduction is induced by creating the vacancy defects in some segments of the constituent CNTs. Combined with the temperature differences and the inter-tube thermal resistances at the different segments,the radial heat flow in the CNT bundle is calculated.
