1Modal identification based on Hilbert-Huang Transform of structural response with S VD preprocessing显示文摘In recent years, Empirical mode decompositionand Hilbert spectral analysis have been combined to identifysystem parameters. Singular-Value Decomposition is proposedas a signal preprocessing technique of Hilbert-HuangTransform to extract modal parameters for closely spacedmodes and low-energy components. The proposed methodis applied to a simulated airplane model built in AutomaticDynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems software. 2One-Pot Synthesis of Hierarchically Nanoporous SSZ-13 for Conversion of Methanol to Olefins显示文摘The main disadvantage of microporous SSZ-13 catalyst used in the methanol to olefins(MTO) process is its rapid deactivation due to its relatively low coke resistance. Meanwhile, the hierarchical zeolites usually exhibit improved catalytic stability thanks to their better mass transfer ability. Herein, the hierarchically nanoporous SSZ-13 zeolites were one-pot synthesized by using N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantanammonium hydroxide as a microporous structure directing agent and C_(18)H_(37) N^+(CH_3)_2 C_6H_(12) N^+(CH_3)_2 C_6 H_(13)(Br^-)_2(hereinafter abbreviated as C_(18-6-6) Br_2) as a mesoporogen. The hierarchically nanoporous SSZ-13 catalyst was characterized by XRD, N_2 physisorption, SEM, TEM, TG-DTG, ^(27) Al and ^(29) SiNMR spectroscopy and NH_3-TPD techniques. The results showed that the hierarchical SSZ-13 zeolite synthesized in the presence of the C_(18-6-6) Br_2 surfactant exhibits aggregates of primary nanocrystals and contains the well-developed mesopores and excellent acidity. Compared to its conventional counterpart, the hierarchical SSZ-13 zeolite has longer catalytic lifetime and higher selectivity for ethylene and propylene in the MTO reaction, which can be attributed to the synergistic effect of their good acidity and improved diffusion properties resulted from the hierarchical pore structure.Li Yuping Wang Yanyue Zhang Yi Liu Rui Li Xiaofeng Dou Tao 2017China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2017,19,3:2

6Single-cell transcriptome atlas reveals spatiotemporal developmental trajectories in the basal roots of moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis)显示文摘Roots are essential for plant growth and development.Bamboo is a large Poaceae perennial with 1642 species worldwide.However,little is known about the transcriptional atlas that underpins root cell-type differentiation.Here,we set up a modified protocol for protoplast preparation and report single-cell transcriptomes of 14279 filtered single cells derived from the basal root tips of moso bamboo.We identified four cell types and defined new cell-type-specific marker genes for the basal root.We reconstructed the developmental trajectories of the root cap,epidermis,and ground tissues and elucidated critical factors regulating cell fate determination.According to in situ hybridization and pseudotime trajectory analysis,the root cap and epidermis originated from a common initial cell lineage,revealing the particularity of bamboo basal root development.We further identified key regulatory factors for the differentiation of these cells and indicated divergent root developmental pathways between moso bamboo and rice.Additionally,PheWOX13a and PheWOX13b ectopically expressed in Arabidopsis inhibited primary root and lateral root growth and regulated the growth and development of the root cap,which was different from WOX13 orthologs in Arabidopsis.Taken together,our results offer an important resource for investigating the mechanism of root cell differentiation and root system architecture in perennial woody species of Bambusoideae.Zhanchao Cheng Changhong Mu Xiangyu Li Wenlong Cheng Miaomiao Cai Chongyang Wu Jutang Jiang Hui Fang Yucong Bai Huifang Zheng Ruiman Geng Junlei Xu Yali Xie Yuping Dou Juan Li Shaohua Mu Jian Gao 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,8:0
7Synthesis, characterization and catalytic properties of mesoporous MCM-48 containing zeolite secondary building units显示文摘Mesoporous aluminosilicate MCM-48 containing zeolite secondary building units in the pore wall has been synthesized in alkaline media with a two-step procedure.The aluminosilicate precursors comprising zeolite secondary building units were first synthesized by carefully controlling reaction conditions and then were assembled using co-templates of gemini surfactant[C18H37N(CH3)2(CH2)3-N(CH3)2C18H37]2+(18-3-18)and triethanolamine(TEA).X-ray Diffraction(XRD)patterns of the as-made samples indicated that highly ordered mesostructured MCM-48 was formed.Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)images further verified the formation of MCM-48 with uniform cubic pore channel system having the pore opening diameter of about 25Å.Compared with the conventionally synthesized MCM-48,the as-synthesized MCM-48 sample showed an adsorption band at 520–600 cm-1 in its FT-IR spectrum,which was assigned to five-membered ring vibration from zeolite structure.This suggested the presence of zeolite building units in the pore wall.N2 adsorption data showed that the material had a much higher specific surface area(1200 m2/g)than the conventional MCM-48(1100 m2/g).Finally,the cat-alytic performance of the as-made MCM-48 was evaluated by hydrogenation dealkylation reaction of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons.Catalytic results showed that the as-made MCM-48 catalyst exhibited higher conversion than the con-ventional MCM-48 catalyst.The as-made mesostructured MCM-48 may have a potential catalytic application in the conversion of bulky molecules.LI Qiang DOU Tao ZHANG Ying LI Yuping WANG Shan SUN Famin 2007Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2007,1,1:0
