1Isoflavones’effects on pharmacokinetic profiles of main iridoids from Gardeniae Fructus in rats显示文摘Gardeniae Fructus(GF)and Semen Sojae Praeparatum(SSP)are both medicine food homologies and widely used in Chinese clinical prescriptions together.The research investigated the pharmacokinetics of four iridoids in normal rats and isolfavones-fed rats,which were administered with isolfavones from SSP for 7,14,21 and 28 consecutive days.A validated LC-MS/MS method was developed for determining shanzhiside,genipin-1-gentiobioside,geniposide and their metabolite genipin in rat plasma.Plasma samples were pretreated by solid-phase extraction using paeoniflorin as the internal standard.The chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters Atlantis T3(4.6 mm×150 mm,3 mm)column using a gradient mobile phase consisting of acetonitril and water(containing 0.06%acetic acid).The mass detection was under the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode via polarity switching between negative and positive ionization modes.The calibration curves exhibited good linearity(r>0.997)for all components.The lower limit of quantitation was in the range of 1 e10 ng/m L.The intra-day and inter-day precisions(RSD)at three different levels were both less than 12.2%and the accuracies(RE)ranged fromà10.1%to 16.4%.The extraction recovery of them ranged from 53.8%to 99.7%.Pharmacokinetic results indicated the bioavailability of three iridoid glycosides and the metabolite,genipin in normal rats was higher than that in rats exposed to isoflavones.With the longer time of administration of isoflavones,plasma concentrations of iridoids decreased,while genipin sulfate,the phase II metabolite of genposide and genipin-1-gentiobioside,appeared the rising exposure.The pharmacokinetic profiles of main iridoids from GF were altered by isoflavones.Ruirui Chang Jialin Liu Yusha Luo Taohong Huang Qiang Li Jun Wen Weidong Chen Tingting Zhou 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,6:2
2Development of a high-density SSR genetic linkage map in sweet potato显示文摘Simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers have been proved to be a very powerful tool for quantitative trait locus(QTL) mapping, marker-assisted selection and comparative genomics research in many crop species. However, a high-density SSR genetic linkage map is still lacking because there are only a few SSR markers available in sweet potato. In this study, a total of 2545 simple sequence repeat(SSR) primer pairs, including 1215 genomic SSR(gSSR) primer pairs and 1330 BES-SSR(bSSR) primer pairs designed from the genome sequence and BAC-end sequence of sweet potato, respectively, were screened with sweet potato cultivars Luoxushu 8 and Zhengshu 20 and their randomly sampled two F1 individuals and 571 of them generated polymorphic bands. The selected 571 polymorphic SSR primer pairs and 35 EST-based SSR(eSSR) primer pairs developed at our laboratory were used to genotype 240 F1 individuals derived from a cross between Luoxushu 8 and Zhengshu 20. A double pseudo-test-cross strategy was applied for linkage analysis. The Luoxushu 8 map included 90 linkage groups with 5057 SSR markers and covered 13,299.9 cM with a marker density of 2.6 cM, and the Zhengshu 20 map contained 90 linkage groups with 3009 SSR markers and covered 11,122.9 cM with a marker density of 3.7 cM. Fifteen homologous groups were identified in both parent maps. 6Three-dimensional,isotropic imaging of mouse brain using multi-view deconvolution light sheet microscopy显示文摘We present a threedimensional(3D)isotropic imaging of mouse brain using light-sheet fuo-rescent microscopy(LSFM)in conjumction with a multi-view imaging computation.Unlike common single view LSFM is used for mouse brain imaging,the brain tissue is 3D imaged under eight views in our study,by a home-built selective plane ilumination microscopy(SPIM).An output image containing complete structural infornation as well as significantly improved res olution(~4 times)are then computed based on these eight views of data,using a bead-guided multi-view registration and deconvolution.With superior imaging quality,the astrocyte and pyrarmidal neurons together with their subcellular nerve fbers can be clearly visualized and segmented.With further incuding other computational methods,this study can be potentially scaled up to map the conectome of whole mouse brain with a simple light.sheet microscope.Sa Liu Jun Nie Yusha Li Tingting Yu Dan Zhu Peng Fei 2017Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2017,,5:0

8Influencing factors and mechanism of iodine-induced stress corrosion cracking of zirconium alloy cladding:A review显示文摘Failure of the zirconium alloy claddings due to iodine-induced stress corrosion cracking(I-SCC)will increase the risk of fission product leakage.The progress of I-SCC has been comprehensively investigated in a massive amount of published literature.For a comprehensive understanding of I-SCC,this review focuses on summarizing the mechanisms and influencing factors of I-SCC.Results show that micropits are formed on the surface of zirconium alloys due to the reaction between iodine and zirconium,and then small pits gradually gather to form pit clusters.Cracks are easily generated in pit clusters and propagate along the grain boundary.After reaching a particular condition,the crack will transform into transgranular direction propagation.As the crack develops,it finally becomes a ductile fracture.We also summarize various factors that may affect I-SCC.The specific cracking conditions are linked to elements,such as iodine concentration,temperature,microstructure,and alloying elements.Nonetheless,the improvement of the I-SCC resistance of zirconium alloys needs to be further explored.More attention can be paid to material properties,such as alloying elements,microstructure,and surface treatment,to improve the I-SCC resistance of zirconium alloys.Yusha Li Changchun Ge Yanhong Liu Guangbin Li Xiaoxu Dong Zongxing Gu Yingchun Zhang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,4:0
9UAV Autonomous Navigation for Wireless Powered Data Collection with Onboard Deep Q-Network显示文摘In a rechargeable wireless sensor network,utilizing the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)as a mobile base station(BS)to charge sensors and collect data effectively prolongs the network’s lifetime.In this paper,we jointly optimize the UAV’s flight trajectory and the sensor selection and operation modes to maximize the average data traffic of all sensors within a wireless sensor network(WSN)during finite UAV’s flight time,while ensuring the energy required for each sensor by wireless power transfer(WPT).We consider a practical scenario,where the UAV has no prior knowledge of sensor locations.The UAV performs autonomous navigation based on the status information obtained within the coverage area,which is modeled as a Markov decision process(MDP).The deep Q-network(DQN)is employed to execute the navigation based on the UAV position,the battery level state,channel conditions and current data traffic of sensors within the UAV’s coverage area.Our simulation results demonstrate that the DQN algorithm significantly improves the network performance in terms of the average data traffic and trajectory design.LI Yuting DING Yi GAO Jiangchuan LIU Yusha HU Jie YANG Kun 2023ZTE Communications2023,21,2:0
