13-D geologic architecture of Xiong'an New Area: Constraints from seismic reflection data显示文摘Studying the geologic architecture of the Xiong'an New Area will provide important basis for the evaluation of crustal stability, urban planning and infrastructural projects in this region, and it is also of great significance in exploring the occurrence of oil and gas, geothermal, hot dry rock and other resources. The stratigraphic system of the study area is established by using latest high quality seismic reflection and deep borehole data. Characteristics of the major faults developed in the study area are finely depicted with the method of structural analysis. Tectonic evolution of Xiong'an and adjacent areas is reconstructed by using balanced geological cross-section technique. The tectonic activity of the study area is discussed on the basis of the development of secondary faults and the distribution of active earthquakes across the region. This study demonstrates that Xiong'an New Area is located at the transfer zone of the central and northern Jizhong Depression. There are three regional unconformities developed in this area, by which four structural layers are sub-divided. Controlled by the Taihang Mountain piedmont fault, the Daxing fault, the Rongcheng fault and the Niudong fault, the structural framework of the study area is characterized by intervening highs with sags. This structural pattern has an important controlling over the reservoir characteristics, hydrocarbon accumulation and the distribution of geothermal resources and hot dry rock within this region. Rifting in this area began in the early Paleogene, exhibiting typical episodic character and became inactive in Neogene. 2High detectivity photodetectors based on perovskite nanowires with suppressed surface defects显示文摘Solution-processable,single-crystalline perovskite nanowires are ideal candidates for developing low-cost photodetectors,but their detectivities are limited due to a high level of unintentional defects.Through the surfaceinitiated solution-growth method,we fabricated high-quality,single-crystalline,defects-suppressed MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which possess atomically smooth side surfaces with a surface roughness of 0.27 nm,corresponding to a carrier lifetime of 112.9 ns.By forming ohmic MAPbI_(3)∕Au contacts through the dry contact method,highperformance metal–semiconductor–metal photodetectors have been demonstrated with a record large linear dynamic range of 157 dB along with a record high detectivity of 1.2×10^(14) Jones at an illumination power density of 5.5 nW∕cm^(2).Such superior photodetector performance metrics are attributed to,first,the defects-suppressed property of the as-grown MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which leads to a quite low noise current in the dark,and second,the ohmic contact between MAPbI_(3) and Au interfaces,which gives rise to an improved responsivity compared with the Schottky contact counterpart.The realized high-performance MAPbI_(3) nanowire photodetector advances the development of low-cost photodetectors and has potential applications in weak-signal photodetection.GUOHUI LI RUI GAO YUE HAN AIPING ZHAI YUCHENG LIU YUE TIAN BINING TIAN YUYING HAO SHENGZHONG LIU YUCHENG WU YANXIA CUI 2020Photonics Research2020,8,12:4

4Passivation of degradation path enables high performance perovskite nanoplatelet lasers with high operational stability显示文摘MAPbI_(3)perovskite has attracted widespread interests for developing low-cost near infrared semiconductor gain media.However,it faces the instability issue under operation conditions,which remains a critical challenge.It is found that the instability of the MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser comes from the thermal-induced degradation progressing from the surface defects towards neighboring regions.By using PbI_(2) passivation,the defect-initiated degradation is significantly suppressed and the nanoplatelet degrades in a layer-by-layer way,enabling the MAPbI_(3)laser to sustain for 4500 s(2.7×10^(7) pulses),which is nearly three times longer than that of the nanoplatelet laser without passivation.Meanwhile,the PbI_(2) passivated MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser with the nanoplatelet cavity displays a maximum quality factor up to∼7800,the highest reported for all MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet cavities.Furthermore,a high stability MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser that can last for 8500 s(5.1×10^(7) pulses)is demonstrated based on a dual passivation strategy,by retarding the defect-initiated degradation and surface-initiated degradation simultaneously.This work provides in-depth insights for understanding the operating degradation of perovskite lasers,and the dual passivation strategy paves the way for developing high stability near infrared semiconductor laser media.GUOHUI LI HUIHUI PI YANFU WEI BOLIN ZHOU YA GAO RONG WEN YUYING HAO HAN ZHANG BENG S.ONG YANXIA CUI 2022Photonics Research2022,10,6:2

7In-situ formation of Al-CaB_6 composites with low resistivity显示文摘In this work, in-situ CaB6 reinforced aluminum matrix composites were fabricated, and the microstructure, resistivity, microhardness and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of Al-CaB6 composites were studied. It is found that CaB6 compounds can be formed by reducing reaction occurred in the Al melt: . CaB6 exhibits a hexahedron morphology and distributes uniformly in the Al alloy matrix. The resistivity of Al-CaB6 composites is 3.02*10-8 Ω·m, which is close to that of pure Al and lower than that of 6063Al/Ga composites. The average microhardness of Al-CaB6 composites can reach 1270 MPa, 259.8% higher than that of pure Al. 8Temperature field model in surface grinding: a comparative assessment显示文摘Grinding is a crucial process in machining workpieces because it plays a vital role in achieving the desired precision and surface quality.However,a significant technical challenge in grinding is the potential increase in temperature due to high specific energy,which can lead to surface thermal damage.Therefore,ensuring control over the surface integrity of workpieces during grinding becomes a critical concern.This necessitates the development of temperature field models that consider various parameters,such as workpiece materials,grinding wheels,grinding parameters,cooling methods,and media,to guide industrial production.This study thoroughly analyzes and summarizes grinding temperature field models.First,the theory of the grinding temperature field is investigated,classifying it into traditional models based on a continuous belt heat source and those based on a discrete heat source,depending on whether the heat source is uniform and continuous.Through this examination,a more accurate grinding temperature model that closely aligns with practical grinding conditions is derived.Subsequently,various grinding thermal models are summarized,including models for the heat source distribution,energy distribution proportional coefficient,and convective heat transfer coefficient.Through comprehensive research,the most widely recognized,utilized,and accurate model for each category is identified.The application of these grinding thermal models is reviewed,shedding light on the governing laws that dictate the influence of the heat source distribution,heat distribution,and convective heat transfer in the grinding arc zone on the grinding temperature field.Finally,considering the current issues in the field of grinding temperature,potential future research directions are proposed.The aim of this study is to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for predicting workpiece temperature and improving surface integrity.Min Yang Ming Kong Changhe Li Yunze Long Yanbin Zhang Shubham Sharma Runze Li Teng Gao Mingzheng Liu Xin Cui Xiaoming Wang Xiao Ma Yuying Yang 2023International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,4:1

14Behavioral problems and related factors in children of different aged patients with schizophrenia: A cross-sectional study显示文摘BACKGROUND:With the age growing,changes of behavioral problems in children whose parents had schizophrenia,differences of related factors and ways for particular intervention should be further studied. OBJECTIVE:To survey the behavioral problems in children of different aged patients with chizophrenia and investigate the correlation between behavioral problems and related factors in different aged groups. DESIGN:Cross-sectional study. SETTING:Shandong Mental Health Center. PARTICIPANTS:A total of 364 patients with schizophrenia were selected from eleven psychiatric hospitals from June 1999 to June 2000. There were 179 males and 185 females,and their ages ranged from 28 to 45 years. All patients met modified diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia(the second edition),China Classification of Mental Diseases and Diagnostic Criteria. Meanwhile,children of the 364 patients were grouped based on their ages,including 6-11 years old group [n =217;114 males and 103 females;mean age of(9±2) years] and 12-16 years old group [n =147;99 males and 48 females;mean age of(14± 1) years]. The Chinese norms of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List were regarded as the normal control group. METHODS:Children who received self-made mental health related factors inventory and Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List were involved in this study. All children and their parents provided the confirmed consent. Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List was used for parents to mainly evaluate children,and the results manifested various behavioral problems based on different sexes and different ages. Self-made mental health related factors inventory contained questionnaires for parents and children,respectively. In this study,home situation of parents as well as personality characteristics and educational styles of children were mainly evaluated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:① Scores of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List in different aged children;② Scores of self-made mental health related factors inventory based on different home situations and educational styles. RESULTS:Children of 364 patients were involved in the final analysis. ① There were no significant differences in total score of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List and sex in the two groups(P > 0.05). There were significant differences in schizoid,body recount,aggression,depression,hyperactivity,violating discipline,compulsion and total abnormal rate of boys between the 6-11 years old group and the normal control group(P < 0.05-0.01). In addition,there were also significant differences in poor communication,depression,hyperactivity,violating discipline,compulsion and total abnormal rate of girls between the 6-11 years old group and the normal control group(P < 0.05-0.01). ② As compared with normal control group,scores of home environment in the two aged groups demonstrated that educational level was low;interpersonal relationship was poor;relation to children was not closed;relationship between husband and wife was not harmonious;positive rate of family history was high;economic status was poor;family atmosphere was poor. Therefore,there was significant difference(P < 0.01). Educational level in parental generation and single parent family in the 6-11 years old group were higher than that in the 12-16 years old group,with significant difference(P < 0.05). As compared with the normal control group,results of education demonstrated that children in the two aged groups had poor communication with other children;they had poor behaviors in schools;most of them were boarded and had poor relationship with their parents;teaching styles for children were different. CONCLUSION:All children of different aged patients with schizophrenia had poor home environment and education;and they were often affected by other factors. Behavioral problems were changed with the age growing;in addition,these changes were related to home environment,education and society. 15Microstructural Characterization and Mechanical Properties of VB_2/A390 Composite Alloy显示文摘In this work, we make the best use of the vanadium element; a series of Al–V–B alloys and VB2/A390 composite alloys were fabricated. For Al–10V–6B alloy, the grain size of VB2 can be controlled within about 1 μm and is distributed uniformly in the Al matrix. Further, it can be found that VB2 promises to be a useful reinforcement particle for piston alloy. The addition of VB2 can improve the mechanical properties of the A390 composite alloys significantly. The results show that with 1% VB2 addition, A390 composite alloy exhibits the best performance. Compared with the A390 alloy, the coefficient of thermal expansion is 13.2 × 10-6K-1, which decreased by 12.6%; the average Brinell hardness can reach 156.5 HB, wear weight loss decreased by 28.9% and ultimate tensile strength at 25 °C(UTS25 °C) can reach 355 MPa, which increased by 36.5%.Xiaoli Cui Yuying Wu Xiangfa Liu 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,10:0

17Porous heterostructure of graphene/hexagonal boron nitride as an efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen peroxide generation显示文摘Compared with the traditional heteroatom doping,employing heterostructure is a new modulating approach for carbon-based electrocatalysts.Herein,a facile ball milling-assisted route is proposed to synthesize porous carbon materials composed of abundant graphene/hexagonal boron nitride(G/h-BN)heterostructures.Metal Ni powder and nanoscale h-BN sheets are used as a catalytic substrate/hard template and“nucleation seed”for the formation of the heterostructure,respectively.As-prepared G/h-BN heterostructures exhibit enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward H_(2)O_(2) generation with 86%-95%selectivity at the range of 0.45-0.75 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and a positive onset potential of 0.79 versus RHE(defined at a ring current density of 0.3 mA cm^(-2))in the alkaline solution.In a flow cell,G/h-BN heterostructured electrocatalyst has a H_(2)O_(2) production rate of up to 762 mmol g_(catalyst)^(-1) h^(-1) and Faradaic efficiency of over 75%during 12 h testing,superior to the reported carbon-based electrocatalysts.The density functional theory simulation suggests that the B atoms at the interface of the G/h-BN heterostructure are the key active sites.This research provides a new route to activate carbon catalysts toward highly active and selective O_(2)-to-H_(2)O_(2) conversion.Mengmeng Fan Zeming Wang Yuying Zhao Qixin Yuan Jian Cui Jithu Raj Kang Sun Ao Wang Jingjie Wu Hao Sun Bei Li Liang Wang Jianchun Jiang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,5:0

20Recent development in selective Tau tracers for PET imaging in the brain显示文摘Abnormal Tau deposition is a crucial pathological hallmark of various neurodegenerative disorders defined as tauopathies,of which Alzheimer’s disease is the most prominent one.To date,a large number of chemical entities with different structures have been developed as Tau imaging tracers for the early diagnosis of tauopathies.Several of them with excellent bio-properties are currently being assessed in clinical trials,and more recently,the Tauvid^(TM)([^(18)F]Flortaucipir,also known as[^(18)F]AV1451 or[^(18)F]T807)as the first Tau tracer was approved by the U.S.Food and Drug Administration in 2020.This review summarized the latest development of Tau tracers and analyzed their chemical structures,with particular attention to the effects of chemical structures on biological properties.In addition,we also discuss the limitations of current Tau imaging tracers,issues that need attention in the development of new tracers,and possible future directions.Yuying Li Tianqing Liu Mengchao Cui 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7:0
