3Low-affinity SPL binding sites contribute to subgenome expression divergence in allohexaploid wheat显示文摘Expression divergence caused by genetic variation and crosstalks among subgenomes of the allohexaploid bread wheat(Triticum aestivum.L.,BBAADD)is hypothesized to increase its adaptability and/or plasticity.However,the molecular basis of expression divergence remains unclear.Squamosa promoter-binding protein-like(SPL)transcription factors are critical for a wide array of biological processes.In this study,we constructed expression regulatory networks by combining DAP-seq for 40 SPLs,ATACseq,and RNA-seq.Our findings indicate that a group of low-affinity SPL binding regions(SBRs)were targeted by diverse SPLs and caused different sequence preferences around the core GTAC motif.The SBRs including the low-affinity ones are evolutionarily conserved,enriched GWAS signals related to important agricultural traits.However,those SBRs are highly diversified among the cis-regulatory regions(CREs)of syntenic genes,with less than 8%SBRs coexisting in triad genes,suggesting that CRE variations are critical for subgenome differentiations.Knocking out of Ta SPL7A/B/D and Ta SPL15A/B/D subfamily further proved that both high-and low-affinity SBRs played critical roles in the differential expression of genes regulating tiller number and spike sizes.Our results have provided baseline data for downstream networks of SPLs and wheat improvements and revealed that CRE variations are critical sources for subgenome divergence in the allohexaploid wheat.Hongcui Pei Wan Teng Lifeng Gao Hengbin Gao Xueni Ren Yanhong Liu Jizeng Jia Yiping Tong Yonghong Wang Zefu Lu 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,4:1

5Regulation of immune-related diseases by multiple factors: a meeting report of 2017 International Workshop of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Initiative for Innovative Medicine on Tumor Immunology显示文摘Immune cells play key roles in cancer and chronic inflammatory disease. A better understanding of the mechanisms and risks will help develop novel target therapies. At the 2017 International Workshop of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Initiative for Innovative Medicine on Tumor Immunology held in Beijing, China, on May 12, 2017, a number of speakers reported new findings and ongoing studies on immune-related diseases such as cancer, fibrotic disease, diabetes, and others. A considerably insightful overview was provided on cancer immunity, tumor microenvironments,and new immunotherapy for cancer. In addition, chronic inflammatory diseases were discussed. 11腺病毒编码人TRP2修饰DC诱发抗小鼠黑色素瘤免疫的研究显示文摘目的比较腺病毒载体(Ad)介导人和小鼠酪氨酸酶相关蛋白2(tyrosinase-relatedpro-tein2,TRP2)修饰小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞(BM-DC)诱发抗小鼠黑色素瘤免疫的差异。方法Ad编码人或小鼠TRP2(AdhTRP2或AdmTRP2)体外感染小鼠BM-DC并体内皮下免疫C57BL/6小鼠,7d后取出被免疫小鼠脾细胞行体内细胞毒性T淋巴细胞杀伤试验(invivoCTL)和细胞内IFN-γ染色(ICS)分析CTL的杀伤活性和IFN-γ的产生;或给免疫后小鼠皮下接种小鼠B16.F10黑色素瘤细胞,观察荷瘤小鼠的成活情况。结果invivoCTL和ICS分析显示,AdhTRP2/BM-DC免疫小鼠,其6hCTL杀伤率为(98.7±1.2)%,IFN-γ产生的CD8+T细胞占总CD8+T细胞的(1.25±0.21)%;而AdmTRP2/BM-DC免疫的小鼠,其6hCTL杀伤率和产生IFN-γ的CD8+T细胞比例分别为(28.6±6.3)%和(0.24±0.06)%。荷瘤试验表明,AdhTRP2/BM-DC免疫小鼠后1周皮下接种106B16.F10细胞,观察3个月100%的小鼠无瘤生长;而接种5×104B16.F10细胞至AdmTRP2/BM-DC免疫1周的小鼠,3个月后小鼠成活率仅为40%。结论Ad介导异种(人)TRP2较自身(小鼠)TRP2修饰的BM-DC更为有效地打破肿瘤免疫耐受、诱导强烈的抗黑色素瘤免疫反应,是一种高效的以DC为基础的肿瘤疫苗。谭晓华 Wan Yonghong 2005中华微生物学和免疫学杂志2005,25,12:0
12A novel photoluminescent and photochromic europium complex显示文摘A ternary europium complex of 4-aminobutyric acid (ABA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) [Eu2(ABA)4 (phen)4](phen)4(ClO4)6 was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The result shows that 4-aminobutyric acid exists in zwitterion form in the binu-clear complex and that the carboxylates coordinate with Eu3+ ion in bidentate bridging and tridentate chelating-bridging modes. There are two types of phen molecules, one is coordinated and the other is uncoordinated. When excited by YAG: Nd laser with 355 nm light, the title complex can emit strong red fluorescence, and its high-resolution emission spectrum was recorded at 77 K. The Eu3+ ion site is in low symmetry, which is in agreement with the result of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. When irradiated with a mercury lamp, the aqueous solution of the title complex can perform photochromism with the color change from colorless to green and the green color can fade away in the dark. 13Automatic Piano Music Transcription Using Audio-Visual Features显示文摘The performance of automatic music transcription seems to have reached a limit over the last decade,and a promising direction of improvements could be to incorporate music instruments' specific parameters. We propose a novel piano-specific transcription system, using both audio and visual features for the first time. Contribution of the paper mainly includes two parts: A new onset detection method is proposed using a specific spectrum envelope matched filter on multiple frequency bands. A computer-vision method is proposed to enhance audio-only piano music transcription, through tracking the positions of the pianist's hands on the piano keyboard. Based on the MIDI Aligned piano sounds(MAPS) database and a selfrecorded video database, we carried out comparable experiments for audio-only onset detection and overall system,respectively.
