| 1 | Efficient Protocols for the General Millionaires' Problem显示文摘Secure multiparty computation(SMC) is a research focusing in the international cryptographic community. The protocols used to address the millionaires' problem are the basic building blocks of most SMC protocols and their efficiency dominates that of many other SMC protocols. To the best of our knowledge, almost all protocols used to address the millionaires' problem are based on integers, which means that their applications are limited. In this study, we propose precise and efficient protocols for rational numbers based on additively homomorphic encryptions. One of our protocols is inspired by computational geometry and it reduces the millionaires' problem to computing the area of a triangle formed by three private points. This approach can determine whether the relationship between two private inputs is greater than, equal to or less than, and it has a much lower computational complexity compared with existing methods. We proved that these protocols are secure using simulation paradigm. | 3 | Clinical Observation on 34 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Shenlian Twelve Flavors显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to observe the curative effect of Shenlian Twelve Flavors in treating CAG patients with spleen deficiency and blood stasis toxin.[Methods]66 cases of CAG patients with spleen deficiency and blood stasis toxin were selected,32 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group were generated according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Moluodan;the observation group was treated with Shenlian Twelve Flavors.After treatment,the effective rate,TCM symptom score,gastroscopic score,pathological score,serum gastrin 17(G-17)level,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rates of control group and observation group were 84.37%and 91.18%,respectively,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).For the improvement of TCM symptom score,both groups were improved significantly compared with that before treatment,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).For the improvement of gastroscopic score,both groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).For the improvement of pathological scores,both groups were improved compared with that before treatment,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusions]Shenlian Twelve Flavors has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of CAG with spleen deficiency and blood stasis toxin.It could improve clinical symptoms,delay pathological progress,and regulate the level of G-17.There is no obvious adverse reaction,and it is worthy of clinical reference. | Jincheng WANG Sufang ZHOU Leiming MAO Jiao XU Chuang LIU | 2022 | Medicinal Plant2022,13,4: | 0 |
| 4 | Polynomial AND homomorphic cryptosystem and applications显示文摘Homomorphic cryptosystems are fundamental and highly effective cryptographic primitives for addressing security problems arising in information processing,data analysis and data applications,particularly in secure cloud computing and secure multiparty computation.To privately compute functions such as E(x1∧···∧xt),E(x1∨···∨xt)and E[(x11∧···∧xm1)∨···∨(x1 n∧···∧xmn)](m disjunctive normal form(mD NF))on E(x1),...,E(xt)and E(x11),...,E(xmn)without knowing the decryption key,Boolean homomorphic cryptosystems are necessary.Exploring new homomorphic cryptosystems to solve these problems is appealing,and is of high theoretical and practical significance.To solve problems such as these,we propose a polynomial AND homomorphic cryptosystem based on the ideal theory of abstract algebra;the scheme can be obtained from available multiplicatively homomorphic cryptosystems such as the El Gamal.We prove that the cryptosystem is semantically secure.This polynomial AND homomorphic cryptosystem is a highly effective tool for designing various cryptographic protocols.As examples,we demonstrate its applications to privately compute any DNF(i.e.,P(X1,...,Xm)=E[(x11∧···∧xm1)∨···∨(x1 n∧···∧xmn)]on ciphertexts E(xij)of xij without knowing the decryption key)and the intersection and union of certain private sets. | Shundong LI Sufang ZHOU Jiawei DOU Wenli WANG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,1: | 0 |
