| 1 | High-speed and high-efficiency three-dimensional shape measurement based on Gray-coded light显示文摘Fringe projection profilometry has been increasingly sought and applied in dynamic three dimensional(3D)shape measurement.In this work,a robust,high-efficiency 3D measurement based on Gray-coded light is proposed.Unlike the traditional method,a tripartite phase unwrapping method is proposed to avoid the jump errors on the boundary of code words,which are mainly caused by the defocusing of the projector and the motion of the tested object.Subsequently,the time overlapping coding strategy is presented to greatly increase the coding ef-ficiency,decreasing the projected number in each group from seven(i.e.,3+4)to four(i.e.,3+1)for one restored 3D frame.The combination of two proposed techniques allows the reconstruction of a pixel-wise and unambiguous 3D geometry of dynamic scenes with strong noise using every four projected patterns.To the best of our knowledge,the presented techniques for the first time preserve the high anti-noise ability of a method based on the Gray code while overcoming the drawbacks of jump errors and low coding efficiency.Experiments have demonstrated that the proposed method can achieve robust,high efficiency 3D shape measurement of high speed dynamic scenes even polluted by strong noise. | ZHOUJIE WU WENBO GUO YUEYANG LI YIHANG LIU QICAN ZHANG | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,6: | 17 |

| 3 | Neomycin biosynthesis is regulated positively by AfsA-g and NeoR in Streptomyces fradiae CGMCC 4.7387显示文摘Neomycins are a group of aminoglycoside antibiotics with both clinical and agricultural applications.To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of neomycin biosynthesis,we completed draft genome sequencing of a neomycin producer Streptomyces fradiae CGMCC 4.7387 from marine sediments,and the neomycin biosynthesis gene cluster was identified.Inactivation of the afsA-g gene encoding a γ-butyrolactone(GBL) synthase in S.fradiae CGMCC 4.7387 resulted in a significant decrease of neomycin production.Quantitative RT-PCR analysis revealed that the transcriptional level of neoR and the aphA-neoGH operon were reduced in the afsA-g::aac(3)Ⅳ mutant.Interestingly,a conserved binding site of AdpA,a key activator in the GBL regulatory cascade,was discovered upstream of neoR,a putative regulatory gene encoding a protein with an ATPase domain and a tetratricopeptide repeat domain.When neoR was inactivated,the neomycin production was reduced about 40%in comparison with the WT strain.Quantitative RT-PCR analysis revealed that the transcriptional levels of genes in the aphA-neoGH operon were reduced clearly in the neoR::aac(3)Ⅳ mutant.Finally,the titers of neomycin were improved considerably by overexpression of qfsA-gand neoR in S.fradiae CGMCC 4.7387. | Xiangxi Meng Wenzhao Wang Zhoujie Xie Pengwei Li Yue Li Zhengyan Guo Yingjian Lu Jie Yang Kaile Guan Zhaoxin Lu Huarong Tan Yihua Chen | 2017 | Science China(Life Sciences)2017,60,9: | 7 |

| 8 | Intensification of adsorption process by using the pyrolytic char from waste tires to remove chromium(Ⅵ) from wastewater显示文摘Pyrolysis has the potential of transforming waste into valuable recyclable products. Pyrolytic char(PC) is one of the most important products from the pyrolysis of used tires. One of the most significant applications for pyrolytic char recovered is used for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) in the wastewater effluent to control waste by waste. The surface chemistry properties of surface element distribution / concentration and chemical structure were examined for the pyrolytic char and the commercial activated carbon(CAC) respectively. The results showed that surfaces of PC possesses a large amount of ester and hydrocarbon graft, whereas there are mainly carbon functional components of C—OH, C O and COOH on the surface of CAC. Therefore the surface electronegativity of PC is lower than that of CAC in the water. The repulsive interactions between the surfaces of PC and the negatively charged Cr(Ⅵ) ion are weaker than that of CAC, which results in an intensification of the adsorption process by the utilization of PC. The adsorption isotherms of Cr(Ⅵ) ion on the two kinds of carbons were determined experimentally. The larger adsorption amount on the PC in the case of Cr(Ⅵ) may be attributed mainly to its special surface micro-chemical environment. The mechanism of the removal Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solution was assumed to be the integration of adsorption and redox reaction. The adsorption was the rate-controlled step for Cr(Ⅵ) removal. The adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) was identified as pseudo-second-order kinetics. | 9 | QUANTITATIVE STUDY ON THE EXPRESSION OF MMP1 AND TIMP1 IN NORMAL AND RADIATION-COMBINED WOUND HEALING AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE HEALING PROCESS显示文摘Aim: To study the expression of MMP1 and TIMP1 in normal and radiation-combined wound healing and their effects on the healing process. Materials and Methods: A rat model of radiation-combined wound healing was used, and routine light microscopy, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of MMP1 and TIMP1 during the healing process. Results: The wound healing process was impaired and delayed. In rats receiving 25Gy Gamma ray locally, the irradiated wounds healed 6 days later than non-irradiated controls. The following changes were found in the expression of MMP1 and TIMP1: (1) In the early inflammatory phase and in the period of granulation tissue formation, MMP1 expression was only slightly if at all affected in the newly-formed epidermis of irradiated wounds when compared with that in controls. Later, the epidermal expression of MMP1 in irradiated wounds was comparatively increased following the delayed healing process. 3 to 14 days after wounding, TIMP1 was weakly positive in proliferating keratinocytes of control group and became negative after epidermal covering, whereas no or only slight epidermal expression was detected in the irradiated group before epidermal covering. (2) The expression of MMP1 and TIMP1 in irradiated group was markedly decreased in fibroblasts, endotheliocytes and macrophages when compared to that in controls. The expression phase was prolonged due to the delayed healing process. Conclusions: It is concluded that the reduced expression of MMP1 and TIMP1 in granulation tissue retards such important processes as cell migration and angiogenesis, thus slowing the healing process. | 10 | Superfast and large-depth-range sinusoidal fringe generation for multi-dimensional information sensing显示文摘Among many multi-dimensional information sensing methods such as structured-light and single-pixel imaging technologies, sinusoidal fringe generation is general and crucial. Current methods of sinusoidal fringe generation force concessions in either the speed or the depth range. To mitigate this trade-off, we have simultaneously achieved both speed breakthrough and depth range enhancement by improving both the optical projection system and binary coding algorithm based on an off-the-shelf projector. Specifically, we propose a multifocal projection system and oblique projection method, which essentially eliminates the existence of a single focal plane in the conventional axisymmetric system and utilizes its anisotropy characteristics to achieve a superior filtering effect. Furthermore, the optimal pulse width modulation technique is introduced to modulate the square binary pattern for eliminating specific harmonics. To the best of our knowledge, the proposed method, for the first time,simultaneously achieved superfast(9524 frames per second) and large-depth-range(560 mm, about three times that of the conventional method) sinusoidal fringe generation with consistently high accuracy. In this paper, a robust algorithm is proposed for contour ex-traction and moving vehicle tracking. First, we establish a modified snake model and utilize the directional infor-mation of the edge map to guide the snaxels' behavior.Then an adaptive shape restriction is embedded into the algorithm to govern the scope of the snake's motion, and Kalman filter is employed to estimate spatio-temporal rela-tionship between successive frames. In addition~ multiple refinements are suggested to compensate for the snake's vulnerability to fake edges. All of them contribute to a ro-bust overall performance in contour extraction and vehicle tracking.
