2Engineered three-dimensional scaffolds for enhanced bone regeneration in osteonecrosis显示文摘Osteonecrosis,which is typically induced by trauma,glucocorticoid abuse,or alcoholism,is one of the most severe diseases in clinical orthopedics.Osteonecrosis often leads to joint destruction,and arthroplasty is eventually required.Enhancement of bone regeneration is a critical management strategy employed in osteonecrosis therapy.Bone tissue engineering based on engineered three-dimensional(3D)scaffolds with appropriate architecture and osteoconductive activity,alone or functionalized with bioactive factors,have been developed to enhance bone regeneration in osteonecrosis.In this review,we elaborate on the ideal properties of 3D scaffolds for enhanced bone regeneration in osteonecrosis,including biocompatibility,degradability,porosity,and mechanical performance.In addition,we summarize the development of 3D scaffolds alone or functionalized with bioactive factors for accelerating bone regeneration in osteonecrosis and discuss their prospects for translation to clinical practice.Tongtong Zhu Yutao Cui Mingran Zhang Duoyi Zhao Guangyao Liu Jianxun Ding 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,3:14
3A type of M^2 -transmitter N^2 -receiver MIMO radar array and 3D imaging theory显示文摘With two-dimensional synthetic apertures,a wideband radar array can realize 3D imaging of air targets,but this needs large numbers of antenna elements.Furthermore,when the transmitting frequency is very high,the interval of array elements makes it hard to fit the available space,which makes the imaging resolution worse.This paper proposes a type of M 2 -transmitter N 2 -receiver multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar,which is equivalent to a rectangular radar array with (M N) 2 T/R antenna elements based on phase center approximation theory,and which can realize the 3D imaging of air targets.Corresponding 3D imaging theory and MIMO inverse synthetic aperture radar (MIMO-ISAR) 3D imaging theory are also proposed in this paper,and two simulations are given to show their validity.ZHU YuTao SU Yi 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,10:13
4Corporate fraud and bank loans:Evidence from china显示文摘Receiving punishment from regulators for corporate fraud can affect financing contracts between a firm and its bank,as both the firm's credit risk and information risk increase after punishment By focusing on Chinese firms'borrowing behavior after events of corporate fraud,we find that firms'bank loans after punishment are not only significantly lower,but are also less than those for non-fraudulent firms.In addition,loan interest rates after punishment are not only higher than before,but also higher than those for their non-fraudulent counterparts.In addition,we find that corporate fraud indirectly destabilizes the'performance-bank loan'relationship.Our results suggest that corporate fraud negatively affects a firm's ability to source debt financing,which provides new evidence about the economic consequences of fraud.Yunsen Chen Song Zhu Yutao Wang 2011China Journal of Accounting Research2011,,3:12
5One-step wet-spinning assembly of twisting-structured graphene/carbon nanotube fiber supercapacitor显示文摘Graphene fiber-based supercapacitors hold great promise as flexible energy-storage devices. However, simultaneously achieving high ion-transport ability in electrode and electrolyte layer, which is crucial for realizing the high electrochemical performance, still remains challenging. Here, a facile and effective strategy to solve the problem was proposed by developing a twisting-structured graphene/carbon nanotube(CNT) fiber supercapacitor via one-step wet-spinning process with customized multi-channel spinneret.The remarkable structure features of the resulting fiber supercapacitor with wrinkled and thin electrolyte layer, and well-developed porosity of fiber electrode favored the rapid infiltration and transport of electrolyte ions inside the electrode, as well as between electrode and electrolyte, thus boosting high specific capacitance of 187.6 mF cm^(-2) and energy density of 30.2 μWh cm^(-2), and featuring long cycling life(93%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles) and excellent flexibility. 7Multi-channel radar array design method and algorithm显示文摘The array design of radar antenna is no more a new problem at all. Nevertheless, the array design of multi-channel radar, especially that of MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) radar, is a new problem. The performance of space diversion and spatial sampling of target scattering are dependent on the array design of MIMO radar, and consequently, which in turn will determine the performances of target parameter estimation, DOA, and imaging. In this paper, commencing with target scattering model, T/R signal model of MIMO radar, and spatial sampling ability for this system are analyzed. Conceptually, under the far field condition, spatial convolution principle determines the array design theory. 9Injectable self-healing hydrogel with siRNA delivery property for sustained STING silencing and enhanced therapy of intervertebral disc degeneration显示文摘Inflammatory responses of nucleus pulposus(NP)can induce imbalanced anabolism and catabolism of extracellular matrix,and the cytosolic dsDNA accumulation and STING-NF-κB pathway activation found in NP inflammation are considered as fairly important cause of intervertebral disc(IVD)degeneration.Herein,we constructed a siSTING delivery hydrogel of aldehyde hyaluronic acid(HA-CHO)and poly(amidoamine)PAMAM/siRNA complex to intervene the abnormal STING signal for IVD degeneration treatment,where the formation of dynamic Schiff base bonds in the system(siSTING@HPgel)was able to overcome the shortcomings such as low cellular uptake,short half-life,and rapid degradation of siRNA-based strategy.PAMAM not only formed complexes with siRNA to promote siRNA transfection,but also served as dynamic crosslinker to construct hydrogel,and the injectable and self-healing hydrogel efficiently and steadily silenced STING expression in NP cells.Finally,the siSTING@HPgel significantly eased IVD inflammation and slowed IVD degeneration by prolonging STING knockdown in puncture-induced IVD degeneration rat model,revealing that STING pathway was a therapeutic target for IVD degeneration and such novel hydrogel had great potential for being applied to many other diseases for gene delivery.Jiaxin Chen Haifeng Zhu Yutao Zhu Chenchen Zhao Shengyu Wang Yixin Zheng Ziang Xie Yang Jin Honghai Song Linjun Yang Jin Zhang Jiayong Dai Zhijun Hu Huaiyu Wang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,3:2

11Quantitative analysis of 3-dimensional root architecture based on image reconstruction and its application to research on phosphorus uptake in soybean显示文摘Quantification of 3-dimensional (3-D) plant root architecture is one of the most important approaches to investigating plant root growth and its function in nutrient acquisition and utilization. However, no effective methods have been reported hitherto to quantify 3-D root architecture parameters, making it difficult to further study the 3-D characteris- tics of the root system and its function. In the present study, we created a rapid algorithm to reconstruct 3-D root system images based on the basic structural features of such linear objects as roots, using 2-D root images taken by digital CCD cameras at multi- viewing angles. This method is very effective in the reconstruction of plant root system images, thus enabling us to obtain the digital model of 3-D root architecture and its 3-D skeleton, based on which some major root architecture parameters can be calculated. Using this method, we were able to ac- quire 3-D parameters of soybean root architecture whose root diameter was more than 0.3 mm, includ- ing tap root length, total root length, average basal root angle, ratio of root width to root depth, percent- age distribution of root length in different layers and root distribution in different 3-D regions of the growth medium. We also quantitatively analyzed the rela- tionship between different root architecture parame-ters and such plant nutrition parameters as soybean biomass and phosphorus (P) uptake. 12Effects of phytonutrients on growth performance, antioxidative status,and energy utilization of broilers fed low energy diets显示文摘Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of phytonutrients(PN)on growth performance.antioxidant status,intestinal morphology,and nutrient utilization of birds fed low energy diets.In Exp.1.a total of 1.440 one-day-old Ross 308 male broiler chickens were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups,with 16 replicates per treatment(48 pens;30 birds per pen).Birds in treatment 1 were fed diets with normal energy content(NE).Birds in treatment 2 were fed NE diet but with 60 kcal removed(LE).Birds in treatment 3 were assigned to LE diet supplemented with PN(LE + PN).Results indicated that LE diet increased feed conversion ratio(FCR)compared with NE from d 1 to 38.while LE + PN diet prevented this response(P= 0.02).At d 26.birds in the LE + PN group had the highest ileal and jejunal villus height to crypt depth(VH:CD)ratio.At d 39.PN supplementation improved ileal and jejunal VH:CD ratio,compared with LE group.Moreover,birds fed PN diets received a better economic profit,In Exp.2,360 one-day-old Ross 308 male broiler chickens were used in a metabolism study.The treatments used in Exp.2 were the same as those in Exp.1,with 4 replicates(pens)and 30 birds in each replicate.Dietary apparent metabolism energy(AME),energy and protein digestibility were determined between 21 and 28 d of age.Results showed that chickens fed LE + PN diet tended to have greater AME(P= 0.02)and nictrogen-corrected apparent metabolism energy(AMEn)(P= 0.03)than birds fed LE diets.It was concluded that LE+ PN showed a potential advantage to improve feed conversion and gut health of broilers,as well as economic profits.Lei Yan Sha An Zunzhou Lv Zhengguo Wang Yueming Wu Yutao Zhu Min Zhao Chunhua Sun Mingbin Lv Zhengpeng Zhu Yuming Guo 2019Animal Nutrition2019,,3:1

17Sidelobe reduction based on spectrum reshaping in microwave imaging显示文摘Sidelobe artifacts are a common problem in image reconstruction from finite-extent Fourier data obtained by microwave imaging system.In order to enhance the image quality,sidelobe reduction must be implemented.Taking the sidelobe reduction in microwave imaging as the research subject,this paper presents Fourier imaging technique firstly.Then the point spread function is obtained through Fourier inversion of rectangular spectral support data and the changing effect of sidelobe direction due to reshaping spectral support is demonstrated.Spectrum reshaping makes that the sidelobes of two Fourier images do not overlap.Based on the idea of separating sidelobes from mainlobe,a nolve method that reduces sidelobe levels while maintaining the imaging resolution is proposed.The performance of this method is analyzed.Finally,the simulated and measured data of typical microwave imaging systems such as synthetic aperture radar(SAR),inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)and real aperture radar are used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.WANG HuaiJun SU Yi XU HongBo ZHU YuTao 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1:1
18Interaction between neutrophil extracellular traps and cardiomyocytes contributes to atrial fibrillation progression显示文摘Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a frequent arrhythmia associated with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are DNA fragments with cytoplasm proteins released from neutrophils,which are involved in various cardiovascular diseases.To elucidate the role of NETs in AF,we investigated the effect of NETs on AF progression and the secretion of NETs in AF.Results showed that:NETs induced the autophagic apoptosis of cardiomyocytes,and NETs also led to mitochondrial injury by promoting mitochondrial depolarization and ROS production.Ongoing tachy-pacing led to the structural loss of cardiomyocytes and provided potent stimuli to induce NETs secretion from neutrophils.In the meanwhile,increased Ang II in AF facilitated NETs formation through the upregulation of AKT phosphorylation,while it could not directly initiate NETosis as the autophagy was not induced.In vivo,DNase I was administrated to abrogate NETs formation,and AF-related fibrosis was ameliorated as expected.Correspondingly,the duration of the induced AF was reduced.Our study addresses the formation mechanism of NETs in AF and demonstrates the lethal effects of NETs on cardiomyocytes through the induction of mitochondrial injury and autophagic cell death,which comprehensively describes the positive feedback comprised of NETs and stimuli secreted by cardiomyocytes that sustains the progression of AF and AF related fibrosis.Li He Ruiqi Liu Honghua Yue Xiaoxin Zhang Xiaohui Pan Yutao Sun Jun Shi Guonian Zhu Chaoyi Qin Yingqiang Guo 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,8:1
19Influence of seasonal migration on evolution of insecticide resistance in Plutella xylostella显示文摘The diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella(L.),is one of the most destructive migratory pest species of cruciferous vegetables worldwide and has developed resistance to most of the insecticides used for its control.The migration regularity,migratory behavior,and relationship between flight and reproduction of P.xylostella have been widely reported.However,the effect of migration on insecticide resistance in this pest is still unclear.In this study,the effect of migration on P.xylostella resistance to seven insecticides was investigated using populations across the Bohai Sea that were collected in the early and late seasons during 2017–2019.The bioassay results showed that the early season populations of P.xylostella from south China possessed much higher resistance to insecticides because of intensive insecticide application;alternatively,the late season populations migrated from northeast China,where the insecticides were only used occasionally,showed much lower insecticide resistance.The genome re-sequencing results revealed that,among the eight mutations involved in insecticide resistance,the frequencies of two acetylcholinesterase mutations(A298S and G324A)responsible for organophosphorus insecticide resistance were significantly decreased in the late season populations.The results indicated that P.xylostella migration between tropical and temperate regions significantly delayed the development of insecticide resistance.These findings illustrated the effect of regional migration on the evolution of insecticide resistance in P.xylostella,and provided foundational information for further research on the relationship between migration and insecticide resistance development in other insects.Menglun Wang Bin Zhu Lei Zhang Yutao Xiao Pei Liang Kongming Wu 2022Insect Science2022,29,2:0
20Hierarchical porous hollow graphitized carbon@MoS_(2)with wideband EM dissipation capability显示文摘Core-shell materials are promising broadband electromagnetic(EM)absorption materials since the highly component manipulation performance,interfacial effect etc.Herein,a well-defined core-shell shaped structure constructed by 2-dimensional Mo S_(2)nanosheets-coated porous hollow carbon has been successfully designed with controlled pore-sizes of the core,adjustable shell content,and structure.By effectively optimizing the parameters for these factors,the as-prepared hierarchical porous hollow C@Mo S_(2)sample enables an ultra-width EM absorption ability(covering 11.4-18.0 GHz)at a thickness of only 2.0 mm.The detailed contributions of each component and structure on the excellent EM absorption capability have been investigated.These encouraging results indicate that the development of core-shell composites with multiple controllable physical factors is of great significance for the future ultra-wideband electromagnetic absorbers.Lieji Yang Tianwei Deng Zirui Jia Xiaodi Zhou Hualiang Lv Yutao Zhu Juncen Liu Zhihong Yang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,24:0
