1Mercury Emission From Coal-fired Power Plants in China显示文摘燃煤是最大的人为汞排放源之一,燃煤电厂的汞排放控制问题也越来越为人们所关注。该文将目前公布的中国电厂的汞排放数据进行筛选汇总,得到18个电厂的汞排放数据,通过对比和分析,总结出了符合我国燃煤电厂特点的一般性汞排放规律。结果表明:与美国煤种相比,我国的燃煤具有低氯、高灰的特性,这不利于汞的排放控制;循环流化床燃烧可能会因燃尽率的不同而较煤粉炉燃烧易获得较高的Hgp;空气污染控制设备的使用能够有效地减少汞排放,选择性催化还原+静电除尘器/布袋除尘器+石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫(SCR+ESP/FF+WFGD)组合的平均脱汞率可达71.48%;SCR的大规模应用可能会将汞大量转移到飞灰和脱硫石膏中,带来二次污染的问题。YIN Libao ZHUO Yuqun XU Qisheng ZHU Zhenwu DU Wen AN Zhongyi 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,29:29
2Fate of mercury in flue gas desulfurization gypsum determined by Temperature Programmed Decomposition and Sequential Chemical Extraction显示文摘A considerable amount of Hg is retained in flue gas desulfurization(FGD) gypsum from Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization(WFGD) systems. For this reason, it is important to determine the species of Hg in FGD gypsum not only to understand the mechanism of Hg removal by WFGD systems but also to determine the final fate of Hg when FGD gypsum is disposed. In this study, Temperature Programmed Decomposition(TPD) and Sequential Chemical Extraction(SCE) were applied to FGD gypsum to identify the Hg species in it. The FGD gypsum samples were collected from seven coal-fired power plants in China, with Hg concentrations ranging from 0.19 to 3.27 μg/g. A series of pure Hg compounds were used as reference materials in TPD experiments and the results revealed that the decomposition temperatures of different Hg compounds increase in the order of Hg_2Cl_2< HgCl_2< black HgS < Hg_2SO_4< red HgS < HgO < HgSO_4. The Hg compounds existing in FGD gypsums identified by TPD included HgCl_2, Hg_2Cl_2, Hg_2SO_4, black HgS and red HgS, of which mercury sulfides were the primary compounds. The results of SCE indicated that Hg was mainly distributed in the strongly complexed phase. The low Hg content in FGD gypsum increases the ambiguity of assigning extraction fractions to certain Hg species by SCE. 3The genome of Medicago polymorpha provides insights into its edibility and nutritional value as a vegetable and forage legume显示文摘Medicago polymorpha is a nutritious and palatable forage and vegetable plant that also fixes nitrogen.Here,we reveal the chromosome-scale genome sequence of M.polymorpha using an integrated approach including Illumina,PacBio and Hi-C technologies.We combined PacBio full-length RNA-seq,metabolomic analysis,structural anatomy analysis and related physiological indexes to elucidate the important agronomic traits of M.polymorpha for forage and vegetable usage.The assembled M.polymorpha genome consisted of 457.53Mb with a long scaffold N50 of 57.72Mb,and 92.92%(441.83Mb)of the assembly was assigned to seven pseudochromosomes.Comparative genomic analysis revealed that expansion and contraction of the photosynthesis and lignin biosynthetic gene families,respectively,led to enhancement of nutritious compounds and reduced lignin biosynthesis in M.polymorpha.In addition,we found that several positively selected nitrogen metabolism-related genes were responsible for crude protein biosynthesis.Notably,the metabolomic results revealed that a large number of flavonoids,vitamins,alkaloids,and terpenoids were enriched in M.polymorpha.These results imply that the decreased lignin content but relatively high nutrient content of M.polymorpha enhance its edibility and nutritional value as a forage and vegetable.Our genomic data provide a genetic basis that will accelerate functional genomic and breeding research on M.polymorpha as well as other Medicago and legume plants.Jiawen Cui Zhaogeng Lu Tianyi Wang Gang Chen Salma Mostafa Hailong Ren Sian Liu Chunxiang Fu Li Wang Yingfang Zhu Jinkai Lu Xiang Chen Zhenwu Wei Biao Jin 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:6

7Comprehensive Analysis of Differential Gene Expression Profile via RNA Sequencing in the Human Ovarian Cancer SKOV3 Cells Treated with Simvastatin显示文摘The experimental studies have demonstrated that some statins have an anticancer effect against ovarian cancer in vitro and in vivo, however, the potential molecular mechanism is still unclear. In the present study, high throughput RNA sequencing(RNA-seq) technology was applied to exploring the mRNA changes treated with Simvastatin in the human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line. The result of CCK-8 assay shows that Simvastatin inhibits significantly SKOV3 cell viability in a concentration-dependent manner, and cell cycle according to the flow cytometry analysis result shows cell cycle arrest of G1 phase is induced in SKOV3 cells with 10 μg/mL simvastatin added for 24 h. The differential expression genes(DEGs) analysis of RNA-seq data shows that there are a total of 372 DEGs found in the Simvastatin group, of which 150 mRNAs are up-regulated and 222 mRNAs are down-regulated(fold change>2.0, q value < 0.05). Real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) experiment has validated that the expression of KLF2, RHOB and CIDEB is up-regulated while that of DKK1, AMOTL2 and ANKRD1 is down-regulated. The DEGs are enriched in thirteen significant KEGG pathways including cell cycle, DNA replication, apoptosis, etc. This study provides supported useful information about transcriptome profiles of SKOV3 cell treated with simvastatin, and offers an application basis for the further researches on the mechanism of Simvastatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer.LIU Qianyu DU Zhenwu ZHU He ZHAO Tianyu PAN Ying 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,2:0
