2Samarium doped apatite-type orange-red emitting phosphor Ca5(PO4)2SiO4 with satisfactory thermal properties for n-UV w-LEDs显示文摘A novel single-phase Sm^3+activated Ca5(PO4)2SiO4 phosphor was successfully fabricated via a conventional solid-state method,which can be e fficie ntly excited by near ultraviolet(n-UV)light-emitting chips.The crystal structure and luminescence properties were characterized and analyzed systematically by using relevant instruments.The Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:Sm^3+phosphor shows an orange-red emission peaking at600 nm under the excitation of 403 nm and the optimal doping concentration of Sm^3+is determined to be 0.08,The critical distance of Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+is calculated to be 1.849 nm and concentration quenching mechanism of the Sm^3+in Ca5(PO4)2SiO4 host is ascribed to energy transfer between nearestneighbor activators.The decay time of Ca5(PO4)2 SiO4:0,08 Sm^3+is determined to be 1.1957 ms.In addition,the effect of temperature on the emission intensity was also studied,72.4%of the initial intensity is still preserved at 250℃,better thermal stability compared to commercial phosphor YAG:Ce^3+indicates that Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+has excellent thermal stability and active energy is deduced to be 0.130 eV.All the results demonstrate that orange-red emitting Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm3+phosphor exhibits good luminescent properties.Owing to the excellent thermal quenching luminescence property,Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+phosphor can be applied in n-UV white light emitting diodes and serve as the warm part of white light.Ze Zhang Jialiang Niu Wei Zhou Dingdian Xu Huanhuan Du 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,9:5
3Distribution optimization of circulating water in air-cooled heat exchangers for a typical indirect dry cooling system on the basis of entransy dissipation显示文摘The flow and heat transfer of air-cooled heat exchangers play important roles in the performance of indirect dry cooling systems in power plants,so it is of benefit to the design and operation of a typical indirect dry cooling system to optimize the thermo-flow characteristics of air-cooled heat exchangers.The entransy dissipation method is applied to the performance optimization of air-cooled heat exchangers in this paper.Two irreversible heat transfer processes in air-cooled heat exchangers,the heat transfer between circulating water and cooling air and the mixing of circulating water,are taken into account and analyzed by means of the entransy dissipation method.The total entransy dissipation rate,which connects the geometrical parameters of air-cooled heat exchanger sectors and the heat capacity rates of the fluids to the heat flow rate in every sector,is obtained.Based on the mathematical relation and the conditional extremum method,an optimization equation group is derived,by which the air-cooled heat exchanger with known air-side parameters is optimized,showing that the entransy dissipation based optimization approach can contribute to the distribution optimization of circulating water in air-cooled heat exchangers of a typical indirect dry cooling system.SUN Jian YUAN Kai YANG Li Jun CHEN Lin DU Xiao Ze YANG Yong Ping 2015Science China(Technological Sciences)2015,58,4:4

7Preparation of multihollow P(St-MAA) particles by sequence soap-free/soap emulsion polymerization and followed by stepwise alkali/acid posttreatment显示文摘The effects of ionic emulsifier, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfate (SDBS), on the formation of the multihollow structures in sub-micron sized polymer particles produced by alkali/acid posttreatment were investigated. The original latex particles with narrow size distribution were synthesized by a new sequence emulsifier-free/emulsifier emulsion copolymerization of styrene (St) and methacrylic acid (MAA). 11Influences of Electrolytes on the Soap-free Emulsion Copolymerization of St-MMA-AA显示文摘Monodisperse functional polymer microspheres with different particle size and with clean surface were prepared by batch soap-free emulsion polymerization of styrene, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid in the presence of salts, and the influences of type and amount of electrolytes on polymerization process and particle morphology were investigated. Results showed that there was a critical concentration for different electrolyte to make polymerization process and the resultant emulsion stable, and the particle size increased with the increase of electrolyte concentration. 12Improvement of tensile superelasticity by aging treatment of NiTi shape memory alloys fabricated by electron beam wire-feed additive manufacturing显示文摘For the first time,this work comprehensively studied the effectiveness of precipitation hardening achieved by aging treatment in improving the tensile superelasticity of NiTi alloys fabricated by elec-tron beam wire-feed additive manufacturing(EBAM),which possesses inherent advantages in producing dense and oxidation-free structures.Aging treatments under three temperatures(450,350,and 250℃)and different durations were conducted,and the resultant performance of tensile superelasticity,together with the corresponding evolution of precipitation and phase transformation behavior were investigated for the EBAM-fabricated NiTi alloys.Results showed that by appropriate aging treatment,EBAM fabricated NiTi alloys could achieve excellent recovery rates of approximately 95%and 90%after the 1st and 10th load/unload cycle for a maximum tensile strain of 6%,which were almost the highest achieved so far by AM processed NiTi alloys and close to those of some conventional NiTi alloys.The improvement of tensile superelasticity benefited from the fine and dispersive Ni4Ti3 precipitates,which could be introduced by aging at 350℃ for 4 h or at 250℃ for 200 h.Moreover,the large amount of Ni4Ti3 precipitates would promote the intermediate R-phase transformation and bring a two-stage or three-stage transformation sequence,which depended on whether the distribution of the precipitation was homogeneous or not.This work could provide guidance for the production of NiTi alloys with good tensile superelasticity by EBAM or other additive manufacturing processes.Ze Pu Dong Du Dongqi Zhang Zixiang Li Shuai Xue Rui Xi Xiebin Wang Baohua Chang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,14:1

15Effect of Guhong injection combined with atorvastatin on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influence on Hemorheology and oxidative stress显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of Guhong injection combined with atorvastatin on CHD patients with angina pectoris and its influence on hemorheology and oxidative stress.Methods:80 CHD patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by use of the random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin,while those in the observation group were treated with Guhong injection on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks for each group.The treatment effect,the frequency of angina pectoris seizure and its duration before and after treatment,the changes of hemorheology indexes and oxidative stress and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(p<.05).The frequency of angina pectoris seizure and its duration in these two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(Observation group:t=25.588,23.009;Control group:t=16.587,16.263;p<.05);After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris seizure and its duration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=15.191,9.425;p<.05).In the observation group,the hemorheology indexes after treatment were lower than those before treatment(t=6.742,15.224,6.983,23.537,p<.05);the hemorheology indexes after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=5.201,13.913,5.539,13.745;p<.05).In the observation group,the level of serum SOD after treatment was higher than that before treatment,while the levels of LPO and MDA after treatment were lower than those before treatment(t=10.839,6.924,8.466;p<.05);the level of serum SOD after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of LPO and MDA after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.171,6.432,5.394;p<.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<.05).Conclusions:Guhong injection combined with atorvastatin has an obvious clinical effect on CHD patients with angina pectoris,and it can improve hemorheology indexes and oxidative stress reaction with fewer adverse reactions.Ze Wang Li Du Mengyuan Hu 2020Discussion of Clinical Cases2020,7,3:1
16Autophagy inhibitors increase the susceptibility of KRAS-mutant human colorectal cancer cells to a combined treatment of 2-deoxy-D-glucose and lovastatin显示文摘RAS-driven colorectal cancer relies on glucose metabolism to support uncontrolled growth.However,monotherapy with glycolysis inhibitors like 2-deoxy-D-glucose causes limited effectiveness.Recent studies suggest that anti-tumor effects of glycolysis inhibition could be improved by combination treatment with inhibitors of oxidative phosphorylation.In this study we investigated the effect of a combination of 2-deoxy-D-glucose with lovastatin(a known inhibitor of mevalonate pathway and oxidative phosphorylation)on growth of KRAS-mutant human colorectal cancer cell lines HCT116 and LoVo.A combination of lovastatin(>3.75μM)and 2-deoxy-D-glucose(>1.25 mM)synergistically reduced cell viability,arrested cells in the G2/M phase,and induced apoptosis.The combined treatment also reduced cellular oxygen consumption and extracellular acidification rate,resulting in decreased production of ATP and lower steady-state ATP levels.Energy depletion markedly activated AMPK,inhibited mTOR and RAS signaling pathways,eventually inducing autophagy,the cellular pro-survival process under metabolic stress,whereas inhibition of autophagy by chloroquine(6.25μM)enhanced the cytotoxic effect of the combination of lovastatin and 2-deoxy-D-glucose.These in vitro experiment results were reproduced in a nude mouse xenograft model of HCT116 cells.Our findings suggest that concurrently targeting glycolysis,oxidative phosphorylation,and autophagy may be a promising regimen for the management of RAS-driven colorectal cancers.Xiao-ming Huang Jia-jun Huang Jing-jing Du Na Zhang Ze Long You Yang Fang-fang Zhong Bo-wen Zheng Yun-fu Shen Zhe Huang Xiang Qin Jun-he Chen Qian-yu Lin Wan-jun Lin Wen-zhe Ma 2021Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,11:1
17Component fractionation of wood-tar by column chromatography with the packing material of silica gel显示文摘Bio-oil can be an important fuel resource for automobiles in the future,while its complex composition restricts the direct application of the bio-oil extremely.So it is necessary to separate the complex mixture to relatively simplified fractions for goal directed specific treatments to reach the fuel quality for automobiles,and meanwhile different functional chemical materials and fine chemicals can be obtained.So it is significant to investigate the bio-oil component separating methods.Herein the method of column chromatography by the packing material of silica gel with two series of eluants of cyclohexane-benzene-methanol and cyclohexane-dichloromethane-methanol were investigated for component fractionation of the raw wood tar (oil fraction of the liquid product by slow pyrolysis of wood).The analytical results show that the components in cyclohexane are rich in alkoxyl-monophenols;the components of alkyl-monophenols and five ring oxygen-containing compounds are abundant in benzene and in dichloromethane similarly;in the methanol fraction,the components are diverse and diphenols are relatively in higher content,comparatively small polar molecules and five ring oxygen-containing compounds are more abundant in the methanol fraction after being eluted by dichloromethane,and the content of 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propanone is higher after being eluted by benzene.WANG Ze LIN WeiGang SONG WenLi DU Lin LI ZhengJie YAO JianZhong 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14:1

20Aerodynamic Performance Improvement of a Highly Loaded Compressor Airfoil with Coanda Jet Flap显示文摘Coanda jet flap is an effective flow control technique,which offers pressurized high streamwise velocity to eliminate the boundary layer flow separation and increase the aerodynamic loading of compressor blades.Traditionally,there is only single-jet flap on the blade suction side.A novel Coanda double-jet flap configuration combining the front-jet slot near the blade leading edge and the rear-jet slot near the blade trailing edge is proposed and investigated in this paper.The reference highly loaded compressor profile is the Zierke&Deutsch double-circular-arc airfoil with the diffusion factor of 0.66.Firstly,three types of Coanda jet flap configurations including front-jet,rear-jet and the novel double-jet flaps are designed based on the 2D flow fields in the highly loaded compressor blade passage.The Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)combined with the genetic algorithm(GA)is adopted to obtain the optimal geometry for each type of Coanda jet flap configuration.Numerical simulations are then performed to understand the effects of the three optimal Coanda jet flaps on the compressor airfoil performance.Results indicate all the three types of Coanda jet flaps effectively improve the aerodynamic performance of the highly loaded airfoil,and the Coanda double-jet flap behaves best in controlling the boundary layer flow separation.At the inlet flow condition with incidence angle of 5°,the total pressure loss coefficient is reduced by 52.5%and the static pressure rise coefficient is increased by 25.7%with Coanda double-jet flap when the normalized jet mass flow ratio of the front jet and the rear jet is equal to 1.5%and 0.5%,respectively.The impacts of geometric parameters and jet mass flow ratios on the airfoil aerodynamic performance are further analyzed.It is observed that the geometric design parameters of Coanda double-jet flap determine airfoil thickness and jet slot position,which plays the key role in supressing flow separation on the airfoil suction side.Furthermore,there exists an optimal combination of front-jet and rear-jet mass flow ratios to achieve the minimum flow loss at each incidence angle of incoming flow.These results indicate that Coanda double-jet flap combining the adjust of jet mass flow rate varying with the incidence angle of incoming flow would be a promising adaptive flow control technique.ZHANG Jian DU Juan ZHANG Min CHEN Ze ZHANG Hongwu NIE Chaoqun 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,1:1
