1Diagnostic and prognostic value of circulating micro RNAs in heart failure with preserved and reduced ejection fraction显示文摘micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are powerful regulators of posttranscriptional gene expression and play an important role in pathophysiological processes. Circulating mi RNAs can be quantified in body liquids and are promising biomarkers in numerous diseases. In cardiovascular disease mi RNAs have been proven to be reliable diagnostic biomarkers for different disease entities. In cardiac fibrosis(CF) and heart failure(HF) dysregulated circulating mi RNAs have been identified,indicating their promising applicability as diagnostic biomarkers. Some mi RNAs were successfully tested in risk stratification of HF implementing their potential use as prognostic biomarkers. In this respect mi RNAs might soon be implemented in diagnostic clinical routine. In the young field of mi RNA based research advances have been made in identifying mi RNAs as potential targets for the treatment of experimental CF and HF. Promising study results suggest their potential future application as therapeutic agents in treatment of cardiovascular disease. This article summarizes the current state of the various aspects of mi RNA research in the field of CF and HF with reduced ejection fraction as well as preserved ejection fraction. 4小麦资源胚乳蛋白Glu-1、Glu-3、Gli-1基因位点变异特点显示文摘141个普通小麦品种及农家种中,由Glu-1位点控制的高分子量谷蛋白亚基共27种图谱,最常见的图谱是(N,7+8,2+12)占22%和(N,7+9,2+12)占19.9%,Glu-A1、Glu-B1、Glu-D1位点控制的均为正效应亚基,其图谱(1,7+8,5+10),(1,14+15,5+10),(1,13+16,5+10),(1,17+18,5+10),(2*,7+8,5+10),(2*,13+16,5+10)占13.4%;由Glu-3位点控制的低分子量谷蛋白亚基共48种以上的图谱,最常见的图谱是(a,j,c),Glu-A3位点存在6个以上等位基因,新发现的占5.7%,Glu-B3位点存在10个以上等位基因,新发现的占2.8%,Glu-D3位点存在3个等位基因;由Gli-1位点控制的醇溶蛋白共81种以上图谱,Gli1-A1位点存在7个以上等位基因,新发现的占7.1%,Gli-B1位点存在12个以上等位基因,新发现的等位基因占3.5%,Gli-D1位点存在10个等位基因,Gli-B1位点的l为1B/1R易位系,占总数的33.6%;由Gli-1位点控制的醇溶蛋白和由Glu-3位点控制的低分子量谷蛋白亚基基因变异远比由Glu-1位点控制的高分子量谷蛋白亚基复杂和丰富。王瑞 张改生 F J Zeller S L K Hsam 2006作物学报2006,32,4:4

6Tree species richness enhances stand productivity while stand structure can have opposite effects, based on forest inventory data from Germany and the United States of America显示文摘Background: In recent studies, mixed forests were found to be more productive than monocultures with everything else remaining the same.Methods: To find out if this productivity is caused by tree species richness, by a more heterogeneous stand structure or both, we analyzed the effects of forest structure and tree species richness on stand productivity, based on inventory data of temperate forests in the United States of America and Germany.Results: Having accounted for effects such as tree size and stand density, we found that:(Ⅰ) tree species richness increased stand productivity in both countries while the effect of tree size heterogeneity on productivity was negative in Germany but positive in the USA;(Ⅱ) productivity was highest at sites with an intermediate amount of precipitation; and(Ⅲ) growth limitations due water scarcity or low temperature may enhance structural heterogeneity.Conclusions: In the context of forest ecosystem goods and services, as well as future sustainable forest resource management, the associated implications would be:Tree species richness is vital for maintaining forest productivity.As an optimum amount of precipitation is accompanied by the highest productivity, changes in climatic conditions should be considered when planning.Resource limitations enhance structural heterogeneity, which in turn can have positive or negative effects on stand productivity.Furthermore, we discuss the difficulties encountered when analyzing different national forest inventories and large data sets.Laura Zeller Jingjing Liang Hans Pretzsch 2018Forest Ecosystems2018,5,1:3
