| 1 | Ultrathin flexible electrospun carbon nanofibers reinforced graphene microgasbags films with three-dimensional conductive network toward synergetic enhanced electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘In recent years,graphene-based composite films have been greatly developed in the field of electromagnetic shielding interference(EMI).However,it is still a huge challenge to prepare graphene-based composite films with excellent mechanical properties,conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties.In this work,we adopted a facile and effective method by annealing the alkali-treated polyacrylonitrile(aPAN)nanofibers reinforced graphene oxide(GO)composite films at 2000°C to obtain graphene-carbon nanofibers composite films(GCFs).Microscopically,carbon nanofibers(CNFs)were intercalated into the graphene sheets,and microgasbags structure was formed during the heat treatment process.The special structure makes GCFs have superior tensile strength(10.4 MPa)at 5%strain.After repeated folding over1000 times,the films still demonstrate excellent structural integrity and flexibility performance.Interestingly,the graphene-based composite films with 10 wt%a PAN nanofibers exhibit an extremely low density of about 0.678 g/cm^(3)and excellent electrical conductivity of 1.72×10^(5)S/m.Further,an outstanding electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(SE)of 55–57 d B was achieved,and the corresponding value of the specific SE/thickness can reach 67,601–70,059 d B·cm^(2)/g,which is the highest among reported graphenebased shielding materials.The significant electromagnetic shielding performance is due to the synergistic enhancement effect brought by the excellent conductivity of carbon nanofibers and graphene,the formed effective conductive network and the microgasbags structure.Electromagnetism simulation further clarified that the underlying mechanism should be mainly attributed to the conduction loss and multiple reflections caused by the special structure of GCFs.This work will provide new solutions for low density,high flexibility and excellent electromagnetic shielding properties materials in the next generation of foldable and wearable electronics. | Likui Zhang Yao Chen Qian Liu Wenting Deng Yaoqun Yue Fanbin Meng | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,16: | 8 |
| 2 | Chromosomal microarray analysis vs.karyotyping for fetal ventriculomegaly:a meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Chromosomal abnormalities are important causes of ventriculomegaly(VM).In mild and isolated cases of fetal VM,obstetricians rarely give clear indications for pregnancy termination.We aimed to calculate the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and incremental yield of chromosomal microarray analysis(CMA)in VM,providing more information on genetic counseling and prognostic evaluation for fetuses with VM.Methods:The Chinese language databases Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and China Biomedical Literature Database(from January 1,1991 to April 29,2020)and English language databases PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library(from January 1,1945 to April 29,2020)were systematically searched for articles on fetal VM.Diagnostic criteria were based on ultrasonographic or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)assessment of lateral ventricular atrium width:≥10 to<15 mm for mild VM,and≥15 mm for severe VM.Isolated VM was defined by the absence of structural abnormalities other than VM detected by ultrasonography or MRI.R software was used for the meta-analysis to determine the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and incremental yield of CMA in VM,and the combined rate and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated.Results:Twenty-three articles involving 1635 patients were included.The incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in VM was 9%(95%CI:5%-12%)and incremental yield of CMA in VM was 11%(95%CI:7%-16%).The incidences of chromosomal abnormalities in mild,severe,isolated,and non-isolated VM were 9%(95%CI:4%-16%),5%(95%CI:1%-11%),3%(95%CI:1%-6%),and 13%(95%CI:4%-25%),respectively.Conclusions:Applying CMA in VM improved the detection rate of abnormalities.When VM is confirmed by ultrasound or MRI,obstetricians should recommend fetal karyotype analysis to exclude chromosomal abnormalities.Moreover,CMA should be recommended preferentially in pregnant women with fetal VM who are undergoing invasive prenatal diagnosis.CMA cannot completely replace chromosome karyotype analysis. | Yan Sun Weiyuan Zhang Zhiwen Wang Likui Guo Shaowen Shi | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3: | 3 |

| 20 | A thermophilic 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase from Thermococcus barophiluss Ch5 is a new member of AGOG DNA glycosylase family显示文摘8-Oxoguanine(8oxoG)in DNA is a major oxidized base that poses a severe threat to genome stability.To counteract the mutagenic effect generated by 8oxoG in DNA,cells have evolved 8oxoG DNA glycosylase(OGG)that can excise this oxidized base from DNA.Currently,OGG enzymes have been divided into three families:OGG1,OGG2 and AGOG(archaeal 8oxoG DNA glycosylase).Due to the limited reports,our understanding on AGOG enzymes remains incomplete.Herein,we present evidence that an AGOG from the hyperthermophilic euryarchaeon Thermo Coccus barophilus Ch5(Tb-AGOG)excises 8oxoG from DNA at high temperature.The enzyme displays maximum efficiency at 75°C–95°C and at pH 9.0.As expected,Tb-AGOG is a bifunctional glycosylase that harbors glycosylase activity and AP(apurinic/apyrimidinic)lyase activity.Importantly,we reveal for the first time that residue D41 in Tb-AGOG is essential for 8oxoG excision and intermediate formation,but not essential for DNA binding or AP cleavage.Furthermore,residue E79 in Tb-AGOG is essential for 8oxoG excision and intermediate formation,and is partially involved in DNA binding and AP cleavage,which has not been described among the reported AGOG members to date.Overall,our work provides new insights into catalytic mechanism of AGOG enzymes. | Lei Wang Donghao Jiang Likui Zhang | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,12: | 0 |
