| 4 | Clinical Study of Diclofenac Sodium Eyedrops Used before and after Cataract Operation显示文摘Purpose: To determine the effect of 0.1% diclofenac sodium (DS) eyedrops made in China on preventing surgically induced miosis and inflammation. Methods: Seventy cases of cataract inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. DS eyedrops and normal saline as placebo were applied respectively 3h, 1h, 0.5h before operation and once every morning for 7 days after operation. The pupil diameter was measured five times at different stages during the extracapsular cataract extraction. The eyepain, photophobia, conjunctival injection, KP, aqueous flare and light reaction of pupil were observed once a day after operation for a week. Results: 37 eyes in DS group and 33 eyes in placebo group were included in the study. 32 of 37 eyes in DS group (86.5%) maintained mydriasis in all stages of operation and 33 eyes (89. 2%) did not show any obvious sign of inflammation. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups. | 6 | Methods for automatic identification and extraction of terraces from high spatial resolution satellite data(China-GF-1)显示文摘Terraces are effective measures to control soil and water loss on hillslopes and play significant roles in water storage,soil conservation and increasing of crop yield.With the launch of comprehensive management engineering of transforming slopes into terraces in China,the area of terraces is continuously expanding.To plan for soil and water conservation in a scientific way and ensure rational soil and water conservation measures,it is important to determine a timely and accurate inventory of the spatial distribution of the existing terraces.High-resolution satellite data(China GF-1)was used in this study to automatically identify and extract terraces.The edge characteristics statistics algorithm,template-matching algorithm and the Fourier transformation algorithm were used.The results suggest that the template-matching algorithm,based on high gray features of terraces,has higher identification accuracy and lower extraction miss rate,and is able to determines the complete map spots,which works well for identification and extraction of typical terraces.The Fourier transformation algorithm,based on the texture of the terraces,is easily affected by gray changes on the terrace field surfaces and field ridges and is hardly reliable as a stand-alone technique for terrace identification.In this study,we focused on an area near Hengshan County,Yulin of Shanxi Province,and performed field validation of the terrace automatic identification and extraction algorithms.The results suggest that the accuracy of automatic identification and extraction of the terraces is greater than 80%.The method proposed is helpful to meet the requirements for planning and monitoring soil and water conservation projects. | Yi Zhang Mingchang Shi Xin Zhao Xiaojing Wang Zhidong Luo Yuan Zhao | 2017 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2017,5,1: | 1 |

| 8 | Mutations of Desmoglein‑2 in Sudden Unexplained Death in the Chinese Han Population显示文摘Sudden unexplained death(SUD)remains a puzzle in forensic medicine.Desmoglein‑2(DSG2)has been linked to arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy which may cause life‑threatening ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death.Fatal arrhythmias resulting in sudden death also occur in the absence of morphologic cardiac abnormalities at autopsy.We hypothesized that DSG2 mutations may be responsible for certain Chinese SUD cases.We sequenced all 15 exons of DSG2 in DNA extracted from postmortem heart tissues of 25 Chinese patients dying from SUD.The primers were designed using the Primer Express 3.0 software.Direct sequencing for both sense and antisense strands was performed with a BigDye Terminator DNA sequencing kit on a 3130 Xl Genetic Analyzer.Mutation damage prediction was made using Mutation Taster,PolyPhen,and SIFT software.In 2 of 25 cases of Chinese SUD samples,two DSG2 heterozygous mutations(p.P927 L and p.T1070M)were identified,and one is probably damaging.We concluded that DSG2 mutations may be related to the occurrence of part of SUD cases in the Chinese Han population. | Junyi Lin Yulei Yang Ziqin Zhao Yiwen Shen Kaijun Ma Mingchang Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2019,5,2: | 0 |

| 11 | trkA激酶抑制剂对人翼状胬肉成纤维细胞凋亡的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the growth inhibition effects and the mechanisms of trkA kinase inhibitor on human pterygium fibroblasts(HPF).Methods:Three normal conjunctivas and eleven pterygiums were surgically collected,trkA and p75 was examined in different tissues by immunohistochemistry.trkA and p75 expression was detected in HPF by immumofluorescence method.After being treated with 10-80 nmol/L trkA kinase inhibitor for 24-96 h,the growth activities of HPF were studied by MTT colorimetry.Caspase-3 was inspected in HPF by spectrophotometric method.The apoptosis of HPF was detected by flow cytometry.Results:Expression of trkA and p75 was significantly observed in epithelium and fibroblast of pterygium tissues.Expression of trkA was observed in epithelium and fibroblast of normal conjunctiva.Expression of p75 was only observed in epithelium of normal conjunctiva.trkA kinase inhibitor could effectively inhibit the growth of human pterygium fibroblasts in vitro in time and dose dependent manners.Caspase-3 expression was increased.The rates of apoptosis were 8.26%-29.62%(P < 0.01).Conclusion:TrkA and p75 possibly participate in genesis and development of pterygium.trkA kinase inhibitor could induce apoptosis of human pterygium fibroblasts.Inducing apoptosis through changing the ratio of trkA and p75 in fibroblasts and up-regulate Caspase-3 was probably one of its molecular mechanisms. | Chunming Zhao Mingchang Zhang Bangxing Huang Jie Zhang Xueying Yan | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,2: | 0 |

| 13 | An Analysis of 1 001 Blinding Patients with Corneal Disease in 1960-1989显示文摘Purpose:To investigate the condition and change of corneal blindness (CB) in the past 30 years.Methods: 1 001 blinding patients of corneal disease were clinically analysed from 1960 to 1989,including etiology, sex, age, occupation, difference between the urban and rural areas etc.Results: The male predominated. Infection stood the first cause of blinding corneal diseases, followed by trauma,malnutrition and the others.HSV-1 keratitis was the most frequent infection in 1980s. The highest incidence of CB was 20-40 year -old. The number of CB caused by occupational truauma was more than that by ordinary trauma in 1960s,but from 1970s, the latter was more than the former. The number of CB in rural area was more than that in the urban in 1960s,but from 1970s,there was no significant difference between the two areas.
