| 1 | An optimal one-way cooperative strategy for two defenders against an attacking missile显示文摘This paper investigates a cooperative strategy for protecting an aerial target.The problem is solved as a game among four players(a target,two defenders,and a missile).In this scenario,the target launches two defenders(defender-1 and defender-2)simultaneously,to establish a oneway cooperation system(OCS)against an attacking missile.A new optimal evasion strategy for the target is also derived.During the engagement,the target takes into account the reaction of the attacking missile,and guides defender-1 to the interception point by receiving information from defender-1.Depending on the control effort of the target,defender-2 can choose appropriate launch conditions and use very limited maneuvering capability to intercept the missile.For adversaries with first-order dynamics,simulation results show that the OCS allows two defenders to intercept the missile.During the engagement,even if one defender or communication channel is broken,the OCS still allows an interception to be made,thus increasing the target’s survivability. | Qilong SUN Naiming QI Zheyao XU Yanfang LIU Yong ZHANG | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,4: | 6 |

| 11 | Glucokinase activator improves glucose tolerance and induces hepatic lipid accumulation in mice with diet-induced obesity显示文摘Background and aims:Type 2 diabetes mellitus remains a substantial medical problem with increasing global prevalence.Pharmacological research is becoming increasingly focused on personalized treatment strategies.Drug development based on glucokinase(GK)activation is an important strategy for lowering blood glucose.This study aimed to investigate the effect of GK activation on glucose and lipid metabolism in diet-induced obese mice.Materials and methods:Mice were fed with a high-fat diet(HFD)for 16 weeks to induce obesity,followed by a GK activator(GKA,AZD1656)or vehicle treatment by gavage for 4 weeks.The effect of GKA treatment on glucose metabolism was evaluated using glucose and insulin tolerance tests.Hepatic lipid accumulation was assessed by hematoxylin and eosin staining,Oil Red O staining,and transmission electron microscopy.The underlying mechanism of GK activation in glucose and lipid metabolism in the liver was studied using transcriptomic analysis,with a mechanistic study in mouse livers in vivo and AML12 cells in vitro.Results:GK activation by GKA treatment improved glucose tolerance in HFD-fed mice while increasing hepatic lipid accumulation.Transcriptomic analysis of liver tissues indicated the lipogenesis and protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)-unfolded protein response(UPR)pathway activations in GKA-treated HFD-fed mice.Inhibition of the ACC activity,which is an important protein in lipogenesis,attenuated GKA treatment-induced lipid accumulation and PERK-UPR activation in vitro.Conclusions:GK activation improved glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity while inducing hepatic lipid accumulation by increasing the lipogenic gene expression,which subsequently activated the hepatic PERK-UPR signaling pathway. | Nan Cai a Xuanrong Chen Jia Liu Zheyao Wen Siyin Wen Wen Zeng Shuo Lin Yanming Chen Guojun Shi Longyi Zeng | 2023 | Liver Research2023,7,2: | 0 |
| 12 | Cell trapping and patterning using dielectric-structure-assisted negative dieletrophoresis显示文摘This paper reports a cell trapping and patterning method using dielectric-pattern-assisted negative dielectrophoresis (dnDEP) that can achieve high-density cell arrays and complicated cell patterns.The dnDEP device consists of two planar metal electrodes and a patterned dielectric layer sandwiched in-between.The dielectric patterns generate non-uniform electric fields when an ac voltage is applied on the two electrodes,and the interaction of polarizable cells and the non-uniform electric fields imposes negative DEP forces on the cells,pushing them to the patterns in the dielectric layer.Using this dnDEP device,human lymphoma cells were successfully patterned in high-density microwell arrays and stellate structures.Thanks to the three-dimensional configuration and the small distance between the electrodes,cell trapping and patterning can be implemented with a voltage of 10 V.This dnDEP device has the advantages of simple configuration,low actuating voltage,and the compatibility with high conductivity physiological media for cell culturing. | DANG Hua DING YingTao WANG ZheYao | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4: | 0 |
| 13 | Designing a deep-UV nonlinear optical monofluorophosphate显示文摘As structural variants of famous hexagonal tungsten bronzes,hexagonal tungsten oxides(HTO)represent an important family with fascinating functional properties,such as piezoelectric,ferroelectric,pyroelectric,and nonlinear optical(NLO)properties.However,none of them are transparent in the deep-UV spectral region,which limits their applications.Herein,we report the first HTO-type monofluorophosphate K_(3)Sc_(3)(PO_(4))(PO_(3)F)_(2)F_(5)(I)with deep-UV transparency.Such a monofluorophosphate is NLO-active with a phase-matchable powder second harmonic generation efficiency of 0.9 times that of KH_(2)PO_(4)at 1,064 nm.Importantly,the UV-Vis reflectance spectrum indicates that it is deep-UV transparent down to 200 nm.This work pushes the transparent window of NLO materials with HTO-type structures down to the deep-UV spectral region for the first time and opens up a new door for HTO materials. | Qingran Ding Xingyu Zhang Zheshuai Lin Zheyao Xiong Yusong Wang Xifa Long Sangen Zhao Maochun Hong Junhua Luo | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,9: | 0 |
