1Facile synthesis of ultrathin metal-organic framework nanosheets for Lewis acid catalysis显示文摘Ultrathin metalorganic framework (MOF) nanosheets are attracting great interest in catalysis due to their unique and intriguing two-dime nsional (2D) features. Although many progresses have been achieved, it is still highly desirable to develop novel strategies for controllable synthesis of the well-defined ultrathin MOF nanosheets. Herein we report a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-assisted route to synthesize the ultrathin Ni-MOF nanosheets characteristic of 1.5 nm in thickness, in which PVP is reacted with 2-aminoterephthalic acid (H2BDC-NH2) via formation of C=N bon d, followed by coord inatio n with Ni2+ io ns to form the ultrathi n MOF n anosheets. 2Consensus based on learning game theory with a UAV rendezvous application显示文摘Multi-agent cooperation problems are becoming more and more attractive in both civilian and military applications. In multi-agent cooperation problems, different network topologies will decide different manners of cooperation between agents. A centralized system will directly control the operation of each agent with information flow from a single centre, while in a distributed system, agents operate separately under certain communication protocols. In this paper, a systematic distributed optimization approach will be established based on a learning game algorithm.The convergence of the algorithm will be proven under the game theory framework. Two typical consensus problems will be analyzed with the proposed algorithm. The contributions of this work are threefold. First, the designed algorithm inherits the properties in learning game theory for problem simplification and proof of convergence. Second, the behaviour of learning endows the algorithm with robustness and autonomy. 3The study of the effect of gas-phase fluctuation on slag flow and refractory brick corrosion in the slag tapping hole of an entrained-flow gasifier显示文摘The service life of refractory brick in the slag tapping hole of the entrained flow gasifier was significantly lower than that in other locations.It was critically important to study the corrosion mechanism of refractory brick in the slag tapping hole for guiding industrial production.Considering the complex flow field in the slag tapping hole,the influence of gas velocity and temperature fluctuation on the service life of refractory brick was investigated in this study.The results showed that the slag flow characteristics periodically changed with the gas temperature and velocity fluctuations.The brick corrosion rate increased with the decrease of fluctuation frequency.Compared with the gas-phase velocity fluctuation,the gasphase temperature fluctuation had a more significant influence on the brick corrosion rate.When the fluctuation frequency was 0.01 Hz and the gas temperature fluctuation amplitude was 200 K,the corrosion rate of refractory bricks increased by 25%.It could be concluded that the fluctuation of gas-phase temperature was the main cause for the low service life of refractory bricks in the tapping hole.Kuo Lin Zhongjie Shen Qinfeng Liang Jianliang Xu Haifeng Liu 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7:1

8Clinical Pathological Analysis of Synovial Sarcoma显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical diagnosis and differential diagno- sis of synovial sarcoma (SS). METHODS A total of 41 paraffin-embedded synovial sarcoma samples were examined by H&E staining, immunohistochemistry staining and the re- verse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), in order to provide a scientific bases for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. RESULTS Twelve cases were a biphasic type, 22 cases were a mono- phasic fibrous type, and 7 cases were a poorly differentiated type. Thirty-six cases were both CK (and/or EMA) and Vim positive. Five cases were only Vim positive. A SYT-SSX fusion gene was detected in 18 cases by RT-PCR. 17Structural Characterization and Biological Activity of Oligopeptides from Isochrysis zhanjiangensis:Based on Quantum Mechanics,Molecular Docking and in Vitro Experiments显示文摘DAPTMGY(DTY)is an oligopeptide derived from marine microalgae with proven potential to combat oxidative stress in previous research.The composition,ordering,and active sites of amino acids play a key role in activity studies and are also the research trends in recent years.As an oligopeptide with a molecular weight of less than 1000 Da,DTY is of great significance to explore the active site and structure-activity relationship.This study used quantum mechanics to optimize DTY’s structure and predict the active site through molecular orbits,energy,and charge.In addition,an LPS-treated HUVEC cell was established as an oxidative-stress model.DTY could reduce mitochondrial oxidative stress and inhibit ROS production by enhancing the antioxidant enzymes SOD,GPX,and HO-1.Moreover,it was confirmed to inhibit inflammation and apoptosis through the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways.Lastly,the correlation of the oligopeptide DTY’s active site and antioxidative-stress activity was verified by molecular docking,showing that hydrogen bonding is the main force,which was also the main factor for antioxidant activity.LIN Liyuan LI Huijuan HONG Pengzhi ZHOU Chunxia SUN Shengli QIAN Zhongji 2023Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,4:0

19Characteristics ofβ-type Ti-41Nb alloy produced by laser powder bed fusion:Microstructure,mechanical properties and in vitro biocompatibility显示文摘Aβ-type Ti-41 Nb alloy with high relative density has been successfully fabricated by laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)using pre-alloyed powders for potential implant application.The homogeneous microstructure can be achieved in L-PBF fabricated(L-PBFed)Ti-41 Nb alloy but slight composition segregation was detected along molten pool boundaries.The L-PBFed alloy was dominated by typical epitaxial columnar grains with strong(001)grain orientation along building direction(BD),and cellular structure was distinguished within the columnar grains.The main reasons for this microstructure can be attributed to effective thermal gradient and epitaxial growth.L-PBFed alloy exhibited higher mechanical strength compared with cold rolling plus annealing(CRA)alloy due to the finer grains,dislocations accumulation and different TRIP behaviors,accompanied by good ductility.It also exhibited much lower thermal conductivity and better hydrophilic feature than those of CP-Ti.Besides,the L-PBFed alloy exhibited slightly better cell spread and cell proliferation rates compared with CP-Ti.Moreover,L-PBFed alloy presented better alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activities and extracellular matrix(ECM)mineralization,which suggests that the L-PBFed alloy can stimulate the osteogenic differentiation of rat bone mesenchymal stem cells.The Ti-41 Nb alloy,fabricated by L-PBF,reveals a good combination of mechanical properties,physicochemical properties and biocompatibility,exhibiting the great potential as the dental implant.Zhongjie Li Jiajun Qiu Hao Xu Anping Dong Lin He Guoliang Zhu Dafan Du Hui Xing Xuanyong Liu Baode Sun 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,29:0
