1Performance of Fatty Liver Development in Response to Brown Rice and Corn-Based Diets in Overfed Landes Geese(Anser anser)显示文摘The effect of brown rice and corn-based diets on fatty liver weight, carcass traits, lipids accumulation and liver composition of Landes geese (Anser anser) after feeding the same amount of each diet was investigated. After 2 weeks overfeeding, besides body weight and body weight gain increased significantly, the fatty liver weights were increased dramatically from 94.67 to 554.67 and 754.00 g in corn treatment and rice treatment, respectively, and the accumulation lipids in adipose tissues reached up to or close to 2 folds of initial weight in both treatments. Liver weight was greater in brown rice group than in corn group (P<0.05). Compared to before overfeeding, triacylglycerols (TG) in geese fatty liver increased dramatically and predominated (from 9.08% to close to or more than 90% of hepatic lipids), whereas phospholipids (PL) and cholesteryl esters (CE) decreased sharply in both treatments (P<0.05). However, the percentages of lipids, TG and PL in fatty liver were higher in brown rice treatment than in corn treatment, and that of CE was lower (P<0.05). It indicates that overfeeding chiefly results in lipids accumulation in goose fatty liver and adipose tissues. 3Biodegradation of typical azole fungicides in activated sludge under aerobic conditions显示文摘Widespread use of azole fungicides and low removal efficiency in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) have led to the elevated concentration of azole fungicides in receiving environment. However, there was limited research about the removal mechanism of azole fungicides in the biological treatment of WWTPs. Imidazole fungicide climbazole and triazole fungicide fluconazole were selected to investigate the biodegradation mechanism of azole fungicides in activated sludge under aerobic conditions. Climbazole was found to be adsorbed to solid sludge and resulted in quick biodegradation. The degradation of climbazole in the aerobic activated sludge system was fitted well by the first-order kinetic model with a half-life of 5.3 days, while fluconazole tended to stay in liquid and had only about 30% of loss within 77 days incubation. Ten biotransformation products of climbazole were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry using suspect and non-target screening method. But no biodegradation products of fluconazole were identified due to its limited removal. The possible biodegradation pathways for climbazole were proposed based on the products identification and pathway prediction system, and involves oxidative dehalogenation, side chain oxidation and azole ring loss. 7A study on expression of hMLH1, hMSH2 and PCNA in colorectal adenomas and malignant change type in adenomas显示文摘object To explore the effect of hMLHland hMSH2 in carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma,and their influences on proliferation in colorectal adenoma and malignant change in adenomas, Methods we investigated the expression of mismatch repair (MMR) gene hMLH1, hMSH2 and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)by immunohistochemistry in 63 cases colorectal adenomas,20cases malignant change in adenomas and 20ceses colorectal carcinomas (CBCs). Results The positive rate of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in colorectal adenomas,malignant change in adenomas and CBCs were significantly lower than that in normal mucosa. With increasing dysplasia in adenomas, the expression rate of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein decreased gradually; The PCNA label index of tumors with overexpression hMSH2 were significantly higher than that of tumors with negative hMSH2 in colorectal malignant change type in adenomas and CRCs. PCNA lable index of tumors with overexpression hMSH2 were significant higher than that of tumors with negative hMSH2 in adenomas with grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ dysplasia. The changes of PCNA label index in colorectal adenomas, malignant change type in adenomas and CBCs were not association with the expression of hMLH1. Conclusion It indicated that the MMB genes mutation and abnormal function of DNA mismatch repair maybe participate in carcinogenesis of CBCs. It is might be an early event in carcinogenesis of CBCs. 8Near-Infrared Light-Responsive Nitric Oxide Delivery Platform for Enhanced Radioimmunotherapy显示文摘Radiotherapy(RT)is a widely used way for cancer treatment.However,the efficiency of RT may come with various challenges such as low specificity,limitation by resistance,high dose and so on.Nitric oxide(NO)is known a very effective radiosensitizer of hypoxic tumor.However,NO cannot circulate in body with high concentration.Herein,an NIR light-responsive NO delivery system is developed for controlled and precisely release of NO to hypoxic tumors during radiotherapy.Tert-Butyl nitrite,which is an efficient NO source,is coupled to Ag2S quantum dots(QDs).NO could be generated and released from the Ag2S QDs effectively under the NIR irradiation due to the thermal effect.In addition,Ag is also a type of heavy metal that can benefit the RT therapy.We demonstrate that Ag2S NO delivery platforms remarkably maximize radiotherapy effects to inhibit tumor growth in CT26 tumor model.Furthermore,immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment is improved by our NO delivery system,significantly enhancing the anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint blockade therapy.100% survival rate is achieved by the radio-immune combined therapy strategy based on the Ag2S NO delivery platforms.Our results suggest the promise of Ag2S NO delivery platforms for multifunctional cancer radioimmunotherapy.Xuanfang Zhou Zhouqi Meng Jialin She Yaojia Zhang Xuan Yi Hailin Zhou Jing Zhong Ziliang Dong Xiao Han Muchao Chen Qin Fan Kai Yang Chao Wang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,8:0
9Influence of depressurization rate on gas production capacity of high-rank coal in the south of Qinshui Basin, China显示文摘A desorption simulation experiment with the condition of simulated strata was designed. The experiment, under different depressurizing rates and the same fluid saturation, was conducted on the sample from 3# coal of Daning coal mine in Jincheng, Shanxi Province. The gas production rate and pressure change at both ends of the sample were studied systematically, and the mechanisms of some phenomena in the experiment were discussed. The experimental results show that, whether at fast or slow depressurizing rate, the methane adsorbed to high-rank coal can effectively desorb and the desorption efficiency can reach above 90%. There is an obvious inflection point on the gas yield curve during the desorption process and it appears after the pressure on the lump of coal reduces below the desorption pressure. The desorption of methane from high-rank coal is mainly driven by differential pressure, and high pressure difference is conducive to fast desorption. In the scenario of fast depressurization, the desorption inflection appears earlier and the gas production rate in the stage of rapid desorption is higher. It is experimentally concluded that the originally recognized strategy of long-term slow CBM production is doubtful and the economic benefit of CBM exploitation from high-rank coal can be effectively improved by rapid drainage and pressure reduction. 10Parameter-Dependent Third-Order Susceptibility of In_xGa_(1-x)N/GaN Parabolic Quantum Dots显示文摘The electron states confined in wurtzite InxGa1-xN/GaN strained quantum dots (QDs) have been investigated in the effective-mass approximation by solving the Schrdinger equation,in which parabolic confined potential and strong built-in electric field effect (due to the piezoelectricity and spontaneous polarization) have been taken into account. The real part Re χ (3)(0,0,ω )and the imaginary part Im χ (3)(0,0,ω ) of the third-order susceptibility describe quadratic electro-optic effects and electro-absorption process of the QDs respectively. And both of them have been calculated in directions parallel and vertical to z axis. Furthermore,the study shows Re χ (3)(0,0,ω ) and Im χ (3)(0,0,ω ) increase under resonant conditions with the QDs' radius and height increase,and the same results occur when the content increase. 12A Study on the Inhibitory Potency of Protease Inhibitorsin Porcine Colostrum显示文摘Porcine colostrum and milk were separated into the acid-soluble fraction (SF) and casein frac-tion (CF) by centrifuge. Trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory capacity in porcine colostrum, milk and theircomponents were determined by incubating bovine trypsin or chymotrypsin in a medium. The inhibition of in-sulin-like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) degradation in pig small intestinal con-tents by porcine colostrum was measured by incubating iodinated IGF-Ⅰ or EGF. Degradation of labeled IGF-Ⅰor EGF was determined by monitoring the generation of radioactivity soluble in 30% trichloroacetic acid(TCA). The results showed that porcine colostrum had high levels of trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory ac-tivity and increased the stability of IGF-Ⅰ and EGF in pig intestinal contents. The SF was higher in inhibitorypotency than CF. 13A Study on Heat Resistance and Initial Characterization of Protease Inhibitors in Porcine Colostrum显示文摘Porcine colostrum was separated into the acid soluble fraction (SF) and casein fraction (CF) by acidifying followed by centrifuge. SF was further separated by liquid chromatography and anisotropic membrane filtration. Capacities of the SF or CF of porcine colostrum, to inhibit trypsin and chymotrypsin activity and to inhibit the epidermal growth factor (EGF) degradation in pig small intestinal contents, were determined under different heat treatments. The study showed that trypsin inhibitors in porcine colostrum survived heat treatments of 100℃ water bath for up to 10 min, but exposure to boiling water bath for 30 min significantly decreased the inhibitory activity. Compared with the trypsin inhibitors, the chymotrypsin inhibitors were more heat sensitive. SF was more heat sensitive than CF. 14UNIQUE CONTINUATION ON A HYPERPLANE FOR WAVE EQUATION显示文摘One kind of unique continuation property for a wave equation is discussed. The authors show that, if one classical solution of the wave equation vanishes in an open set on a hyperplane, then it must vanish in a larger set on this hyperplane. The result can be viewed as a localized version of Robbiano’s result[9].
