1Research on Low Cycle Fatigue Reliability-based Robust Design Optimization of Turbine Blade显示文摘针对涡轮叶片低周疲劳可靠性稳健设计优化问题,对叶片材料进行了高温疲劳试验,采用定量方程随机化方法处理试验数据,获得叶片材料的概率-应变-寿命曲线。采用贝塞尔曲线描述叶片型线方程,建立了涡轮叶片结构及流场的参数化模型,采用热-流-固耦合有限元法对涡轮流场和叶片进行了数值分析,得到叶片动能效率和应力应变分布特性。建立了叶片疲劳可靠性稳健设计优化模型,并采用响应面法获得叶片结构性能函数和极限状态函数,将叶片低周疲劳可靠性作为基本约束条件,采用序列二次规划优化法得到设计优化结果。研究结果表明,优化后的叶片低周疲劳可靠性以及稳健性显著提高,模型及方法正确可行,可用于涡轮叶片以及其他复杂结构的低周疲劳可靠性稳健设计优化。PENG Maolin YANG Zichun CAO Yueyun CHU Zhuli 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,11:8
2Progress of the injection laser system of SG-Ⅱ显示文摘A high power laser system was used to drive the ignition of inertial confinement fusion(ICF), of which the high energy,the uniform focal spot, the accurate laser waveform, and the synchronization between the laser beams are key parameters.To accomplish this, global laser characteristics control should be assured, which was the main purpose of the injection laser system. 3A phase 3,double-blind,randomized placebo-controlled efficacy and safety study of abiraterone acetate in chemotherapynaı¨ve patients with mCRPC in China,Malaysia,Thailand and Russia显示文摘Objective:This double-blind,placebo-controlled phase 3 study was designed to compare efficacy and safety of abiraterone acetate+prednisone(abiraterone)to prednisone alone in chemotherapy-naı¨ve,asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic metastatic castrationresistant prostate cancer(mCRPC)patients from China,Malaysia,Thailand and Russia.Methods:Adult chemotherapy-naı¨ve patients with confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)performance status(PS)grade 0e1,ongoing androgen deprivation(serum testosterone<50 ng/dL)with prostate specific antigen(PSA)or radiographic progression were randomized to receive abiraterone acetate(1000 mg,QD)t prednisone(5 mg,BID)or placebo t prednisone(5 mg,BID),until disease progression,unacceptable toxicity or consent withdrawal.Primary endpoint was improvements in time to PSA progression(TTPP).Results:Totally,313 patients were randomized(abiraterone:n Z 157;prednisone:n Z 156);and baseline characteristics were balanced.At clinical cut-off(median follow-up time:3.9 months),80% patients received treatment(abiraterone:n Z 138,prednisone:n Z 112).Median time to PSA progression was not reached with abiraterone versus 3.8 months for prednisone,attaining 58%reduction in PSA progression risk(HR=0.418;p<0.0001).Abirateronetreated patients had higher confirmed PSA response rate(50%vs.21%;relative odds=2.4;p<0.0001)and were 5 times more likely to achieve radiographic response than prednisonetreated patients(22.9%vs.4.8%,p=0.0369).Median survival was not reached.Most common(≥10% abiraterone vs.prednisone-treated)adverse events:bone pain(7%vs.14%),pain in extremity(6%vs.12%),arthralgia(10%vs.8%),back pain(7%vs.11%),and hypertension(15%vs.14%).Conclusion:Interim analysis confirmed favorable benefit-to-risk ratio of abiraterone in chemotherapy-naı¨ve men with mCRPC,consistent with global study,thus supporting use of abiraterone in this patient population.Dingwei Ye Yiran Huang Fangjian Zhou Keji Xie Vsevolod Matveev Changling Li Boris Alexeev Ye Tian Mingxing Qiu Hanzhong Li Tie Zhou Peter De Porre Margaret Yu Vahid Naini Hongchuan Liang Zhuli Wu Yinghao Sun 2017Asian Journal of Urology2017,4,2:3
4Structural changes in pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses in the unaffected side of the sensorimotor cortex following transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training in a rat model of focal cerebral infarct显示文摘Very little is known about the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training on pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses of the contralateral,unaffected sensorimotor cortex in a rat model of focal cerebral infarct.The present study was designed to explore the mechanisms underlying improved motor function via transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training following cerebral infarction.Results showed that rehabilitation training or transcranial magnetic stimulation alone reduced neurological impairment in rats following cerebral infarction,as well as significantly increased synaptic curvatures and post-synaptic density in the non-injured cerebral hemisphere sensorimotor cortex and narrowed the synapse cleft width.In addition,the percentage of perforated synapses increased.The combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation resulted in significantly increased total dendritic length,dendritic branching points,and dendritic density in layer V pyramidal cells of the non-injured cerebral hemisphere motor cortex.These results demonstrated that transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training altered structural parameters of pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses in the non-injured cerebral hemisphere sensorimotor cortex,thereby improving the ability to compensate for neurological functions in rats following cerebral infarction.Chuanyu Liu Surong Zhou Xuwen Sun Zhuli Liu Hongliang Wu Yuanwu Mei 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,9:2

19Reaction Processes of the Titanium Matrix Composites Fabricated from Ti-Al-B2O3 System显示文摘Titanium matrix composites reinforced with a-Al_2O_3 and TiB_2 particles were fabricated by in situ synthesis from a Ti-Al-B_2O_3 system. The reaction processes and microstructure were analyzed by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed that the reactions in the Ti-Al-B_2O_3 system can occur spontaneously and consist of three steps: 1) 15 Al + 7B_2O_3 → 7α-Al_2O_3 + AlB_(12) + 2B; 2) 14 B + 2Al → AlB_(12) + AlB_2 and 3) 7Ti + AlB_(12) + AlB_2 → 7TiB_2 + 2Al.
