2PCN-Fe(Ⅲ)-PTX nanoparticles for MRI guided high efficiency chemo-photodynamic therapy in pancreatic cancer through alleviating tumor hypoxia显示文摘As nanomedicine-based clinical strategies have continued to develop,the possibility of combining chemotherapy and singlet oxygen-dependent photodynamic therapy(PDT)to treat pancreatic cancer(PaC)has emerged as a viable therapeutic modality.The efficacy of such an approach,however,is likely to be constrained by the mechanisms of drug release and tumor oxygen levels.In the present study,we developed an Fe(Ⅲ)-complexed porous coordination network(PCN)which we then used to encapsulate PTX(PCN-Fe(Ⅲ)-PTX)nanoparticles(NPs)in order to treat PaC via a combination of chemotherapy and PDT.The resultant NPs were able to release drug in response to both laser irradiation and pH changes to promote drug accumulation within tumors.Furthermore,through a Fe(Ⅲ)-based Fenton-like reaction these NPs were able to convert H2O2 in the tumor site to O2,thereby regulating local hypoxic conditions and enhancing the efficacy of PDT approaches.Also these NPs were suitable for use as a T1-MRI weighted contrast agent,making them viable for monitoring therapeutic efficacy upon treatment.Our results in both cell line and animal models of PaC suggest that these NPs represent an ideal agent for mediating effective MRI-guided chemotherapy-PDT,giving them great promise for the clinical treatment of PaC.Tao Zhang Zhenqi Jiang Libin Chen Chunshu Pan Shan Sun Chuang Liu Zihou Li Wenzhi Ren Aiguo Wu Pintong Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:4
3PtNi-W/C with Atomically Dispersed Tungsten Sites Toward Boosted ORR in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Devices显示文摘The performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells is heavily dependent on the microstructure of electrode catalyst especially at low catalyst loadings.This work shows a hybrid electrocatalyst consisting of PtNi-W alloy nanocrystals loaded on carbon surface with atomically dispersed W sites by a two-step straightforward method.Single-atomic W can be found on the carbon surface,which can form protonic acid sites and establish an extended proton transport network at the catalyst surface.When implemented in membrane electrode assembly as cathode at ultra-low loading of 0.05 mgPt cm^(−2),the peak power density of the cell is enhanced by 64.4%compared to that with the commercial Pt/C catalyst.The theoretical calculation suggests that the single-atomic W possesses a favorable energetics toward the formation of*OOH whereby the intermediates can be efficiently converted and further reduced to water,revealing a interfacial cascade catalysis facilitated by the single-atomic W.This work highlights a novel functional hybrid electrocatalyst design from the atomic level that enables to solve the bottle-neck issues at device level.Huawei Wang Jialong Gao Changli Chen Wei Zhao Zihou Zhang Dong Li Ying Chen Chenyue Wang Cheng Zhu Xiaoxing Ke Jiajing Pei Juncai Dong Qi Chen Haibo Jin Maorong Chai Yujing Li 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,9:3

11An Adaptive User Service Deployment Strategy for Mobile Edge Computing显示文摘Mobile edge computing(MEC) is a cloud server running at the edge of a mobile network, which can effectively reduce network communication delay. However, due to the numerous edge servers and devices in the MEC, there may be multiple servers and devices that can provide services to the same user simultaneously. This paper proposes a userside adaptive user service deployment algorithm ASD(Adaptive Service Deployment) based on reinforcement learning algorithms. Without relying on complex system information, it can master only a few tasks and users. In the case of attributes, perform effective service deployment decisions, analyze and redefine the key parameters of existing algorithms, and dynamically adjust strategies according to task types and available node types to optimize user experience delay. Experiments show that the ASD algorithm can implement user-side decision-making for service deployment. 13Controllable synthesis of layered black bismuth oxidechloride nanosheets and their applications in internal tumor ablation显示文摘The recently emerging bismuth oxyhalide(BiOX)nanomaterials are promising indirect band gap photosensitizer for ultraviolet(UV)light-triggered phototherapy due to their unique layered nanosheet structure.However,the low absorption and poor photothermal conversion efficiency have always impeded their further applications in cancer clinical therapy.Herein,BiOCl rich in oxygen vacancies has been reported to have fullspectrum absorption properties,making it possible to achieve photothermal property under near-infrared laser.Under 808nm irradiation,the photothermal conversion efficiency of black BiOCl nanosheets(BBNs)is up to 40%.BBNs@PEG can effectively clear primary subcutaneous tumors and prevent recurrence,achieving good synergistic treatment effect.These results not only broke the limitation of UV on the BiOCl material and provided a good template for other semiconductor materials,but also represent a promising approach to fabricate BBN@PEG a novel,potent and multifunctional theranostic platform for precise photothermal therapy and prognostic evaluation.Qianlan Fang Yu Xu Lijia Luo Chuang Liu Zihou Li Jie Lin Tianxiang Chen Aiguo Wu 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0

15The influence of dummy head on measuring speech intelligibility显示文摘In order to investigate the influence of dummy head on measuring speech intelligibility,the objective and subjective speech intelligibility evaluation experiments were respectively carried out for different spatial configurations of a target source and a noise source in the horizontal plane.The differences between standard STIPA measured without a dummy head and binaural STIPA measured with a dummy head were compared and the correlation of subjective speech intelligibility and objective STIPA was analyzed.It is showed that the position of sound source affects significantly on binaural STIPA and subjective intelligibility measured by a dummy head or measured in a real-life scenario.The standard STIPA is closer to the lower value of the two binaural STIPA values.The speech intelligibility is higher for a single ear which is on the same side with the target source or on the other side of the noise source.Binaural speech intelligibility is always the lowest when both target and noise sources are at the same place but once apart the speech intelligibility will increase sharply.It is also found that the subjective intelligibility measured by a dummy head or measured in a real-life scenario is uncorrelated with standard STIPA,but correlated highly with STIPA measured with a dummy head.The subjective intelligibility of one single ear is correlated highly with STIPA measured at the same ear,and the binaural speech intelligibility is in well agreement with the higher value of the two binaural STIPA values.ZHANG Siyu ZHENG Xiaolin MENG Zihou 2016Chinese Journal of Acoustics2016,35,2:0
