1Application of Modelica/MWorks on modeling,simulation and optimization for electro-hydraulic servo valve system显示文摘Electro-hydraulic servo valve is a typical complicated multi-domain system constituted by mechanical,electric,hydraulic and magnetic components,which is widely used in electro-hydraulic servo systems such as construction machinery,heavy equipment,weapon and so forth.The traditional method of modeling and simulation of servo valve is based on block diagram or signal flow,which cannot describe the servo valve system from components level nor be used in modeling and simulation of overall servo systems.In the procedure of traditional method,computational causality must be involved in modeling of servo valve,which is inconvenient to execute modification on components or parameters.Modelica is an object-oriented modeling language which is suited for large,complex,heterogeneous and multi-domain systems.The key features of Modelica are multi-domain,object-oriented and non-causal,which are suitable for modeling of servo valve and make the model readable,reusable,and easy to modify.The simulation results show similar curves with traditional method.This new servo valve modeling and simulation method can provide the engineers a more efficient way to design and optimize a servo valve and an overall servo system.Ming Li Guang Meng Jianping Jing Jinyang Liu Zuoyang Zhong 2012Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2012,2,6:2

3A review of monitoring,calculation,and simulation methods for ground subsidence induced by coal mining显示文摘Subsidence data acquisition methods are crucial to mining subsidence research and an essential component of achieving the goal of environmentally friendly coal mining.The origin and history of the existing methods of field monitoring,calcula-tion,and simulation were introduced.It summarized and analyzed the main applications,flaws and solutions,and improve-ments of these methods.Based on this analysis,the future developing directions of subsidence data acquisition methods were prospected and suggested.The subsidence monitoring methods have evolved from conventional ground monitoring to combined methods involving ground-based,space-based,and air-based measurements.While the conventional methods are mature in technology and reliable in accuracy,emerging remote sensing technologies have obvious advantages in terms of reducing field workload and increasing data coverage.However,these remote sensing methods require further technological development to be more suitable for monitoring mining subsidence.The existing subsidence calculation methods have been applied to various geological and mining conditions,and many improvements have already been made.In the future,more attention should be paid to unifying the studies of calculation methods and mechanical principles.The simulation methods are quite dependent on the similarity of the model to the site conditions and are generally used as an auxiliary data source for subsidence studies.The cross-disciplinary studies between subsidence data acquisition methods and other technologies should be given serious consideration,as they can be expected to lead to breakthroughs in areas such as theories,devices,software,and other aspects.Yinfei Cai Yutian Jin Zuoyang Wang Tao Chen Yaru Wang Weiyu Kong Wu Xiao Xiaojing Li Xugang Lian Haifeng Hu 2023International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2023,10,3:0
4Cause Analysis of a Double-cyclone Type of Rainstorm Process with Easterly Wave显示文摘On the basis of comprehensive analysis on weather background and main influencing system of rainstorm formation,using NCEP reanalysis data,rainfall data of Shaoyang ground regional automatic station,a new generation of Doppler weather radar product information,etc.,high-altitude weather situation and physical formation mechanism of local double-cyclone type of rainstorm process with easterly wave in Shaoyang area on August 14,2016 were analyzed in detail,to find out prophase signal features which had indicating significance for rainstorm forecast. The results showed that:(1) the position of zonal subtropical high pressure in east-west direction was the necessary condition for the formation of easterly wave.(2) The rainstorm formation was closely related to double tropical depressions acting in the south of subtropical high pressure,and westward movement of easterly wave over 500 hPa and low-pressure inverted trough at low layer were main impact systems of the rainstorm.(3) Continuous flow of water vapor from the South China Sea to northwest was the source of water vapor required by this rainstorm.(4) Numerical prediction model products had certain guiding significance for forecasting the heavy precipitation,with important reference value.(5) Doppler radar products had strong forecasting ability in the nowcasting of rainstorm falling zone,which was an important measure of correcting forecast errors.Jin Xuanxi Lv Weiwei Lv Xiaohua Tang Zuoyang Chen Qing 2019Meteorological and Environmental Research2019,10,2:0
5Hsa_Circ_0000826 inhibits the proliferation of colorectal cancer by targeting AUF1显示文摘Many circular RNAs(circRNAs)are reported to be abnormally expressed during the progression of various tumors,and these circRNAs can be used as anti-tumor targets.Therefore,it is important to identify circRNAs that can be used effectively for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC).Here,we report that hsa_Circ_0000826(Circ_0000826),a circ RNA with significantly reduced expression level in CRC tissues,is associated with a poor prognosis in patients.The silencing of Circ_0000826 promotes the proliferation of CRC cells.Conversely,the overexpression of Circ_0000826 restricted CRC cell proliferation both in vitro and in vivo.Furthermore,Circ_0000826 could target AU-rich element RNA-binding protein 1(AUF1).AUF1,known as heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein D(hnRNP D),could bind to the c-MYC 3’-UTR and promote c-MYC expression.When Circ_0000826 binds to AUF1,it competitively inhibits the binding of AUF1 to the c-MYC 3’-UTR,which inhibits the c-MYC expression and cell proliferation.These results provide novel insights into the functional mechanism of Circ_0000826 action in CRC progression and indicate its potential use as a therapeutic target in CRC.Zheying Zhang Wenyan Fan Qingzu Gao Yifei Han Jingyu Ma Wuji Gao Yuhan Hu Huifang Zhu Rui Yang Haijun Wang Baoshun Du Zuoyang Zhang Jiateng Zhong 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,3:0
6Analysis of Climatic Characteristics of Fog and Haze Weather in Shaoyang in the Past 60 Years and Its Forecast显示文摘Based on conventional observation data and NCEP reanalysis data at 10 national basic stations and reference stations of Shaoyang City during 1951-2014,300 cases of typical regional dense fog process appeared in the history were selected. From meteorological factors and weather situation,temporal-spatial distribution characteristics and trend change characteristics of dense fog in Shaoyang were analyzed. The results showed that( 1) temporal-spatial distribution of dense fog in Shaoyang region was uneven,and interannual variability of fog days had large volatility and bad periodicity; dense fog days in Shaoyang region was obviously more in winter half year and less in summer half year. Dense fog was the most in November and the least in July. Dense fog mostly concentrated during 03: 00-09: 00; appearance time mostly concentrated during 05: 00-07: 30,and dissipation time mostly appeared after 08: 30. Dense fog appeared early and dissipated late in winter half year,and vice verse in summer half year.( 2) Seen from meteorological factors,ground and 850 h Pa of wind velocity was generally 0-3 m/s,which was all small. Moreover,there existed temperature inversion from ground to 850 h Pa. Relative humidity on dense fog day was larger,and precipitation or cloudy day mostly appeared in prior day.( 3) There were four kinds of ground weather situation forming dense fog: uniform pressure field type,cold and high pressure bottom type,cold and high pressure rear type,frontal type. 7Fault Analysis and Maintenance of DZZ Series of Automatic Weather Stations显示文摘The instruments of regional automatic weather station are placed outside to measure daily changes of meteorological factors. Due to common influence of sun,wind,rain and other factors,it is very easy to cause various faults and damages of the instrument. The construction of regional automatic weather station network plays an important role in improving forecast accuracy,servicing local government and ecological civilization construction,providing scientific disaster prevention and relief decision-making basis for government department. In this paper,based on daily operation situation of regional automatic weather station in Shaoyang region,combining communication,hardware and software,fault situation of collector,temperature and humidity sensor,wind sensor and rainfall sensor in automatic weather station is analyzed in detail. 8Characteristics of Rainstorm and Flood Disaster in Shaoyang City and Flood Protection Countermeasures显示文摘Based on ground meteorological observation data at 10 representative stations of Shaoyang City during 1951-2017 and rainfall data at over 220 automatic weather stations during 2005-2017,statistical analysis on rainstorm and flood disaster in Shaoyang was conducted. Occurrence characteristics and rule of rainstorm and flood disaster were found,and disaster situation was evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that( 1)there was almost local rainstorm and flood in Shaoyang City every year,with strong seasonal characteristic.( 2) The loss caused by rainstorm and flood disaster was the most serious in various meteorological disasters.( 3) Rainstorm and flood disaster generally had the sudden and devastating characteristics.
